I have been going here for over a year, I’ve always had a good one experience but on Tuesday I had my eyebrows waxed and they burnt my skin. In all the years I’ve gotten my eyebrows done this has never happened! I called to let them know and they dismissed me quickly. I will go elsewhere.

Todays pedicure was dine by Lidia or Nidia for the 1st and last time. I have been to beach twice this week, you know how the feet get. After soaking my feet, she just looked at my toes, cleaned my big toes with the cuticle remover, and was going to paint my nails! I have thick cuticles, and I need them removed. I kindly asked her to please remove them, and she smiled and took some of one toe. I Did not say anything else. I just gave her a small tip and left. Never with her again.

In the begining I had mixed experiences but I am glad I kept going because eventually, the nail techs I see learned my preferences and they always make sure I leave happy. They are also always willing to fix a nail that got ruined too quickly. Recently, I went in for my birthday pampering and they took care of me for 3 hours. I was in heaven. I love the receptionist. She knows her stuff and is the best one I have met at any nail salon. Shes on top of everything and makes sure customers are happy. I love her!

I was recommended Spazio Nails and they havent dissapointed me! Ive gone for the third month in a row for gel manicures. I usually NEVER get my nails done - as you can see I like my nails short. But the gel is really good quality they last a long time. Ive worked with Alexa and Jenny, both amazing! ♡

This place is not worth getting your nails done whatsoever, they are not professional enough to make a design on your nails without messing up. On my behalf I asked for a French manicure and she made the white lines too thick, told her I didn’t like it so I asked for a plain color (also gel) yet again paid $180 for that mess, just because of the time and cause I’m in the city not worth it babes! Save your money

Spacious Nails is a great Nail salon. The designs the technicians do are incredible and perfect. I definitely recommend this nail salon!

Easy to make an appointment online and staff was great. Unfortunately when I got home I noticed I had a painful cut from the cuticle trimming on my big toe

I got a gel manicure a week ago. The polish was applied in multiple layers and very thick- EVERY nail is peeling from the bottom up now. No care was taken to cut or push back my cuticles so the filing caused irritation to several nails. The application overall was lumpy and uneven. Incredibly disappointing experience. On a positive note, the older woman at the front desk was very friendly. She herself was professional. The fact she had to hunt down my nail tech for 15 min, not professional at all.

Rude staff and manicure wasnt well done. Rushed service and zero attention to detail. If it wasnt for Rosa I would have given this place 1 star

I made an appointment online for gel mani/pedi. The price on the website when I booked said $62. I booked an appointment for Mariam. When I get there Mariam wasnt available, so they gave me someone else. After getting my gel mani/pedi. They gave me a receipt for $50 gel pedicure and $40 gel manicure. I explained to the lady that when I booked online it said $62 and she told me that the gel mani/pedi meant a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I explained to her that it It does not specify that online that only the manicure was gel. I was unaware of this. The lady at the front desk was arguing with me about it being a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Horrible customer service! Never again. Instead of honoring the price I booked online.

First time there I was pleased with the quickness of being seen and safety being used.

Workers are rushed, not enough time for service, someone else waiting, or you have to wait when come in. Was better in the past. BUT the workers are good but pressured

My last experience at this salon was horrible! First off I had an appointment for 245 and didn’t get seen until 330. Then I came in with my nails already done with clear gel polish all I needed was a polish change which costs $25. I did get a design with the gel polish and was expecting to pay a little more but after the last was finished she called the owner over speaking in another language along with the operator next to her going back and forth trying to decide what I should be charged as if I didn’t know what was going on. The write me a ticket for the full price of a gel manicure which was $45. The new owners are very greedy and looking to overcharge. They did the same thing bro my mom who just got glitter gel polish. I will not be going back. Bad customer service and now they are running the place like a food chain with clients sitting around waiting who had appointments.

My nail tech didnt massage my neck...plus i asked her to cut my chip nail...she suggested to glue it and she charged me $9...Id rather had it cut since they are short....

