I have been a customer of Sage/ACT!/Swiftpage software for over 20 years. Recently I was prompted to upgrade to their newest version for $657.20 for one year...non refundable. I paid my IT person over $200 to load the updated software onto my server. It did not work properly as the old version did. Swiftpage said I had to get the most updated version. Keep in mind I purchased the new version 2 months ago. So I paid my IT guy over $200 again to load and test the program. It did not work again and swiftpage said that I need to make an appointment with a higher level tech person to resolve. So I have over one thousand dollars into a program that does not work as promised. I called to get my money back and they told me its non refundable, too bad. ALERT: THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, GIVE YOU A PROGRAM THAT DOES NOT DO EVEN THE SIMPLEST TASK, LIKE DELETE A MEMO, AND THEN TELL YOU TO GET LOST. I AM OUT OVER $1,000.00 AND HAVE TO FIND A REPLACEMENT.
