I have used Surge in Scottsboro for the last 6 years and can always rely on contacting them when we need people, even with short notice they fill the positions in a very timely. They have also been professional and pleasant to work with.

Ive never had an issue working for surge, the staff have always been cordially polite towards me, Ive always been paid on time, never had a bad check, if you do your job and do as they ask there wont be any problems I dont see why theres so many negative reviews just do your job and there isnt any problems then again I do have an amazing work ethic so that could be why.

I dont have a problem with them other than the fact that Ive came down here twice to fill out paperwork (I live 20 minutes away) and they are never open! Its 2pm, someone sitting inside, no one will answer. Same thing happened last week, and this paperwork has a deadline.

Its a week before christmas and my check is three days late! I do not suggest anyone work for these people! This is not the first time ive had issues getting paid, ive been working thru them for months now. I was just informed that it will be thursday before I will get paid thats a whole week late with my check!

Very rude staff. I would not recommend them to anyone that is looking for a job. Worst business I have ever walked into they dont know what they are doing. I wish I could give them negative stars. If you are looking for a job do yourself a favor and stay away from surge staffing.
