I had an experience at two Troon courses that left me less than satisfied. I decided to email Troon and explain my frustrations not really expecting to get a response. To my surprise I was contacted that day by their VP of Operations. He took the time to listen to me and look into the minor issues I had. He then called me back and very graciously made everything better, not just a little better but above and beyond better. I’ve always felt like Troon managed the best courses and their attention to detail and quality of the courses they managed are the best out there. I have to say that their customer service is also just as good. They have made me a loyal Troon customer. I will always search for a Troon course wherever I may be golfing and make sure I support them first before I consider any other options. Thank you to Troon for exceeding my expectations!
