Went for the view and scenery, stayed for the food!Amazing views on the water, wish they would put more into outside seating with a patio and mist system…they had a small patio but not open. View from inside was still niceService was excellent. The margaritas were excellent, food was excellent. Booths are extremely difficult ingress/egress due to fixed table that won’t move and is too large.
Great place. Offers bar, lounge, and dining room seating. We sat at the bar and Don, the bartender/server, took great care of us. Food was phenomenal - seared tuna was perfect, and Don even checked to find out if bell peppers (to which I am allergic) were in the veg medley and returned with an alternate veg - perfectly cooked green beans. Menu and wine list are extensive. Plenty of choices for the four of us and all was very good.
This is an old school style surf n turf, on the edge of the man made lake at McCormick Ranch. There’s indoor and outdoor seating available. Inside is heavy wood and carpet. Low noise level and lighting. It has its own parking lot. I hadn’t eaten here in years and thought we’d give it a shot to see if it was updated. Not so much.Prime rib was well prepared medium rare as requested. This was one of the best I’ve had (10oz). My companion ordered the 14oz and was startled by the heavy salt rind. Otherwise, he thought it was good. It’s served with jus and a horseradish sauce. I requested straight horseradish which was not the heart attack inducing kick I had hoped for. I had mashed potatoes with it and they were bland and pasty. We had salads: mine was the spinach and my companion had the chopped salad. Mine was good though both are chopped into small bits. Works okay for spinach and not so much for lettuce salad. Tends to lose the lettuce taste. We also had a spinach artichoke appetizer served with chips, a staple everywhere in the southwest and not particularly unique. The spinach was not bitter like some but it needed an acid touch to balance the spinach. I spritzed mine with a lemon and that worked. For dessert, we had their signature lava cake. It was indeed awesome. The difference from others was that it had a bit of crunch in a sugar glaze. Delicious. We shared the small portion and it was more than plenty for two, given the richness of the chocolate. Our server was terrific and clearly well experienced. His serving and check backs had great timing. Not too much and also didn’t disappear for hours. He handled the dishes expertly in placing and removing them.
We held our 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Scottsdale Chart House. We had 32 guests and rented a dance floor. The food was wonderful and the service was great. Paul and Jennifer made sure everything turned out perfect. The Chart House made our Anniversary just fabulous. We couldnt have asked for more.
First time going and it was date night for me and the hubby. Dimly lit which I prefer but may not work for everyone. The food is fantastic!! Our server, Lindsay, was phenomenal. She checked on us just the right amount, small talk was effortless as she connected with us. That is not an easy feat so props to her! And the Chef - Big Shout Out. My husband likes his steak WELL done. Zero pink on the inside. Not only was it cooked as requested but the hubby said it was still juicy. I didnt know that was even possible 😲. Great view. I saw a lot of people comment about the Prime Rib and let me just say I cant tell you the last time I enjoyed steak (Not just steak but Prime Rib) as much as I did here. I ate an ENTIRE POUND. All of it. By myself. Now thats impressive 😂
Tuesday evening June 29 our server Lindsey was phenomenal. She chatted up my seven-year-old daughter and was very kind. My daughter had the Mac and cheese and I had the Mahi with a cup of lobster bisque. Outstanding, will be back.
We came here for Restaurant Week. OMG, this place has the best prime rib I have ever had. The calamari appetizer was amazing too. Everyone in our party raved about their dinner and the service was fantastic. The atmosphere was very beautiful on the lake. I had been to a Chart House before in California but I dont remember loving it as much as I did this one. We will definitely be back.
Really amazing coconut shrimp appetizers and my dinner was really good too. It has really nice views and a very peaceful atmosphere which makes your dinning really nice.
