Do not work here had to file a claim with the Arizona department of labor to get my final paycheck and when I finally got it, it wasnt the right amount Ill be moving forward with my claim since they only paid me $12 an hour. Take a look below its there own policy and Travis told me he never pays $12 an hour if an employee quits which I recorded a good thing I did. Stay FAR AWAY.

My work experience has been a challenging one that has helped me grow as an individual and interact with many types of people from across our great country, literally from coast to coast.The owners are very understanding, patient and compassionate. I could not ask for a better work environment here in the Valley of the Sun. Good people bad job the manger here doesnt train you he throws you in a room and you go absolutely zero training. Absolutely zero job security he lets you know how your doing based off his gut and doesnt side by side or listen to the customer. This guy wants cherry picking sales agents no rebuttal allowed here. In a sales job go figure. I hope this changes someones mind in going here. It is completely backwards.

OMG this place is a gross run down house! As far as management is concerned Rob De Wald is the only nice person here and I saw he does most the work, the rest of the management team is FAKE!
