Was able to get in for a manicure and pedicure and they were amazing! The 2 technicians that helped me were so nice and patient with me. They did a great job and I’m so happy with how my nails turned out.

Super awesome service everyone was nice they were precise about my nails (Im picky and they did everything perfect without me having to ask for changes) love love love will definitely return! And they have dip powder which most other salons dont!

Very happy with the service! All the ladies are very kind. Kathy the owner is so sweet! I had a gel manicure done and was happy with the results. Kathy said if anything happens in two weeks to come in and shell fix it. Standard prices, cute atmosphere, and nice staff.

Owner is great and all you need to do is make an appointment go in sit down shut up and enjoy the ride. Also have some type of idea of what type of nails you want to have done because it can be busy and you want to make sure that you get the best experience having your nails done properly. Cathy is the owner and is great, I always look forward to seeing the shop girls and love how much fun they have once you have been in and you can meet a lot of people. Take cash and tip them well, 9 times out of 10 people dont leave anything especially women that bring in their wedding party and leave nothing, but expect the world and take up 3 to 4 hours, so stiffen them isnt the way to go, it just makes it embarrassing for the client who recommend this shop. So be kind and tip your manicurist.

Under new ownership for the past year. I am impressed! I went in half an hour before closing and they were all gracious. I got my face waxed and a very detailed pedicure with gel polish. Angela was meticulous with my feet. A bit pricey but well worth it. I am going back!

I was very pleased with my services. I got a manicure and pedicure. I got the royal pedicure and I dont think that I have ever had one so relaxing and very indepth. I loved how she rubbed the heated stones on my calves. I was impressed when I heard the owner explain to me how she likes people to make appointments so there isnt a lot of people inside at once because she likes to keep a calm relaxing atmosphere. I never thought that I would find a blue color that I liked but theres a wide assortment to choose from.

Terrible place. Took two hours to do one full set of nails, then did not add c ppl ear top coat gel which I had paid for. Nail as were painted way too far from cuticle for the reason just client would have to return sooner. Gemic you must watch.out for to generate more money for them by your need for a fill in sooner. Unprofessional, took too long, prices competitive, mediocre at best. Would never visit this establishment again. Save your money. There are better nail salons nearby and faster service!

I came in asking for shorter hard gel extensions, the woman said she could do it and gave me dip powder acrylics. The nails were bumpy, painted unevenly, had sharp bits sticking out, and the woman said I couldnt have shorter nails. She also used a communal dipping powder pot which is disgusting and spreads infection. On top of terrible nails she charged 50$. DONT GO

It was great, my wife has been coming here for awhile and I was thoroughly happy with my experience. I will be making a change from another Scotts Valley salon

This is the Second time I have come in and have NOT been taken care of. Why would you model business this way? If you dont have the people to perform the service, DONT Open!!! If one is required to make an appointment POST THAT INFORMATION !!

Gel nails chipped day three! $5 more than other SV salons for similar services. They talk to each other constantly and I think this is not a very relaxing environment as a result. Fourth time here, wont be going back
