Drove from Tennessee on a Sunday to meet friends & rent a pontoon boat. Boat was horrible. seats were broken, awning was ripped with a big hole in it & to top it off the boat kept going dead. Called for help but was told to prime the gas line which helped but would not stay primed. Took us an hour to get back to dock cause we couldnt go very fast at all( normally shoud have take 20 mins from where we were & hadnt even been out an hour. Employees very rude & hateful. They should be ashamed to rent out such junk knowingly to 6 women & charge $349 & then be rude & disrespectful on top of that!

Incredibly helpful staff and great prices on their rentals. Located right on the river with amazing views and plenty of opportunity to explore. Money might not be able to buy happiness, but it can buy jet ski rentals, and that’s about as close as you can get.

They list online that rentals have to be returned by 4:30 but in person they change it to 4:00. The explanation is that some people were not returning it in time and were out as late as 5:30. So why not just charge/fine those that violate the contract. With that logic, one should just return it at 4:30 anyway since they expect people to be late. I dont play games that way but it is wrong to reduce time under those circumstances...when you point out what the websites reads ( it reads must be returned by 4:30 ) they respond it just needs to be updated. Nice...

Great price and selection of rentals

My husband and I wanted a getaway for a few days. Wanted a boat for fishing. Call everywhere and price was outrageous for half a day. Well happen to call here and they picked up (Google said they was open but due to winter and lack of employees they close monday) and I spoke to Mr. David!!!!! Who is very nice, sweet and had great sense of humor. Also extremely helpful. Because we only had today (MONDAY) to enjoy ourselves he was willing to come in on his day OFF to fulfill our getaway dream and let us get a platoon! This place not only have a good guy like Mr. David but they also have GREAT RENTAL PRICING! I WILL recommend to all my friends and everyone else who ask. Thank you so much Mr. David

Clean. Awesome and personable customer service. Delightful Hawaiian Shaved Ice served there, and the shelves are stocked with pretty practical stuff you might find yourself needing if out Camping or Fishing.

I would have given it 5 stars because the people were really nice and helpful but, when we got on our boot that we rented it was covered in spiders and spider webs. I felt they could have at least cleaned up the boat. Other than that we had a great time.

Maybe it was just a bad day for me...i dont know BUT i drove 2 and a half hours to rent jet skis for my moms birthday. We rented two. After only having one in the water for less than an hour it tore up and i took it back. No discount on time or anything. Told they would hold my deposit till checked out. The second jet ski quit and stranded us in the middle of the lake (or whatever) before someone FINALLY came by to help us. And it was not an employee of whom we rented the skis from.After waiting and calling for over a week, i was finally told i sucked up some grass and busted an oring. (That was AFTER i called to find out what i was being charged for for the umpteenth time AND WE WERE IN THE DEEPEST PART OF THE WATER AWAY FROM ANY EDGE....HOW IS THAT MY FAULT?) Now my 200$ rental turned into a 300$ rental and the worst experience ever when it comes to water and water crafts!!
