Southern came out and did the heating maintenance for us. They were very professional, helpful, and installed a co2 monitor for us. I highly recommend their services!

We called several heating and air places to help us and they all acted like they didnt want to fool with it all they wanted is for us to get a brand new unit but we called southern and heating and air and they took the time to look at it and work on the unit and they got it going again. Had a blower motor go out on a Saturday afternoon with out-of-town relatives coming in on a hot day. Southern Heating and Air Conditioning sent out Adam Hill. Anytime we’ve had an issue, they have sent a Technician out that day.Their unit dropped our power bill on average $160 a month year round.All of their techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. If we ever have to replace our unit in the future, we will stay with Southern Heating and Cooling.

We moved into our home a couple of years ago and the HVAC systems were working well, but were 22 years old. We wanted to keep an eye on them and found Southern Heating and Cooling via online search. They came out, did an inspection on everything, and fixed a couple of minor problems as part of the inspection. They did such a thorough job we asked about service programs and became a service customer.We needed a couple of repairs along the way. The service was always prompt and professional, and they didnt use the opportunity to make a sales pitch. When it was time to replace our system they were a pleasure to work with, and they worked around our holiday schedule saving our holiday plans. The system they recommended is more efficient, quieter, and saves us a bunch of money on our energy bill.Recently I was under the house and realized our crawlspace humidity was much higher than seemed normal. We needed to get it dried out and remedy the issues so we werent dealing with mold and damaged wood. Because we have such trust in them we called Southern Heating & Cooling for a reference to get the crawlspace work done and found that its something they do! They got us on their schedule and in just days had a crew out to do the work. When they finished on Thursday the relative humidity in the crawlspace was 95% On the following Monday it was 50%. The price was right, and the equipment they recommended and installed is top-of-the-line. We couldnt be happier.We cant say enough good things about this company and their people. Everyone we have come in contact with has treated us so well, and their service has constantly exceeded our expectations.

Our gas-electric unit finally gave out after 15 years. We decided to go with Southern Heating & Cooling because we saw their reviews online and were willing to work with us on a time frame and financing.We are so appreciative of their patience with us and very impressed with their professionalism, work completed and the knowledge everyone had from start to finish.We have a 4b/2.5b home with 2000sq ft that uses gas heat and electric AC. The unit went out during a cold front moving thru from the recent hurricanes further south. We had our new gas-electric unit and parts installed from start to finish in less than 2 hours. I appreciate that the service tech came out and began work on our unit even though I was running a little late from work. Apparently they didn’t realize we had 2 units to maintain rather than just one. He called the office and they had him stay and service the second unit as well for a small additional charge.The tech was polite. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because after he left I realized our back gate was left open. Had my dog been let out she could have run off and become lost. I had a good experience when Southern installed the two HVAC units in my new house a couple of years ago. Before long it was apparent that one or more of the thermostats were faulty. Southern came out and replaced both free of charge.This Spring my AC couldnt keep up. Cody Jones came out and quickly found the issue. A piece the MFG left in the unit when the unit was shipped had fallen and punctured the coils and caused the coolant to leak out.In a few days Cody was back with a new coil and all the work was covered since it was a MFG issue.Cody was pleasant to work with, professional and efficient. Every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism. The office personnel was helpful, service was performed in a timely manner. Cody, the technician, explained every possibility and made sure I understood what was required to get my unit up and running. Very professional behavior. He also told me about a twice a year “checkup “ that I am going to purchase. Very, very pleased with every aspect of this service call. And extremely happy with the reasonable cost! Today Adam serviced our HVAC unit. Adam was courteous, friendly and professional. He reported his findings, and showed us a photo of A/C coils to give us a heads up that our unit is giving it all it can, a new unit will be in our future but we are doing good for now. I stopped by the office of Southern Heating & Cooling after lunch on Monday to get price information. Chris Sommers came to my house that same afternoon to get measurements. My unit was ordered the next day, and then my new unit was installed on Thursday. Service was GREAT!
