J D Bristor let me and my family down:His office left us exposed financially, criminally and exposed us to liability risk because they failed to complete instructions we requested and we received a confirmation of their receipt. For months we were driving around in a vehicle that was not insured because his office failed to follow the instructions they received. I brought this to his attention and he failed to take responsibility, he failed to return my calls and made no attempt to make it right. I had to call the head office of Farmers because he failed to act to resolve the issue. It wasnt until the head office called the agency during their investigation that I even received a return call and it didnt even come from J D Bristol. He just continued to blow me off. Why would I want to give Farmers my business when I cant feel secure in the knowledge that I am receiving the coverage I am paying for. Why would any?

Rude agency. Agent named Travis just hung up the phone in the middle of conversation. Called back and replied with a snooty attitude. Thank god for AMFAM. Would never choose this agency.
