Wonderspaces is a pretty cool place to escape the summer heat. We went on Thursday night date night to avoid the crowd. It was very nice being in there with very few people. I imagine its not that way on the weekends. Everything there was pretty spectacular but I thought it would be a little bigger. Anyway it was very enjoyable and I give it a positive grade.

This place is SO much fun! The interactive installments are totally outside the box and enjoyable for all ages. Each installment can be enjoyed at your own pace and are set up in a loop to easily navigate which is next and not to miss anything. According to the staff they often change installments so there is always something new. I would still go again if it was all the same, we spent around 2 hours there in awe and laughter. Will definitely be back!

Super fun and worth it. So much to do and you could spend a lot of time on each exhibit. They do ask you wear masks if you are not vaccinated. And they do clean the VR stations after use. But there is not a whole lot of touching so if you are a worried about germs, there are no exhibits that require you to touch something besides VR. There are exhibits you sit and lay down in though.

This place was a neat little experience. I took my parents who were visiting from FL here, they enjoyed it for what it is. Not very big, or as big as we thought it would be for the price. The art pieces that were there at the time were ok, nothing mind blowing. Recommend if your looking for those looking for something different with a little extra cash to spend.

Great idea! I wish the entries were spaced out a bit more so we could fully enjoy the experience. From what I read, this is actually at reduced admissions due to COVID19 but there were still many people in the same space at the same time which makes it harder to enjoy. Playing with shadows with a few friends is good but add in 10 more strangers and there isn’t much room to enjoy. The installation are fantastic and lovely to see but with interactive art smaller groups sizes are key.

I honestly dont understand how this doesnt have 5 stars. Wonderspaces was an incredible experience. Youre not standing there looking at art. Youre INSIDE the art. You become apart of it. Ive never experienced interactive art before and I would say that its a once in a life time experience, but the fact that this exhibit is constant and forever changing makes in that more incredible. I will definitely be coming back.

First of all its simple to get to. Dont be confused and just do this if youd like to: park in the mall parking garage and walk to the food court, 1st lower floor its in the corner tucked away. We parked opposite side on the mall its a easy walk. Was very comfortable, no mask needed if vaccinated and just chilaxe lights and sounds etc...was interesting to see. Very relaxing 😌

NOTE: it’s located at one end of the food court behind Jamba Juice if that helps, since it is slightly difficult to locate.Super fun place!! I went by myself and it took me an hour, it would probably be even more fun with a group of friends. There was only one exhibit I (and many other ppl it seems) didn’t like that much, it was just boring. BUT other than that the rest of the exhibits were interactive, imaginative, and enjoyable. Would recommend if you like art and are willing to be patient and really observe and participate. The only thing I didn’t love was the price. It was $22 for me to get in (I’m a student) and I just feel like it was too much. 15 per person is much more reasonable and I think more people would like it if it wasn’t so expensive. Regardless, it was very cool and I think you should go ☺️

Ingenious idea to rotate touring art installations through shopping malls and theaters! Invites the general public to experience contemporary art so they discover that art is fun, playful, and that their presence completes it. Fun for all ages, a romantic date, outing with friends or family, or by yourself. You come out enlightened and inspired. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

The space has less exhibits than Im used to in the more modern, technology based museums but the sophistication of the exhibits made up for it. Alex was by far my favorite employee Ive ran across at any art exhibit Ive been to. She was very friendly, informative and most definitely a staple to wonderspaces team. Coming from Ohio, I wasnt sure what to expect. Her knowledge of each exhibits was outstanding. We also had a fire alarm go off mid day, and she handled the situation perfectly. Very impressed with this place and especially the team working there.

This was a fun art exhibit to visit. The VR experience was my favorite of them all but each exhibit had its 9wn appeal. I liked that visitors are limited right now and cant imagine going through this with a lot of people. I suggest spending time watching each exhibit as many if them run through sequences that would feel lacking if you dont stick through to the end. I would efibitely come back again and recommend to others. However, I will say that if I had to pay full price for the ticket (my daughter and I got teacher/student discount) then it might not feel as worth it. The full price is a bit expensive for the 1 hour experience.

We didnt give ourselves anywhere near enough time to enjoy this as much as we could have. I was really genuinely impressed! There were some pretty incredible, sizable, and surprising pieces on display, and bring able to interact with so many of them was really something else. The staff asked questions of us and about how we felt about pieces, and shared insight into the process the artists had when making their contribution. That was fantastic. Well definitely be back to spend some more time when we can.

