I’ve been seeing Shanna for well over ten years and she is fantastic. I have always been impressed with her knowledgeable approach to skincare. She thoroughly researches methodologies and products and stays current with the skincare industry. Her space is always spotless, warm and inviting and you can’t help but relax with her calm and upbeat approach. I also buy product from Shanna, they are quality and reasonably priced and she doesn’t oversell. So great to have Shanna for my skincare and makeup.

I just had my first facial with Shanna and I am very excited to book my next session! Everything was wonderful and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and I felt my treatment was tailored to exactly what my skin needed and not just a basic run of the mill facial that I have gotten so many times before at other places. She was easy to get ahold of and was able to get me in right away. I highly recommend her!

I have been getting my eye brows waxed by Shanna. She is GOOD! I have blonde eyebrows and she makes them look so natural and full, like way fuller than I actually have (dont know how she does this but its awesome). Ive used Shanna for facials too and my skin looked amazing. Lots of complements after seeing her! The skin care line she carries is affordable and her brightening serums took away my melasma. Shanna also specializes in spray tans and I tried one back in April - AMAZING. My tan was even, a pretty light brown, and my body didnt splotch when it was wearing off. I think she uses an organic solution. Ill be back again.

It is always so relaxing and refreshing to go to see Shanna. Her products are top of the line. She never oversells or pushes product you don’t need. Love her new Scotts Valley location. Can’t wait for my next facial!
