•Mountain West sold a TV to random guy off the street on my account. Broke their own company policy accepting customer card without my direction or knowledge. 2 weeks later customer charges back M. West and says no TV but wood in the box. Chris immediately charges my account and this incident caused big trouble for my business. I have to research and find out the name of the scammer and for 3 months the ordeal goes on before my account is restored.•I had credit at M. West but Chris cancelled my credit and MW blamed me for this TV incident saying I shouldnt let customers come to the warehouse and of course he walked in and ordered like it was his account not MINE!•Bought a 75 and mounted over a fireplace and TV turns out to be a dud. Chris seems upset with me that the TV had to be returned. Was a high fireplace and customer ended up livid as his HOA had halted other contractors upon his move-in over paperwork so this was just ANOTHER issue. Chris was unhelpful and said to me It cost me money! Yah sorry Chris you sold me a defective TV it cost me time, money and a mad customer.•Last straw-customer orders screen and was anxious, impatient and ends up returning screen without opening box. In fact he picks up at local manufacturer, gets a sample for that screen, tests and returns next morning to manufacturer. Upon return he is told no restocking since unopened. Chris soon after says 40% plus of the money I paid for the screen is gone for restocking fee. I ask how that is since they never had in stock in first place and customer was told no restocking fee. Chris and angrily says, IM CHARGING THE RESTOCKING FEE! I was told that I was not getting the credit as I thought and owed $117 from last order. I called the manufacturer and told him the issue and he called Chris and told him to return the WHOLE AMOUNT. I called Chris and he said my account was closed and in the meantime had called the home office and talked to the C.O.O. the owners son and he said some things Chris said that were complete BS. He said I called Sony and told the MW was selling things sideways to other distributors. it was preposterous and only contact with Sony was about a defective projector. Seems Chris has been engaged in some kind of backstabbing maybe concerning ex-employees, talking behind peoples back and paranoid. Besides this last incident several months earlier Chris cost me a big sale! I asked him about a current price list for a speaker brand and he confirmed I had the latest. I gave customer a price for all based on this. When I went to order it was $800 more! All of the sudden he says another list had come out 4 months earlier. I had to cancel the sale and Chris was unapologetic to say the least and said, Well, you should have been charging more. After this I called the vendor directly and set up and account direct and this is what he is really mad about but I cant lose sales and give wrong prices!Whatever the case may be, every situation they blamed me, never were accountable and the this last issue in which the owners son Garrett was no help just excuses and changing the subject. I would not do business with MW in future under any circumstances.

Helpful staff, great products at great prices. They do not sell to the general public so you need to be a dealer, but if you are definatly check them out. I dont give out five stars very often so this was a hard decision