I always have a great experience at Spazio nails. Im always greeted as soon as I walk in and always with a smile. Joon is great! Im always so happy with the way he does my gel fills. Hes very meticulous and never rushes.

I have been going to Spazio since about 2009. Under John’s management, this salon was impeccable and I never had a better experience else where. With these new owners, this place is heading in a bad direction.I ALWAYS get my nails done with Jason, no matter what, I made it work. I got a call last week that he wasn’t available for 2-3 months due to having to leave the country, so I was told they would schedule me with someone “just like Jason, very good” so my appointment today was with Suzy. I have never seen someone paint nails like her, it was truly awful. My nails were lumpy and she missed all of my edges so none of my edges had second coat OR top coat in them. When she noticed she had the nerve to tell me I banged all my nails inside the dryer! I couldn’t even believe she told me it was my fault. I told the owner and she didn’t have anything to say, except just stood there and stared at my nails, so I told her I wouldn’t pay for the nails if they weren’t fixed. I just feel violated I have been coming here all of these years and now these new people are ruining something great. I refuse to waste my money somewhere if I’m not being treated well or getting what I’m paying for! If I know Jason, he probably quit because of these stupid new owners...I have to seriously figure out if I should return to this place. Very sad.

I visit here regularly for eyebrow waxing. New management (changed recently.) Pleasant front desk staff and manager. Always wait leas than 5 minutes.

Ive been going here for years and today was honestly the worst service Ive ever gotten from a nail place. Usually the place is really good about cleaniness, especially with COVID, but when I was there today, the daughter of the woman who did my nails came and stood 1 foot away from me and just talked for 20 minutes. They also upcharged me $10 from what I was told my service would cost when I made the appointment when I got color gel with my new set of acrylics, which I thought was standard.

I’ve been going here for two years but I guess the owners changed or something happened. The manager was awful. I went in today asking that my nails be made the same length. I had two broken nails and so they told me to get the dip powder with extension. I agreed. When I went to do my manicure the man doing it told me to do something else. I asked if it was the same cost and he said yes. When I went to pay I was charged $80. That’s ridiculous to tell a customer to do something far more expensive than what they went in for. I won’t be going here anymore. The worst part was when I expressed my displeasure respectfully the woman who I believe is the manager didn’t care.

First time going there last Friday and it was by far the worst experience i have ever had. First off I would like to say that I was getting a pedicure and the lady had the nerve to skip the part where she cuts my cuticles. When I pointed it out she said to me i already cut them. I told her no you did not, and she says well you dont have any. So first she lied about cutting my cuticles then she said I never had any. I also got a fill in and I pointed out to the lady that i had a few areas on my nails with no acrylic. She said no its good like this its more natural. My nails have no shape whatsoever. I hated the service I received. 75$ WASTED. NEVER AGAIN. Not to mention my nail broke yesterday. Cheap products they use.

Im a loyal customer once some place gets me hooked and this place has me - ever since it opened probably 10 years ago Ive been a customer and its great to go to a place where they know you and smile when you come in and try to treat you quickly. Love that I can walk in without an appointment and get my nails and toenails done at any time, and always enjoy running into people I know there too!

I’ve been there two times prior to this and had okay experience but this time the lady giving me my manicure made 5 of my cuticles bleed. And completely ruined one of my cuticles. One of my fingers was and still is bleeding a lot completely black from the blood.

I had the BEST mani and pedi done by Lisa! It was my first time at this nail salon and she did not disappoint. My nails came out flawless.

Service is so different now thar the old owner John is gone. He was great at doing my fingernails. But he sold the shop! My nails will never be as good again. Always dissatisfied with my gel manicures tried 5 different people. I cut my nails off now, forget it!

I came from 45 minutes to have nails done. I arrived at520 PM they looked at me and said they close 7. Then another long time worker said 6PM. I promised them Id never return. Its a shame as Ive been going for about 10+ years.

Anna cut 3 of my nails and was so incredibly rude. She gave me the gel chart to pick a color then gave me no time to pick before demanding my hand to file. I then had to put down the gel color choices because she was violently filing my nails and skin. Never returning there !
