Best customer service around! Just picked up my 2015 Mustang and must report the best service experience to anybody that will listen. Not only was I given updates daily by Rick and Jeff, but all services performed were explained such that I could understand. It is obvious that both Rick and Jeff know what they are talking about, they care that I understood, and took the time to make me feel special. At the last minute I recalled my extended service warranty and Jeff processed that without hesitation saving me hundreds of dollars! When I walked out to get in my car they said “she” was all cooled down for me! Mustang Sally and I are back on the road without worries! Tried 3 times/other places to get an inspection. Nothing but excuses and no service. Went online with Christian Brothers and immediately made an appointment that was at my preferred time. Showed up and got service without delay. Very impressed with the way they do business. Thank you. I will go back there again without hesitation.

If youre a female and dont like inappropriate stares dont go here or dont dress up. They did a $3,500 job for us and kept rubbing it in our face that they washed the car although, big deal, they didnt clean the inside. My kid could have washed it. I expect a full car wash when I spend that kind of money. Then they misquoted us, added $400, then they changed the quote again & added another $500. Ugh. I do think they are honest but how much effort would it take to make it a better experience. Not much.UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO YOUR (CB) REQUEST TO SEND YOU MY INFO: The manager called me & tried to turn it on me, said he was calling to apologize & then yelled at me & I had to hang up on him. All he cared about was that I remove the review because it hurt the business. In his own words, he said well this call didnt go the way I wanted, I was hoping you would remove the review. They never read their in house survey, the first time I went there. I shouldnt have returned. To answer your canned request here: You have my email & my number already. Ill never go back!

Christian Auto brothers did an excellent job with our vehicle. We felt very comfortable with them and they did excellent work. Only thing I would comment on is their prices are a bit higher than others but I was willing to pay it because I knew the work would be done correctly.

I happened to come across this place when I needed my check engine light diagnosed. Im so pleased with the service from beginning to end. Family owned and operated, everyone I met was super friendly! Kyla the service manager kept me informed every step of the way. Jeff was the manager (I think). I cant remember my technicians name but thankful for them getting my issue resolved. Last but not least, Steve came to pick me up the day my car was ready. He was so funny! Thank you Christian Brothers automotive of Schertz, you have a customer for life!

They replaced my broken battery terminal and cleaned out my brake fluid. At no charge they checked my vehicle over and let me know if there was any issues. They have a courtesy van if you need a ride. Everyone was so nice and they keep you informed on the process of your vehicle. Their rates are petty good to. I can say I have people I really recommend Christian Brothers Auto.

I got a Pre-purchase inspection of a used vehicle at Christian Brothers. The service was fast (under 2 hours) and they provided me with a detailed report (including images of the issues) that I could bring to the dealer before buying the vehicle. Well worth my time. Kyla was so helpful!

Rick was super helpful and gave great customer service!! I like that you have a set appointment and your car is done (oil job) within the hour. Quick and professional. Replaced power steering pump and front axle. Much cheaper than dealer but still a lot of money. Jeff very nice. Free ride to and from shop. Also inspected rest of vehicle and replaced front lights at no extra charge.

Honestly, CBA is the first place “ever” to fill my oil to the literal top after doing a change. In the past I have gone to the chevy dealer and they always left me a quart low. I take 6.2 quarts after running the engine to fill the filter.Thank you Thank you Thank you

I went to CB n asked them to check underneath of my car as unusual noice came on n off. Brain, the guy who came to check soon found out the cause n explained to me how n what happend. That i learn something new. He also identify that there was another unrelated issue that was lot more serious: both wheel bearings!My heart sunk, since I didnt expect it, neither my pocket could cope with ìt.The service adviser explained the condition of the bearings were critical, especially the one on the driver side. She suggested to fix the one on the driver side there n then in two weeks time fix the other. Because both supposed to be replaced at the same time. Then the service manager took into consideration both my physical safety .n my financial situation n spent time working out a cost that could cover at least the expenses ôf CB automotive.In the end, I was able to have bothe whell bearings be replaced .I got to witness how CB runs THEIR BUSINESS that takes customers benefit serious as well.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Admittedly, I am clueless on vehicles, so taking them for repair is beyond stressful. From the moment I called Christian Brothers Automotive and was connected to Jeff, I immediately knew I was in good hands. What I didn’t know at that moment was that the service in all areas would exceed my expectations. They got my car right in, and had it finished same day. It was an electrical issue that was causing my vehicle to periodically not start (drained battery) and this was a stress; no one wants this to happen to them. Having the issue finally resolved gives me a newfound relief! They explained what caused it and kept me up to date while they were determining the issue. They even gave me a ride to and from my home, so I didn’t have to wait in the shop. The price was lower than I could have dreamed, and the service from Jeff and Mark made me feel like I was part of their family. Like they really “seen” me as a person, not just a customer. And, for this, they will always have my service. I no longer fear automotive issues knowing I have a safe place to take my car. Also, the location is easy to get to, super clean, has lots of bays and parking, what more could you ask for? Battery died while out running errands yesterday but I was able to get a jump. Called them up, then stopped by on the way home and they were able to get a new battery installed in just a few minutes. Every time we have a vehicle serviced here, I walk away happy. Absolutely, positively amazing customer service. Every time.

