I am a former employee of ESC. ESC is hands down the best place I have worked. The owners are always willing to help you out if you need it. The VP would buy lunch for the office on a regular basis, she made sure everyones birthday was celebrated and she would buy them a personalized gift, and she was always a listening ear with good points of reason. If you had questions the President would take time to answer (there are not a lot of Presidents and VPs who will take time out to answer the little guys questions). One thing I love the most is the VP was always willing to help. The vibe of the office was always warm and you could hear someone laughing. As long as you did your job and did it well you succeeded and if you didnt, like any job you got called out. If my life path didnt take me a different direction, I would still be at ESC. Ive seen some negative reviews on here regarding employment, I bet many is from people who didnt do their job (seen that in person). I still think about ESC and would go back if life had me cross paths with them.
I wouldn’t recommend working here, the owners wife makes people very uncomfortable.

Their 24 hour dispatch center is fantastic & never fails to reach us when traveling if our alarm is set off. I strongly recommend Electronic Security Concepts. After receiving a call from the Vice President regarding an employment opportunity that I had applied for, I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Upon reviewing the company initially, Ive seen they have a great standing with the BBB, and the ONLY negative review they have is from someone that apparently had issue securing a job due to unknown circumstances that are likely to be over-exaggerated, but who knows. I did go further and checked out that 1-star reviewers profile account, and of his 100+ reviews, most of them are negative and slander the company that he is writing a review for, so I wanted to take a little time to set things right and make sure this company doesnt miss out on the chance to hire quality employees and secure good business, so here we are! If my opinion of Electronic Security Concepts changes, Ill update this review. :)
Great experience ........ very knowledgable and courteous staff, and professional install. Our installer (Rich) took the time to walk my wife and I thru every step of the programming and operation of our system ...... couldnt be happier. Highly recommend !
They are very unprofessional with their hiring process...if there is one. You can check literally every box on their list for requirements and experience and still not receive any communication back. I truly believe they dont know what they want or need. I came to the decision after receiving no response from my last email follow up to simply let them know I was not interested, even though they offered me a System Engineer or Technician position. They not only wouldnt call to discuss this but offered me two positions I did not interview for. Dont waste your time even interviewing here.
Let me start out by saying, there are some negative reviews by past technicians spewing one sided opinions. If you can complete the tasks that were stated on your resume along with the willingness to learn how to install and program the product, you would be welcomed with open arms. You can’t expect to be given pay raises when you spend most of the day on your personal phone and lead technicians don’t want to work with you. That being said I have worked for ESC almost 5 years now every customer is handled with the upmost respect and customer service is number one. The benefits are good coworkers are nice and if you do the job expected of you, there isn’t a problem. I would recommend ESC to my family and friends.
Had 3 or 4 diffrent job offers when I took the job here as a technician, and I regret ever considering ESC. They send you out of town for a week with next to no notice. They tell you and I quote we dont need you on random days of the week and dont work you. Nothing about scheduling or getting parts and layouts for jobs is organized. They hire and fire receptionists every 2 weeks. Dont give pay raises after 90 days like they promise in interviews, then when you give them a notice to quit because of all of these things they get salty and just fire you on the spot. Extremely unprofessional work environment, would definitely recommend a diffrent company for employment.

We just took over a new apartment community and needed assistance with the software. I called on Wednesday June 24 and they were here the very next day ! Chris was very patient with figuring everything out. He even met me the very next day to train the staff on how to operate the system
Worst company ever! They will be hearing from my lawyers.
