Pleasant experience, especially considering that the office is still open although Covid-19 restrictions are in place. It was just a very straightforward, no-nonsense visit.

Truck needs to be fixed leaking liquids that stink very bad. I have dogs and I cant wash them every week. Need to get truck fixed so dogs want get in the nasty liquid coming from truck.Oh,and mainly have of our teach is taken out of our can.

Our trash has not been picked up in two weeks. When i try to call them I get no answer.

Talking through the people in the billing office through the window is like trying to pull teeth on a rabid dog. The women were discourteous and when I asked to speak to their supervisor, the pajama boy who walked up to the window showed no signs of concern that he might actually deal with the complaint I had.Teach your people some customer service skills you schmucks. Its not like you were swamped with work. The 3 of you were sitting back shooting the breeze when I walked in and you acted like it was an inconvenience to get up off your lazy butts and answer a couple questions. Its not like you are a waste management service in a major metropolitan area.

Jackson County Sanitation is a joke. They act like the Rural cousins of the Italian MOB, and you would be hard pressed to find a more unfriendly and dismissive bunch than they are. They offer the bare minimum for services and charge the maximum, and they will treat you like you have insulted them for asking for basic srivices, ei. Bulk Trash pickup extra cans options for dumpsters and scheduling for extra pickups during the holidays. If you miss payment they will send you a letters warning you of a warrant issued for failure to pay like you dont even get a court date. If you dont mind fear mongering, intimidation, or lazy entilted arrogant people using the court system to back them in their Monopoly then youre good to go, and thats exactly what its is a Monopoly.

I remember when the garbage truck would accidentally drop things but someone would pick it up, now they obviously dont give a damn they leave it and it gets blown over the yard or in neighboring yards. Also they keep dropping my trash can in the ditch =/

Their trucks broke off part of my drive way. I called and reported the incident. They never came by to look at the damage, just called me and refused to take responsibility.

Would like to see a more updated website and it would be real nice to see the trash pick up schedules and the holiday schedule that is observed with no trash pick up. Thanks