Excellent customer service! Had an overall inspection, brakes, rotors checked etc... they email an explanation of every check they perform to include pictures and recommendations. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

On March 30th at approximately 10:45am I was driving down Roy Richard Dr and was turning into the take 5 oil change. During that time I was tailgated by one of their courtesy vehicles (a Chrysler looking vehicle) and almost clipped while driving. As I was waiting to have my oil changes I looked up where I was in relation to the Christian bros automotive and saw that the courtesy vehicle was heading directly to this location.

I had my car battery replaced at the dealership and was told that the positive battery cable and electrical terminal needed to be replaced as well at a charge of over $2K. I took my car to Christian Brothers for a second opinion. They inspected my vehicle and told me that nothing needed to be done. They gave my car a clean bill of health at no charge. I was very impressed by their professionalism and honesty. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Had to have an engine replacement recently at Christian Brothers Automative in Schertz. I was treated horribly by their staff, and will not be returning for anything under any circumstances again. Not only that, I will recommend against using them to anyone and everyone that I know.They did the engine replacement, and the car runs as it should. However, the keyfob is no longer working, and it is not possible to get into my cars trunk without a working keyfob. Being that the only way to program it is using GM Tech II or something along those lines, I will have to take it to the dealership and probably have to spend extra money for a new keyfob or to have my current one reprogrammed.My grandpa paid the $8000 bill with check. He wanted to do something nice for me, and paid under the agreement that I pay it back to him monthly, which I have already started doing.Two entire weeks after paying and taking the car, I get a phone call over halfway through the day on Friday saying that the check had been returned/bounced. I work in San Marcos, in the medical field, and I cant just up and take care of all the going back and forth between my grandpa, the bank, and the auto shop when over half of the day is already gone.I tried explaining this to the owner over the phone, and she continued to badger me, going so far as to say that it was not my grandpas responsibility, which I agreed it was not. I eventually explained the situation and asked if we could come in to pay the next day(Saturday), to which she responded that we couldnt because they were closed. I then said that we would be in Monday to pay it and was responded to with an Okay before the owner hung up.Monday morning rolls around, and I get a message on my phone at around 0730 from Jeff stating that I need to bring the car down to the shop and pay them immediately. Jeff also made threats, stating that if I did not comply, they would have to get law enforcement involved.I called Jeff back immediately, telling him that we would be down to pay the thing. He kept trying to interrupt and badger me some more, so I eventually just started talking over him on the phone, explaining the entire situation in detail, again reiterating that as soon as I got dressed, I would pick up my grandpa and we would be on our way down there to pay. He then started to try and badger and harass me some more, so I told him to shut up and hung up, then got dressed and headed over to my grandpas.Apparently my grandpa, during this time, had already been to his bank and then went down to the shop and paid.I get back home, and notice that I have another message on my phone, again from Jeff. Jeff said that I had some nerve to talk to him the way I did despite the exceptional service that they gave me.Listen here, Jeff. Exceptional service is when you go above and beyond to help your paying customer. You did a service. One that I would not call exceptional. The engine was replaced and the car runs. That was the service. Calling to harass and badger someone who is in the process of fixing something that you could have called about a week ago and making threats is not exceptional service. Breaking my keyfob so that I cant get into my trunk is not exceptional service.There is nothing exceptional about you, your shop, or the service you provide, unless you want to count the exceptional levels of unprofessionalism that you and your owner exhibited.You have my kindest and warmest regards,Spencer Orkney

Ive been going here since 2013 and I love the customer service! The guys always take the time to explain to me what going on with my vehicle and what it is going to take to fix. They arent the cheapest place in town but I havent found a warranty half as good anywhere else. They have a great warranty on parts and labor!The staff is very friendly and they even offer rides for pick up and drop off. I highly recommend them especially being a woman and feeling like other automotive shops take advantage, they definitely do not. Highly recommend them for maintenance and repair to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience. Even though Christian Brothers didnt fix my vehicle, they were so helpful and accomodating, and they didnt even charge me. I had an A/C issue with a used car I had JUST purchased, and it was under extended warranty. They figured out the problem quickly, but didnt have some new machine to fix it, so they let me know exactly what to say to the next place I took it. They could have kept the vehicle and had a mobile repair person bring them the machine which would have cost me a lot and run the risk of not being approved, but they didnt. Nothing but great things to say, great customer service and also they had the sweetest doggy there. Will definitely return in the future when I need anything car-related.

