Connie Robinson was hired by my company to do an investigation into a complaint I had made under the Whistle Blower Policy. Even though I expressed that I had some concern about trusting the process relationship with the CEO who hired her.As if this wasnt concern enough, she had told me that this was an initial meeting and that she would be contacting me for further information and that she would meet with me before the final report was submitted. She did not do this. When I asked for details about what process she was following, she was vague.After the final report was submitted, I learned that she had been friends with the CEO for 4 years. I would not have agreed to meet with her had I known this given the nature of my complaint as it was partially based on the preexisting relationship the CEO had with the Director.Unfortunately, the company is struggling even more so now and the concerns I had reported have grown. Turnover has increased and job satisfaction there has decreased further. Had a neutral party been hired and done an official investigation, including speaking with everyone who was listed in my complaint, I think things would be going much better.

I have been working with Connie and Jim for over 10 years. Both are amazing and knowledgeable people and wonderful to work with.
