I was recommended to use Ketchums for a wheel alignment. I scheduled an appointment for alignment and brakes replacement. The service was top notch, friendly and honest. They even told me that I could hold off on my front brakes since they still have life in them.I questioned them about oil changes, regular service and other things and they gave me some great advice.So happy to have found my new auto repair shop. Highly recommend!

Please stop littering. Find alternatives to advertising.Let me explain please. I was at the gym and came out to find cards littered all over the ground as well as stuck in my car. Then I drove 20 mins away to an appointment to come back out and find another card on my car. This happens all the time. Its not environmentally friendly. While I respect small business, I cannot give a good review for the excessive littering. Please take my comment as constructive criticism rather than giving a quick snarky reply. I wish you the best.

Quit leaving your business cards on MY VEHICLE. This is a terrible way to get business. Its ANNOYING, STOP doing it. Have some respect for the property of others. Find a different alternative to advertise this company without touching the property of others.This review is not a reflection on the company itself, Im sure they do a fine job. But please stop leaving your coupon cards on our vehicles, itd aggravating.

Great service. They inspected my vehicle thoroughly and brought me in to see what was wrong with it. They were also able to fit me in and get things fixed on the same day, which was great! They also have a comfortable seating area where I was able to get some work done while I was waiting.

I made an appointment for the following week for a tire alignment. My husband had his oil change done here and highly reccomended them. After my own service, I understood why. If youre located in the Scottsdale area, I would suggest to check them out. The team that works here is the most reliable, honest, and trustworthy that Ive encountered since moving here 3 years ago and having to deal with dealerships and other shops. Communication is also five stars and you can expect your car to be ready at the time they say it will be!I have a feeling this has become our familys preferred car repair shop.

Sorry, had to edit my first review. The first time I went there it was Great. Then 3 weeks later I had to spend like 1400.00. Then another 2 weeks later another 400.00, then while in a drive through a hose blew up up. I had a friend that is a mechanic look at it and said that due to a hose clamped to tight it cracked the radiator. My friend called Ketchums and they replaced the radiator no charge. Except they said that they are not taking responsibility for it and that its just because its an old car.

Plain and simple...These guys are rock stars. They dont pressure you to buy something you dont need. They will evaluate your car and tell you exactly what it will cost before they do the work. Their mechanics are excellent and quite specialized in the services they perform. This shop is as good as it gets when it comes to honesty, integrity and reliability.

This facility is family owned and not corporate. Very important. It was wonderful taking your vehicle to a place where you know the owners and some of the team. Ketchums was recommended to me a number of years ago when I needed a front end alignment. Then and every time after that, Ketchums has been nothing but open and honest with me any time I bring my car to them, call with a question or stop in out of the blue with something that needed to get looked at. Cost conscious, friendly, honest, old fashioned service I love is what I got at Ketchums.The man who greeted me (Scott I believe) shook my hand at the start of our business. I was very impressed. The noise I heard was very intermittent, I assumed it was brakes. They had me make an appointment and drop it off, and they gave a ride to and from work (again, impressed). I think a lesser firm would have just charged a brake job and been done, or even worse, a $100 evaluation just to say nothing was wrong. Brakes were okay, they rotated my tires and replaced a much needed air filter all for less than $50. The noise was probably just some heavy treading tires on rough road I hadnt noticed before.I did notice some shaking after the rotation, I dont think they spin balanced. But I had free balancing and rotation with big O, and needed some alignment anyway so I took it to big O. No big deal.

I have been going to Ketchums for a while now. They are the most honest auto shop in town. Affordable and nothing but quality service.

I brought my car in and they charged me a 50.00 diagnosis fee. I paid it. Got a second opinion at the dealership. Ketchums was way off on the solution and I had to pay the dealership another diagnosis fee. Then, in doing the original diagnosis, Ketchums broke a few mounts off my catalytic converter. I brought the car back and asked them to fix what they broke. I had to get angry-but the fixed the problem. Thought I would give them a second chance. Why, I will never know. Just called them to get a quote on a new power steering pump for my lexus. They came in 600.00 higher than the other quotes I got around town. Do not use them, They are a rip off and dont know what they are doing.
