Normally I would not be this negative, however, I was told that my package was miss delivered because the person delivering Friday August 20th did not know exactly what they were doing. My local Post office literally told me that. As the United States Postal Service, I would think that wouldnt be the case since it is such a professional organization. Im really upset. People depend on their mail and medication!!!!! I was left with no clear answer as to I would ever get my mail.

I had three packages that were to be delivered today. Two USPS drivers came by. Two. One did not deliver anything. The second one handed me only two packages. Then I get a message saying the post office is holding my third package until I pick it up. Its a freaking halloween wig!! What is so difficult about that?? I go through that, now I have to go there myself and pick it up?? Absolutely uncalled for!!

I had written a negative review the other week that I am now so embarrassed and ashamed of, that instead of editing it, I decided to delete it for a new review.I had been under the impression that they had completely lost a package I had sent from Pennsylvania. However, it turned out that the error was on my sisters and my end all along. She had given me her neighbors address the last time I mailed something to her, because she was leaving for the hospital to give birth to my nephew. Apparently her neighbor isnt good with checking his mail if hes not specifically watching for something, and my lost package had been sitting in his mailbox for a month. Im just so grateful that it was found, as the two blankets Id had made custom for my niece and nephew; I had been so upset. If anybody from this office is reading this, please accept my deepest apologies. And the lady who called me to investigate what had happened was so incredibly courteous and professional; God bless you for that! Thank you all soooo much! Again, Im so sorry..

I’ve had important pieces of mail and packages delivered to the WRONG address several times. I’ve contacted the postmaster each time, but the issue still persists. He is extremely rude and no help whatsoever. Such a disappointment.

Went in to mail an item, the clerk was rude and this post office didnt have any correct envelopes to mail what I needed.

Have had years of trouble getting our mail delivered to our home address so we purchased a post office box, thinking it would resolve the issue. It did not. Ive been several times to check the mail, only to find my box blocked off. This is ridiculous.

They are always extremely rude and are reluctant to help. They have lost at least one of my packages and then they are often shipped way after the day its supposed to be. Horrible post office.

Challenged by the safety concerns the people of the US Post Office seem to be doing as well as can be on the rural routes. The danger list is long not many are aware of them.

In the three and a half months that Ive lived here I have had one package lost and unable to be found (after being marked as out for delivery) and Ive had several items arrive late after being tendered to the local office. I have been in once and the staff was friendly enough but only after walking up to the counter; no greeting or offer of help was ever given.

Worst post office Ive ever had to deal with. Sometimes we get our mail, sometimes we get the neighbors mail. Need to order from Amazon? Well, mail carriers cant find the house, UPS or FedEx has no problems finding it. Incompetent staff inside the post office.
