The employees in this store don’t want to help with changing phone service or anything like that. They will lie to you just to get you to leave the store so they don’t have to do the complicated things. Like telling you it’s not possible to port your number from cricket to at & t when it is entirely possible. The guy told me his manager told him they couldn’t do it. Knowing all along he just didn’t want to, so I had to leave my hometown and go to Huntsville AT&T which I highly recommend. Don’t bother with this store.

Chad was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable and didn’t rush us at all. The issue didn’t have anything to do with ATT and he still took the time to help us. 10/10 for sure. I’ve never had a more positive experience with a phone store. Go see Chad! You won’t regret it.

Chad is great at what he does. I have followed him to the Scottsboro store after he transferred from the FP store because his personality is awesome. He is so helpful and knowledgeable about everything.

So the Scottsboro AT&T store was managed by some people who did not care what happened nor about customer service. And they are under new management. Now with that being said the new manager Chad is very nice and extremely helpful. He has definitely turned that store around. If anyone needs help buying a phone or anything related with AT&T they are the ones to see.

This particular AT&T store used to be managed by some of the rudest, inconsiderate people and it was absolutely dreadful if you ever had to go for any reason. BUT the store has since then gotten new management and WOW at the difference! The manager Chad is absolutely phenomenal. The customer service and the willingness to help exceeded my expectations tremendously. If you have any issues or questions, I know Chad will be more than happy to help you in any way he can. Love it!!

Under new management, the old manager = ehh.. but the new one 10/10. The whole staff was very helpful in helping me select a plan and phones for my whole family. Worked with me every step of the way. Friendly, kind service in the likes of which I have not had anywhere in quite some time. Also, very professional atmosphere whilst also friendly and intimate. My two sales people and I connected on a personal level, almost as if I’d known him and her for years. Like talking to two old friends. The store itself was very clean down to the glass windows. In addition to all that, I was greeted and treated as a valued customer as soon as I walked in the door. As long as I live in Scottsboro, Alabama; this will be my AT&T store.

I went into the AT&T store in Scottsboro, AL to get an iPhone. I only had so much money to work with, and was greeted and serviced immediately. My credit isn’t great, and I’m only 21, but the guy in there was able to set me up with the iPhone I originally wanted for a low down payment, cheap monthly payments, and an inexpensive plan! I didn’t get any details about the contract he chose for me, nor was I asked to choose. I also had to ask how much total my bill would be a month, and was not told how/where I could pay, but I love it!!

Dont listen to what Heather has to say she doesnt realize authorized dealers and corporate stores arent the same, the scottsboro store is great and well ran

Switched from Verizon and couldnt be happier. The store manager and employees are amazing and helped every step of the way and answered any and all questions I had.

I went into att in scottsboro for them to set me up on a prepaid account. They asked for my social security number to make sure that I didn’t owe att any money. As the man employee was getting me set up the manager came and took over the entire project. As I was sitting there the manager kept asking me if I owned a business and a bunch of other questions. I answered not knowing that they were signing me up for a business account. Through the entire time I was in there the manager never once told me what he was doing. While I was sitting there he started bragging about setting up drug dealers on business accounts as pharmaceutical companies. And how he has done it many times. So a couple weeks pass and I get a bill in the mail for $126 when the manager told me it would only be $65 plus tax. So I called the store to figure out what happened and the manager called me a liar. So I decided to go to the store the next off day I had. Well today I went to the store and the manager refused to deal with me because I refused to wear a mask for medical reasons. Then after me telling him about the medical issues he still made me wear a mask. And didn’t help in anyway to fix any of the problems I had and called me a liar. And he refused to tell me how to get in touch with anyone over him. And for everyone wanting to do business with this store please wait until they have someone in management that is honest enough to tell you exactly what they are doing with your personal information. If I could give zero stars I would and hopefully they will get someone competent enough to do business the right and legal way!!! Hopefully someone will see this and get this problem taken care of!!!

The Scottsboro store is JOKE!!! I have never been able to get the help that I need and anytime I have tried to call the store no one ever answers the phone. And if Ive tried to call one of the numbers off the business cards no one answers either and if you leave a voicemail mail guess what no one calls back.