I was so nervous I was going to miss this show since I had not been able to go all summer but Im so happy I finally got the opportunity to go yesterday because it was absolutely amazing! I loved learning more about all the different art pieces and I loved the fact that I could take pictures with all the different art pieces. Overall I was very disappointed and would rather have saved my time and money. It is MUCH smaller than the photos lead you to believe, most of the exhibits are very basic and you move through everything quickly, my family spent max 45 minutes total. Also, the women working the front was not helpful at all in assisting us as guest and what we would need for the exhibit, because of this it was not explained that there are face shields we should have grabbed for the oculus part of the exhibit and I had to go all the way back to grab them once we got to that part. Not a huge deal but it would have been more professional if she took the time when we checked in to make sure she explained the exhibit. Lastly, my 3 year old was beyond bored so I would not recommend if you have smaller children. However, my older children did like the shadow room and the oculus room part.

It was good. The staff were friendly and the place was relatively clean and well kept. They change the artwork about every 3 months or so according to the staff. The price was reasonable, $24 for an adult. Some of the art was anything but that, it was simplistic and frankly silly ( a giant shopping bag??) Other things were really interesting and very enjoyable. ---- I do have one suggestion for these folks and that is the area with the virtual reality should be a quiet location with that quiet enforced by staff. People that were in there were very load and distracted from the effect of the show. I recommend you go and check this place out it was ejoyable.

It was okay. I think based on social media pictures and other reviews, i got my hopes up on what to expect. I feel paying 70$ for my family of 3 to get half an hour of viewing was a bit pricey. The VR was really cool. I dont know. I went to Meow wolf last year for the same price as this and had way way more fun viewing the art and following a story line. With this it was like, one room with a tv covered in string and giant plastic bags. One room with crazy lights. One room with a chalk board. One room where you play with your shadow. And it just did not catch my attention long enough. Compared to something like meow wolf where we soent the whole day no priblem. We kept going back to the human study but never got to do it. It was either in use or being cleaned.

Some of the visuals were really cool but its the way the staff talks to you and the cost if drinking while being yelled at that I didnt really appreciate. Just note you can not take your mask off even for a second in a room all alone or some 17 year old will yell at you like a child. One drink was $30 and they will let you take your mask down to drink a sip cause they dont want the pandemic to hurt their income and if they dont like the look of your mask they will make you double up. Not super worth it in my book.

I was under the impression that it would be a little more interactive than it actually was. They had some cool artwork, many of which you couldn’t touch or engage with, understandable. If you’re into modern art, this place is for you. If you’re a social influencer, you’ll love the backdrops some of the art will provide. I took my daughter with the intention of interacting more. Our visit turned out to be a lot of walking and watching. We went through the whole place once in about 20 min. We then revisited a couple of the areas we enjoyed and took some pictures to extend our visit. Total time spent: 40 min. The staff there were nice. Although one of the art pieces wasn’t functioning appropriately and some pieces flew on the ground near someone. A visitor picked them up and attempted to place them back, a staff member didn’t like that too much. She kindly but firmly told him not to touch anything and please let them know to fix it. Which I understand it’s better for staff members to deal with mishaps vs visitors but I couldn’t help but feel bad for the guy who had these pieces nearly flung at him by the self operating art piece only to get a friendly warning not to touch. Without spoiling too much, our fav part was the VR area. My daughter also enjoyed the “bamboo” and “cloud” rooms (my daughter’s references, not the actual names) Overall, it was nice but I probably won’t come again.

All I have to say is WOW. I was totally blown away by the new art at Wonderspaces, Elsewhere. The new collection was amazing, but more than that, I was just so glad that my whole team enjoyed themselves! I work for a local tech company in the Phoenix metro area and decided to do a team builder at Wonderspaces after their incredible exhibit, Point of View. We had a guided tour with Salem and they were absolutely incredible. I didn’t even know Wonderspaces did tours for groups! Salem was fun, charismatic and did a great job explaining each new work to us. We had an absolute blast.Again, thanks so much to the staff (especially Salem) for all of your help and guidance and just know, my team absolutely loved it. Their favorite pieces were Submergence 2.0 (GOOD call on the black walls!), Sewing Machine Orchestra, and Killing Time. Going to tell all the managers at work to take their teams to Wonderspaces. Y’all were great! 10/10 would recommend for any team builder, date, or anyone who wants to appreciate art in a digestible and accessible way.Wonderspaces and their staff are phenomenal!