The location was the best thing about the place. The food was bland. It was not bad, but it also was not anything that I would ever crave. I could not tell if the server was dismissive, had too many tables (unlikely), or having a bad day. Regardless to say, she did not deserve the tip that I left for her. But being a black man, I cannot leave a bad tip. If I did, it would give her justification to not give the next black person the service that they deserve. I will not be returning to any Chart House location.Edit: I am not accusing the server of bias. Just sharing my perspective of tipping
We had been to the location in California, and tried this for our daughters 19th birthday. Food was fantastic. Waitress was awesome and down to earth. Bonded well with us. Great experience and views. Will go again, even from QC!
My friend had a dinner here everything was well put together. The servers look sharp and Amy our server was absolutely awesome. Management needs to dress more appropriately and not as if they just came out of bed ...but other than that food was delicious and the atmosphere is great. Loved the Saturday night fireworks.
Great happy hour and a really quality menu. Love to bring visiting friends here for nice views of the water and cozy atmosphere. Try the crab cakes and the firecracker shrimp while you’re waiting for your meal.
Great location and great service but the food was really sub par. The shrimp cocktail was good but the fish and steak were both so under seasoned they were bland and not eatable. Much below the level of any other Charthouse I’ve been to. I will definitely not return.
Took Mom there for Easter...were looking forward to it since we had had a good experience in the past...appetizer was great...both ordered prime rib...medium rare...came out bright red and bloody.. sent it back...came out perfect until I went to dip in sauce and there was a hair hanging off the fork...NOT MINE...was already grossed out so let Mom finish hers and then ordered dessert...before it even came out.. the waiter brought the bill...oh no...horrible experience...least they could have done was have a manager come out to apologize...not just try to rush us out the door
Nice, cozy, beautiful restaurant. Food was excellent as well as the service.
We went for our 23rd anniversary. We had a beautiful view of the water and our server was fantastic. I had prime rib and mushrooms and it was delicious. Hubby had the prime rib with a bleu cheese butter that he raved about. They brought us a dessert with a candle which was delicious. I worried because of some of the other reviews but our experience was wonderful from start to finish. We will definitely go back.
Upscale region in Scottsdale. Warm decor interior. Super good service. Seafood and beef entries were perfect. Our 5th visit there . Lakeside dining. Golf course next door.
Delicious foods. Beautiful atmosphere. COVID-19 protocols in use.
When we arrived at the Chart House the host was busy with another customer. He didn’t greet us after finishing with the person in front of us, just walked away. We had to request to be seated for him to recognize our presence. After being seated it took some time for our server to arrive then take our drink order. Each interaction with the server had long wait times in between. We were also informed the happy hour was bar only. It would be nice to have been given this option by the host before being seated. After we finished ordering the server recommended the hot lava cake. He insisted that we order it immediately as it takes 45 minutes to prepare. Our meal arrived, the food was mediocre at best. The coconut shrimp, although tasty was a small portion surrounded by a ridiculous mountain of edible rice paper and rice noodles. The sea bass was way over cooked, dry and rubbery.Following the meal the hot lava cake arrived. With great anticipation our party dug into the cake with great expectations of a cake that took 45 minutes to prepare. The cake was a huge disappointment as it was neither hot cake or lava. The cake was room temp as if they’d defrosted it then let it sit out to warm up. The lava tasted like typical chocolate syrup, not the advertised Godiva liquor. We did have some crumbs but no hint the crumbs were Heath bar. Heath should have a nice crunch when applied fresh. These were soft and mushy crumbles.Surfice to say, we did tip the waiter 20%, maybe he was having an off night. We go out to eat for the food and service. The chart house was overpriced and poor quality. I’ll never go back.
A once famous setting that is being left to die. Food underwhelming, service is good but there is no atmosphere and needs a Reno. I wouldnt go back, again a Landrys location, are they going to kill all stores in an attempt for profits? The Palms, Courthouse and now Mastros. I shake my head
The moment I walked through the door my mind was put at ease due to the ambiance of this restaurant. Dark wood lining the ceiling and walls, warm yellow lighting, and smooth jazz gave this place an elegant yet cozy vide to enjoy great food and drinks. Service was great, food was delicious and flavorful, mango mojito was hands down the best drink mojito Ive had in a long time, but not fond of the original mud pie. All in all I think if your looking for an elegant, romantic yet cozy place to enjoy someone or just some time alone than this is the place to be.
