Worst haircut I’ve ever had in my my entire life. My barber completely shaved off a huge part of my eyebrow and it looks terrible. Worst hair cutting experience OF MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE. NO EXAGGERATION. DON’T COME HERE EVER.

I wanted to treat my boyfriend to a haircut and we choose this barbershop. I booked the haircut online and choose the $25 mens cut. To my surprise I was charged $40 for the haircut instead of the online service price listed for $25 and my boyfriend had bleeding cuts along his hairline. When I called to report this and ask for a refund, I was passed to several employees before finally talking to someone who wouldnt give me their name. I was told being cut and bleeding is normal and I have no reason to be upset. I explained that I am concerned about things being sanitized properly and the fact that the cuts bled onto my car seats and now I have stain on my car from this. The woman I spoke with chuckled and told me to call corporate.i did call corporate but didnt reach anyone. Anyways I am disappointed to day the least and I would avoid this place of I were you.

Finding a new barber in a new city can be a bit challenging Ive come to find, having to take 3 bad haircuts before finding Vs & Ray! The relief knowing Rays got the haircut covered, is phenomenal 👌.

Berta is very detail oriented in her haircuts. She does all the little things that make a difference, like eyebrows, ear hair, etc. I always enjoy the experience.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in and no one said a word to me, they just stared at me. Also, no one was wearing masks - disgusting! Absolutely appalling how I was treated. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Been going to have Elizabeth manage my hair for years. Love this place and love her work. Wife got me the full package for Christmas so I got the shave, haircut, facial, and massage. The cost for all is less than a facial at a spa. Dont hesitate to come here, you wont be sorry and you wont go anyplace else ever again.

I have been going to Vs for many years now. Great Haircuts at a nice place. I almost dont want to give Vs a great rating because I dont want it to get too busy... that being said, its a great place that if arent going there, you are missing out on a good haircut and neck shave

Igor has been my barber for almost 21 years. I have grown to know him as a good friend. His cuts are always the best. Being a customer for so long I dont even have to tell him what I want. I just sit in the chair and we get started. But hands down Igors straight razor shaves are what I love the most. The feeling of having the hot towel and the shave is what gets me every time. If you come to Vs always get a shave. They are the best.

My husband has been going here for years. I got him a Groupon as a Fathers Day gift and has never looked back. The 1st time here he got Elizabeth and she has been his barber since. Our 3 boys sometimes come see her as well. She is fast, friendly and thorough.

Igor is the best. Stumbled into his Arcadia location 17 years ago and been seeing his ever since. I wouldnt go to anyone else. Hes the best barber in the Phoenix area and an even better person.

Overall very unimpressed. We were random walk ins after a lovely breakfast at First Watch. My husband got a hait cut and shave while I got my nails done next door. She did not follow the length/look my husband asked for, cut him 2x (ear and cheek) and hardly cleaned up the hair all over his neck. Stylist was an older lady with dark hair.

Great customer service. The place is very clean and I feel comfortable going here during the pandemic. Best haircut in years.

Not a very friendly stylist. Cut was ok. First time there as a walk in. Regulars seem happy. Guess its a local thing. More choices out there. Didnt feel very comfortable.

Most mechanical, least friendly haircut Ive ever had. Actual haircut was fine. Asked what I wanted, more or less did it, done. Didnt even ask if I liked it. Maybe the other barbers there are different, but Berta (I think that was her name - she didnt bother to introduce herself) was unremarkable.

Good cut, but very overpriced. Should have a price list posted or when offering someone services tell them how much its going to be so we arent taken back by the high price surprise at the end. $80 for the works which included a half-assed massage was definitely not worth it.Salon prices at a barber shop. Wouldnt be so angry if the price was discussed before services were rendered.

I have been coming here for years and Manashe is great. He can cut the style you want and even surprise you with something new if requested. Liz is super nice and Igor does a fantastic job running the place. Even though he’s the boss you can book an appointment with him if you like when he is free. Love this place.

I booked a haircut for today at one of Vs barbershops, got a confirmation, it even posted to my google calendar. I drove the 12 miles out to it since I have a preferred barber. On the door was a sign saying it was closed for a jewish holiday, Yom Kippur. I made this reservation on their website and cant figure out why they can let me book it when they should know they are going to be closed a head of time. This has happened twice, the first time the barber was on vacation, but they let me book it again. They should know all of this and not let these things happen.I recommend not booking on line, but calling the shop or just find another barbershop to go to.Mike
