Valpak is a great company to work with. Everything they did and everyone that we worked with was very professional. They have many different avenues they can go down besides just the blue envelope mailers and seem to be keeping up with digital market trends. Highly recommend them as an advertising agency.

Tawna was our sales rep and she was excellent! She is very professional, attentive, knowledgeable and dependable. Loved working with her! The design staff is also great! We found them to be creative professionals that delivered everything on-time, when promised. So, we were bummed when ValPak didn’t work for our medical practice. We did a 90 day campaign with a zero return on investment. We are a thriving Men’s Medicine clinic. Evidently this type of advertising isn’t the best for our type of business. That said, the staff is excellent, the product is professional and the price affordable.