UPDATE: I received a voicemail while on vacation from the manager, Paul. OMG! It has been about three months but he called because he was not sure if anyone had ever followed up. WHO DOES THAT? Most people would just let it go and move on. By the time I got home and we touched base, I forgot what I was upset about. Paul is so incredibly warm and personable, it is like talking to a dear friend. Love, love, love Paul! I am making plans to have dinner with my family at CH just so we can meet Paul. I am telling you, you can have a long wait. Mediocre food but if you have incredible customer service - that is a WIN.Thank you, Paul!I purchased both of the Easter-to-go meal options (Leg of Lamb and Prime Rib), only to get home to Ahwautukee and find out they had left out one side and duplicated another. I called the restaurant and the non-concern shown by the person who answered the phone just made me hang up. VERY frustrating to pay for something and give a $20 tip for carrying it out to my car only to have to come home and make a side dish!
Had dinner at Chart House in Scottsdale AZ on Sat night July 18th. Me, my girlfriend and her mom. The waiter named TJ was very pleasant. We ordered 2 glasses of wine but after several minutes the waiter returned and said he was waiting for 2 clean white wine glasses or he could bring the white wine in red wine glasses if we did not want to wait. We waited. Then thr ceasar salad we ordered had no dressing on it and the waiter was very apologetic when he brought us some on the side. There came a time when our table was cluttered w glasses, plates etc and we asked the waiter to clear some off and he apologized and mentioned that they had no busboy to help. We ordered king crab legs and they were the skinniest legs i had ever seen. i was so hungry i ate mine but my girlfriend sent hers back for a slightly meatier ones. The halibut fish i ordered seemed like it had been frozen, not fresh. After the waiter mentioned the short statf we tried to be understanding and forgiving. Then we order 3 cups of coffee and get served cream that was bad. The waiter saw a layer floating at top of the coffees so he knew we were right. He apologized and brought us a new cream which he said he had just opened and had an expiration of july 24th which was a bit awkward. The bill came to $340 w a tip. We have been traveling and havent had a chance to complain until now. The Chart House should have stayed closed if unable to run properly, in my opinion.
The view of the lake was beautiful, the dinner was delicious, and service was wonderful!
We accidentally found this place and also the only one that would take a large group in covid times.I must say we were very happy - the food was delicious. We went when it was dark out so couldn’t see much, but it surely has nice views. We would love to go back in the evening to enjoy the sunset and have some drinks as their drinks are also absolutely delicious!!One thing to keep in mind - typically fancy restaurants have small portions. Not the case ! Their portions are big, we ordered appetizers thinking the meal portion will be tiny but it was huge that None of us could finish.
Nice views. Limited menu
Absolutely impressed with our 8:45 reservation... waitress... dinner... atmosphere and menu. We need in the West Valley... hated driving 40 minutes!!
Beautiful views of the lake with tiki torches. Food & service were great
This is the place we first started going to as our nice restaurant when first married. So it hold a special place for us.The food is always excellent, the service impeccable.
We reserved a table here for my little brothers 19th birthday dinner. It was an incredible dining experience. 5 stars across the board. From the custom menus for our party, to the service and food itself, we were very happy with our experience here. Not to mention the incredible views this restaurant has. I ordered the short ribs with spinach gnocchi and my brother got the coconut shrimp, everything is edible on the plates and the presentation was more than we expected. For having a large family party, everything was splendid and our drinks were never empty.
