Brad is a good guy but unfortunately he works for a very ruthless insurance company. I had been with State Farm for all my insurance needs since 1994 with car, homeowners, rental, business insurance. After 23 years of being a customer, my car insurance was cancelled citing that there was a new law in Arizona passed in May that made it easier to cancel car policy holders. Furthermore, I still have not gotten a call back from the underwriters who cancelled me to explain the reasons. Its hard to believe they would terminate a customer for 23 years. I would strongly recommend not using State Farm for your insurance.