I wet to this place today for he first time and right away was impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting room. The service writer was professional and listened to my request. Overall, Id have to rate this company above the local Jeep dealer who when one makes an appointment there is a two hour wait to be seen. I was seen right away here. Additionally, I would echo the other previous positive comments as there would not be anything negative to say. I left with a very positive experience and will make this establishment my place to go for my car repairs.The prices were reasonable for what I received and was not upsold anything I didnt need or want as other quick oil changes in the area like Take 5 Oil change or put Made in China parts in my car.I brought up several items my owners manual recommend and the service writer stated those items I didnt need at this time. No upsell.I believe this companys goal is to put the needs and concerns of the consumer over profit.

First time coming here to get our vehicle inspection done. I was greeted with a friendly face and immediately felt welcomed. Mark assisted me with the process and the entire time he was very courteous. I highly recommend this place. I would return to this place to get my other vehicle inspected and for minor repairs (not there yet) just for the service they provide. Wish I had photos to share but will provide in my next update.

Great shop! I was in and out in no time. Went in for a front wheel alignment after putting on new tires and Oscar Gonzales reminded me my oil was due for a change. He did it right from the alignment lift and was done in 15 min after the alignment. Great job. The service writers were very friendly and not pushy. I will drive 15 miles to give them my business in the future!

I will forever be a fan of this business and its people who work and run it!! They had my truck in and out in 24 hours with some serious issues. Not only did they offer me shuttle service to get a rental car, the owner drove me herself! The next day I was picked up at the rental car dealer again by the owner, but not her it was her husband! On the way to get my truck I told him I was going to have to get my wife to pick up my daughter which was too bad because we were so close right now. He said no problem lets go get her! These people treat you like family and I will be sure to recommend them anytime!!

This is my first time visiting this shop for work on my truck. Heres why I am writing this: The evening after I picked it up, I crawled underneath to glance at the work they performed. I was immediately upset. They took nearly $1,000 but didnt touch my truck?! The area around the transfer case, front differential case, and rear differential case was completely untouched. I was convinced that I had been scammed. No way to perform the work without even a drip, a smudge, or a mark. I called the shop to express my concern. They were shocked to hear that I had doubts about the work... but they asked me to come back to the shop ASAP so I can show them what I found. They put my truck back on the lift. The mechanic cheerfully opened all areas in question to reveal CLEAN, fresh fluids! Then, to my shock, the mechanic showed me how he cleans the entire area spotless. Using a brake cleaner dispenser and air nozzle. Yep... I was completely wrong. This shop does good work and will leave the areas so clean that youll question that any work was done! Lesson learned... these guys are good. And honest. Very pricey.... but honest! Thank you. These guys are good.

This is my second time coming to this shop for car repairs. Every time I come, the Office has been very professional and polite. Each time the owner has taken his time to introduce him self and shake my hand. I like the peace of mind of being able to drop off my car and not have to worry about it being repaired properly. They also offer a ride to where ever you need to go, which is a huge convenience. Also any question that I have is always thoroughly answered. Would highly recommend this place.

Every single encounter I have had with the individuals here has been extremely professional and courteous. The work they do has been fairly priced and completed by the time they said it would be. They offer a courtesy shuttle which will pick you up and drop you off if requested. I highly recommend this location. They have been honest about which repairs were needed and which were not, or those that could wait and for how long. The waiting area (should you decide not to utilize the shuttle) is comfortable and they provide coffee or water.

Brought my truck (diesel) in for an oil change. Very straight forward service and about half the price of the dealership here in San Antonio... prices are back to what Im used to before moving into the San Antonio area. Dealership seemed to be much more inflated...but anyway... customer service was great. Good explanation of service and quick checkout. They seem to be busy all the time, so making an appointment several days to a week in advance for routine maintenance is the norm. Good to see they have steady business so that theyre likely to stick around. Im going to start bringing all of my vehicles here

Ok they are very nice but the problem is had my vehicle for 2 days all I wanted done was to have it a scandal put on it to see what the engine lights were telling them is a Diagnostics its $115 its not a big deal it takes 10 minutes and yes they were busy but they should have said will make an appointment for you at our earliest convenience.