We visited the Chart House during Restaurant Week to check out this particular location. We had an enjoyable experience. The clam chowder was some of the best Ive had in quite some time. I was a bit skeptical about trying the chopped salad but decided to go with it. Glad I did! It was excellent. My wife and I both had the prime rib, which did not disappoint. The flavor was great. It was served with a small side of horseradish sauce that was flavorful but not overpowering. We also had the terrific creamed spinach. Service was paced according to our desire for a leisurely meal. All in all our meal was excellent and I recommend this restaurant.
Great place for a memorable meal. The shrimp appetizer is great.
Just finished a birthday dinner here for four. I was disappointed. The lobster bisque was lukewarm. The coconut shrimp were decent, presentation was good. The crab cakes were nice but lacked flavor. The shrimp trio was average at best Did not order steaks, so cant comment on those. The service was subpar. Our server never refilled the water and was less than cordial. Waited a long time between courses. Dinner and drinks (very weak cocktails) for 4 was 250 plus. Would not dine here again.
I love everything about the chart house, even the wood they choose to build their furniture with. Lovely theme, the food is elegant and delicious. If you are lucky enough to get a window table, even more perfect.
This is usually one of my favorite places! They consistently deliver a great dining experience. However, they had an off night and it was primarily due to being severly under staffed. We were a party of 4 sitting at a bar table as dining in the restaurant was full. It took some time for the bartender to come to our table, as he was running his tail off trying to keep up. We did get our drinks and ordered good. The food was brought by another employee and that was last time our table was touched. The food was good but we never had an opportunity to order another drink or to see how everything was. We couldnt even get a bill. My husband had to track down the manager so we could pay the bill and leave. Definitely not a good experience! Hoping the next visit goes much better. Still love this place!
My scallops were under cooked and my shrimp were over cooked. My wifes sea bass was very bland. I w8 not be back.
Went for my birthday yesterday with my boyfriend, food was amazing and let me tell you about the view...beautiful beautiful, wish we could eat outside but they werent offering it at the moment, will definitely go back.
I like trying new places by going to their happy hours. Unfortunately, you can’t order off the happy hour menu if you’re seated outside viewing the man made lake. The waitress asked the management if they could make an exception for us and it was denied. Coconut shrimp was nothing special and my old fashion just okay.Waitress was kinda upset because we didn’t order dinner. I gave her a 20% tip and we ate dinner at Pubblico across the lake.Chart House Scottsdale should of served me off the Happy Hour menu. I live in the neighborhood and I’ll never go back there.DF
Weve come here for years to celebrate our anniversary. Its always been excellent food quality and service. This time was no exception, we even felt that the lobster bisque had gotten even better, so did the side dishes (we tried the asparagus). We started with the bisque, an order of cocunut shrimp (comes with 3 different dipping sauces) and for main course had ordered our favorite Mac Nut Mahi and a Filet Mignon. Outstanding. Love that they now bring out the filet and will wait at your table until you cut into the meat to ensure its to your liking. Pre-ordering the decadent chocolate lava cake is a must (it takes 30 min to prepare, and it is worth the wait; usually your waiter will offer when you order your main dish). We will return most definitely - and if you havent: signing up for their Landrys rewards club makes perfect sense (youll get your initial membership fee back easily with the rewards). 5-stars and hats off to the Exec Chef, Wait Staff and Management
Food Allergy, If you have any food allergy be cautious!! Went for Mothers Day dinner, We started off with the shrimp cocktail and my parents ordered herb crusted salmon, I ordered Mahi. Before order informed server (didnt get his name bc he never mentioned it) I have a dairy allergy. We got the cocktail but seemed a bit off. Shrimp wasnt fully deveined and the temp of them seemed to be left out of the refrigerator for a good hour. Server told us the food is taking a bit longer than more (understandable during Covid). Manager dropped off parents meal with a cloth napkin. Came back with my meal using the same cloth napkin he used my parents meal. I can clearly see the sauce from their plate on my plate. Asked the manager before leaving if that was the same sauce from their plate. He insisted on changing the plate where my asparagus touched the sauce. I asked him if my meal stated I have a diary allergy. Replied Yes. And proceeded to ask to change the plate. I didnt want make any more fuss and told him to leave it. Just ate the mahi (which was a bit overcook, maybe nitpicking). I dont understand how changing the plate will resolve the fact the asparagus is now cross contaminated with dairy. With everything youd expect when spending $130, youd expect more professionalism and better understanding of food allergies, plus better managed foods.
