The worst experience I have ever had with any company. Expect super long waits

These guys are very quick and helpful, granted I hate having to pay them as much as I do but its my fault and they are just providing a service. A good one at that .

THIS COMPANY ONLY IS INTERESTED IN KEEPING YOU ON THE INTERLOCK SYSTEM AS LONG AS THEY CAN. I SPOKE TO THE MVD AND THEY TELL ME THAT THIS COMPANY HAS MORE PEOPLE ASKING FOR HEARINGS THAN EVEN THE LARGER COMPANIES!THEY WILL DO EVERTHING THEY CAN TO CHARGE YOU EXCESS FEES ON NON-ALCOHOL CHARGES. THEY TELL YOU THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEM BUT THATS A COMLETE LIE. I PERSONALLY HAD THEM REMOVE ON OF THE NON-ALCOHOL RELATED CHARGES-THEY OF COURSE TOLD ME IT WAS A ONE TIME DEAL BUT MADE ME PAY THE FEE.I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Sloppy, unresponsive and generally inept . Locked me downon the morning of my appointment in error so I could not make my9 AM service appt. Couldnt even get a timely return call so I couldstart my car and drive to your Scottsdale office

Money scammers, fee after fee after few, they start you for 50 dollars but wen your done its more like 130 a month after all there bullshit and the gay blue cup

Yes they are a scammer missed appointment and was charged $25.00 for rescheduling appointment and customer service is awful

The prices are reasonable as long as you dont make a mistake but all the places charge something when you make a mistake all in all its an okay place
