Not only are these microgreens fresh, but they are jam-packed with flavor! They provide the perfect crunch in spring rolls and tacos and are a great addition to every salad. The variety of microgreens that Phoenix Microgreens has available is fun and versatile - the arugula, wasabi and purple radish are definitely our favorites! I particularly appreciate how these greens are grown on fiber mats. This maximizes freshness because they are living when I buy them and I am able to harvest them as needed instead of buying them pre-cut (no greens lost to wilting/waste!).

Adding microgreens to my lunch salads has been a game changer!! The peas and sunflowers are so crunchy and different. The radish adds spice, and broccoli just goes with everything. Love that I found Phoenix Microgreens, it may take a little while to get the first order, but having something grown specifically for me is so cool, how can it get any fresher?