Terrible experience my mom and my step dad and my grandma went to chart house and we were here celebrating my mom’s birthday. With my wonderful grandma. It was our first time here we had heard great things about this resturant we had a reservation under David umlah. First off we wait almost 30 minutes for our drinks, our server was very unfriendly, did not seem happy to be here at all, he had stains all over his attire was my first impression, he poured the pepper on my salad and did not ask me if I had enough, he stopped prior to me asking, he was cutting us off during conversation and then an item that was on menue the halibut he tells us it’s not available even though it shows it is, points us to the more expensive halibut, very strange, over all don’t go to chart house terrible resturant over priced and I think McDonald’s offers better service don’t understand this is a high end resturant been open for along time I guess that was prior to covid when it was good would not recommend this resturant to my worse enemy the only way I’ll come back is if it’s complimentary to make up for this terrible experience. And to make matters worse the manager barely apologize for the experience he didn’t even take care of our bill he should’ve taken care of the whole bill it was a freaking joke there were so many people walking out and I had been waiting longer than us for their meal it was so ridiculous I get Covid happens but I will never ever ever go to the chart house again unless it’s a free meal I will never recommend it save your money do not spend your money at the chart house it’s a joke it should be five dollar meals the foods awful I got my food it was overcooked my mom‘s food was undercooked you could see like the raw meat going on they didn’t even cook the meat my stepdad ended up eating his food and he got sick this morning with food poisoning and he’s been throwing up all day they’re a joke they don’t Care about their customers they don’t care about customer service they hire whoever is on the street my drink was full of ice barely had any drink I ordered one of those cucumber drinks barely had any flavor it was mainly just ice they are so Steffi on taking care of their customers it’s crazy This chart house should be called cheap house not sure as it seriously was very much an inconvenience of going to that restaurant last night terrible terrible service I hated it so bad I had so many things I should’ve done other than go to the chart house last night it was uncomfortable wasn’t a fun environment I promise you save your money if you want to get sick and you want to have bad management bad customer service of poorly ran restaurant terrible food then go to this place if not save your money I promise you there’s better restaurants out there way better this restaurant is worse than McDonald’s doesn’t even deserve zero stars and deserves like -0 stars -100 stars
Service was amazing. Engaging, sincere, attentive.
I had a great birthday dinner at Chart House. The food was delicious and the service was amazing! Im very impressed that they are always considerate of your special occasions!
Truly the prime rib is so wonderful here theres really no reason to go anywhere else. Beautiful establishment lovely view of the lake. You can sit outside if you like. They handle covid well. Really fresh good food, takes awhile, this isnt fast food so make it a leisurely dinner, great wine list. Ive been coming for over 20 years and Ive NEVER been dissappointed! Our anniversary was perfect and worth every penny. Nico was a great waiter.
Absolutely amazing. From the view - to the staff, food and drinks - could not have been happier with my first ever visit! The Chart House business has history within my family that is near and dear to me, so to finally be able to experience it (albeit on the otherside of the country - the original story is in Philadelphia) I could not have been happier.Appetizer was thr avocado mango tower with seafood. Divine. Such a refreshing way to start the night off!The Prime Rib (Callahan Cut) was delicious and the mashed potatoes were mouth watering. My dates Salmon was phenomenally prepared. The couscous was great too, although she wasnt a fan of the texture. Its an acquired taste I suppose. The Lava Cake.... where to even begin. I thought it was weird you needed to prep 30 minutes in advance for it.... but it was a 30 minutes well spent! That thing blew my mind at how good it was! More than enough for a couple to split. The drinks we ordered were also fantastic! The not so old fashioned and her pomegranate martini were great! Quickly prepared and slowly enjoyed.10/10 will be coming back and recommending!