I’ve been holding out on my quarterly oil change because I had such a poor experience at a local dealership. Yesterday I went to Christian Brothers Automotive and received the best service ever. The office is clean and welcoming. The gentleman I spoke with was very courteous and he actively listened to my concerns. There’s a few other things that I need looked at, so I feel comfortable knowing that I have somewhere to go; I definitely will be back!

Biggest price gougers that I have encountered in Texas. They quoted me $1,050 for a job that I got done for $350.00 somewhere else! They told me $600 for a part that is $250 in AutoZone! Don’t get fooled by the name. They are anything but Christian, praying on those in need to get their cars on the road to get to work and make an honest living.

Just moved to TX and got two vehicles safety inspected. They were very friendly on the phone and answered all my questions before I arrived. Their staff was courtesy and professional. The waiting room was clean as well. Ill be back for any more automotive needs for sure!!

Christian Brothers Automotive in Schertz has always been a great place to take our vehicles. If something is under warranty they let us know so we can take it to the dealer to get for free. Christian Brothers doesnt even charge us to see what is wrong if it needs to go to the dealer. They have a shuttle vehicle as well if I need to go back home instead of wait for a long time. The lobby is always clean and there is coffee or water to drink. This is the best automotive repair shop I have been to.

An absolute joy to do business with. Its a rare delight to find an organization equally dedicated to their craft as well as customer service. Additionally, its heartwarming to find any group today that isnt afraid to boldly announce that theyre Christians.

Im not sure if this was just a one off but I almost just got scammed by them. Took my truck in to get a quote on an alignment, and was quoted $2,000 in repairs just to get ready to do the alignment. I then took it to a different shop and was told that the problem was that a bolt was loose and theyd fix it for free in 10 minutes. Im not usually a hater but this definitely seems fishy.

I was really impressed with my experience at Christian Brothers. From calling to make an appointment to finishing up the job, they were completely professional and made me feel like an important customer. I’ve never had such awesome customer service at an automotive shop before. The waiting is very clean and comfortable with drinks provided. Charlie at the front desk was even so sweet to offer me some banana coffee cake! They finished in a reasonable time and had me on my way in no time. I’m not sure they could be beat in my book. I will be coming back again!

This is a great automotive store for your vehicles. It is NOT a run of the mill chain that takes advantage of a situation for money only. The staff is very helpful and willing to talk about options for your service needs. Their cost level is a bit more than a basic auto repair shop, but you do get what you pay for. They have trained mechanics doing the repairs. Christian Bros backs up their warranty on items and services rendered. Unless they have a full schedule they are quick on turn around for repairs and services. If you dont want to wait in their lobby area, they do offer a customer shuttle service (check with reception for distances available). My wife, myself and my three sons use CBA for our automotive needs and plan to come back for future service or repairs. Take the time to stop in and check them out for whatever automotive needs you have.

Dont let the name of this repair shop fool you. You would think that doing business with a name like theirs would be honest and trustworthy but turns out they are just like most other shops.I went to them for an oil change and asked for them to do a thorough courtesy inspection because I had a long road trip in a couple days. Specifically I asked for the tire pressures to be checked because I had to put air in one of the tires earlier that day. I told them I wanted that tire to be checked for any leaks. Before I left I asked if there were any findings with the courtesy inspection and I was told there were no issues. I asked if they found any leaks in the tire and the gentleman said no.Prior to coming in for the service I loosened all the tire valve caps and when I went out to check, they were still loose. I can even tell that the one tire visibly less inflated than the others. When I went back inside to ask if they were sure the tires were checked, I was assured that they were. He said yes they were checked, I was standing there while the mechanic did it and he works for me. I had him follow me outside so I can prove it was not done. They made it right by driving the vehicle back to the bay and putting air in the tire but it leaves the question whether or not anything else was done correctly.So as it turns out Im sitting in another shop a couple hundred miles from home getting another tire put on because there is a hole in the sidewall. This is something they should have caught if they did their job right. Thankfully I didnt have a blowout on the road. If you end up taking your vehicle here, or anywhere for that matter, double check their work and keep them honest.

There is no one else I would have service or car for my cars than Christian Brothers Automotive. I have trusted them to do extensive work on past vehicles and the integrity they showed was astounding! Friendly, honest, true concern for the customer is only a few of the consistent customer qualities they exhibit.

I have been to Christian Brothers several times since they opened up, everything from a radiator replacement & new tires to replacing tail lights and resetting the cars warning lights. They have been the greatest. They are courteous, professional, and trustworthy. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Outstanding customer service! They drove me to the rental car office when I dropped off my vehicle and picked me up when my maintenance was completed. I was kept informed of the status throughout the process and my car was ready when promised. I highly recommend this shop.