OUTSTANDING! Fabulous on all fronts. Service, ambience, very generous portions of food that was some of the best in the desert. A very memorable occasion.
Wonderful food and relaxing view!
Excellent food, excellent service
Definitely an old school sit down experience. Expensive but delicious and gorgeous view!
Food was good, nice views
Perfect for a very special date or celebration. Has a bar + tvs. Beautiful view. Very informative staff! Would recommend 10/10
Great, fresh food and fantastic service! Don works the bar--professional, classy, and courteous. Excellent attention to social distancing and cleanliness.
Scottsdale fixture. Always excellent. Generous Happy Hour until 7pm.
This place has a wonderful upscale atmosphere. The food was truly amazing! They are dealing with covid situation as best they can, but it did not take away from the experience. Our cost with alcohol was about $50 per person so get ready for that! Otherwise its a wonderful place for a special occasion.
Weve loved this place for 30+ years.
Great food and excellent service
Easily one of the more disappointing meals Ive had in a while. The Swordfish was so dry it was nearly inedible, we received two drinks with each one taking nearly 30 min to arrive after ordering. The Old Fashioned I ordered was essentially water and whiskey. We had a group of 9 and one person had a decent meal - I guess the trick is to order the prime rib here. Go to Ocean 44 and actually get what you pay for!
We enjoyed our visit. The crab cake appetizer is fantastic. The prime rib was great.
My daughter and I ate here on Monday night. The food was good and the service was even better. The prices are a bit high ($16+ for fried Calamari and $16+ for a crab cake), but the food was good. On Tuesday a friend and I went for the happy hour. Nice sized drinks at reasonable prices and some good deals on appetizers. The server came by a couple of times to check on us for food, but we were in the middle of a conversation. We didnt see him for awhile and then he checked in a couple minutes before the end of happy hour. We quickly ordered drinks and food and he came back a minute later saying it was too late. A rum and coke went from $4 to $7.75. The crabcake and Calamari jumped from $6 to just over $16. A bit disappointing.
Excellent seafood selection in a nautical setting with great views. Highly recommended!
Wonderful!! QuietRomantic. Great food. Try the mud pie for dessert. Service is always the best.
Great Atmosphere wonderful kind staff and very good Food. Im Picky about my food because I was Profesionally trained at Scottsdale Culinary institute. Stop by and give this place Business you wont be disappointed.
Excellent service and excellent food and great atmosphere.
Awesome place to go if you want to get away! Even though you’re still in the desert, the location is surrounded by water and makes you feel as though you are on the coast. The service is fantastic and the food is great as well! Fantastic and we love it here!
Where do I begin? We went here on Valentines Day, which is also our anniversary. When we arrived, the staff didn’t seem happy to be there or see us. We told them we have a reservation and my husband mentioned that it was also our anniversary to the hostess. Since she didn’t say anything, I wasn’t sure if she even heard him. We like to try new expensive places each year and everyone in the past has always been friendly and treated us special. They would even ask how long we have been married. Not here!Anyway, the manager seated us. There were window seats open, but we got seated right in front of the wait station. We got to hear orders placed and chit chat by the staff. We were lucky to hear one girl complain that she didnt like her job there, but liked the restaurant. Nice! The server came over shortly. She acknowledged that she was aware of our anniversary, but didnt say anything else. Then, she asked if we wanted something to drink. We were deciding on a wine, so she said she would get us water. She came back without water and wanted to know if we decided on a wine yet. I told her yes, so she left to get the bottle and then said they were out of that wine. Really??? So, I asked her about a couple of other wines and asked for a sample of one. The wine wasn’t great, but given her attitude I didnt want to keep trying samples, so I said it was fine. She came back with the wine (still no water) and said she would get us some bread. We reminded her about the water too. We decided to get their special Valentines dinner for $140 per couple. I asked her about the strawberry salad. I was trying to decide on the salad or lobster bisque. So, I asked her what she thought of the soup. She said it was rich. Then, I asked about the strawberry salad and she told me about it briefly. She decided to give us a few minutes. We ate the bread and crackers, which was fine, but we only got one piece of bread each. Sidenote: I went to use the bathroom and it smelled like sewage. Nice! When she returned, I asked what else is on the salad. She said, As I said before... I was like Oh, ok. Please put the strawberries and dressing on the side. However, she bought out my salad with strawberries on it, but dressing on the side. I just took the strawberries off. Our main dish was Filet Mignon, twin petite lobsters, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. The steak was over cooked and the blandest steak I EVER had, so I asked for steak sauce as well as salt and pepper. Everything else was room temperature. My husband had the soup, but he said it was very peppery. I am surprised the server didn’t mention that…actually, I guess I am not.Since we didnt have our dessert yet, I decided to take the rest of my food home. I had about half of my steak, potatoes, asparagus and lobster tail left. It was going to make a nice lunch. The manager who seated us said he would clear my plate. My husband and I said we wanted it to go. The dessert was the Red Velvet Hot Chocolate Lava Cake. Sadly, it was the best thing we ate there along with the bread. I was telling my husband that they did not make our night special at all. We usually have writing or a candle on our dessert for our anniversary. I wonder if they heard me, because right after that they brought us mud pie with a candle. The server says, “Candles aren’t just for birthdays. Happy Anniversary!” We thanked her, but I had no room left. She finally brought out my leftovers along with the check. When we got in the car, I checked my box of leftovers, because it felt very light. That’s because there was no lobster or asparagus in there. WTH???My husband went back in with my food and told the manager what happened. He did not apologize and said he’d take $5 off the bill. Are you kidding me???? My husband either wanted the food or to be comped more off the bill. I mean, we just spent over $200. He said he was only willing to give us $10 off. We will never return!
Great food and great ambiance
The scallops were cooked perfectly but the sea bass was destroyed. The host was abysmal to the point where I should have just turned around and found somewhere else to eat. The place was empty but there was no seating on the water... one has to question. I’ll never go there again
We went for happy hour and enjoyed a great selection of featured shareables. HR drink selection and prices may encourage you to linger. Great bartender.
Amazing prime rib and mashed potatoes. Appetizer was an excellent coconut shrimp with 3 different sauces. Had a mini lava cake and moscato to round off dinner. Beautiful lake views and candlelight dinner. Server was friendly and attentive. No complaints and made for a wonderful evening with my love.
The best food and most attentive and (good timing)waiters!Great view overlooking lake. Romantic.
We had a wonderful time at Chart House. The waitress, Gillian, was informative, friendly and very professional. All the wait staff were nice. Our food was fresh and mouth watering. Portions were generous and a varied menu as well. All in all we had a great experience and cant wait to return.
The prime rib was cold and a bit tuff. The mash potatoes were cold and dry.The keylime pie-crust was soggy and not very tasty. The mushrooms were delicious. The gin and tonic was great. I feel sorry for my son paying for an upscale meal that was not. So much for chain restaurants that are living off of their reputations of days gone by.
Superb dinning experience from making reservations to exiting the door. Food, drinks, service. Atmosphere, no complaints
Excellent food!
Food was bland. Service was marginal.
The food here is always terrific. Lobster bisque was great. We were there while the sunset, looking over the lake. Beautiful.
The chairs are too short and the tables too high in the lounge! I will never order anything to eat there! Not enough waiters! Bad service and short pours on wines! Will not go back
