I went to the same H&R representative, Janice Drury. She made me feel like Im extremely incompetent and called me naive to my face while being on company time. Her behavior in the beginning was very rude and uncalled for. I used to enjoy going to her the first two times Ive seen her. But this time, rude all around. I dont like leaving horrible reviews, but what she did on company time doing this to a client, F that. I wont ever have her as my representative. H&R block, please teach ALL of your staff to keep their negativity either at home, or drop if off outside of the door before they enter (or just dont go to work at all, its just that simple).

Donna sat there and explained everything to us. This is our third year going to her and she is always amazing every year. Highly recommend

The areas with 4 stars are only due to the fact that Ive typically had great service with H&R block, especially the decade I went to the office in Florida but the cost is getting higher and the service isnt getting better. So I probably wont return if things arent better next year.

Worst customer service I have had with anything. Made an appointment with carol and she wasn’t there when I was told she will be (not her fault it was front desk fault) when I got there I waited 20mins for someone I didn’t make an appointment with and when doing the taxes she was extremely rude, didn’t let me talk or finish my questions with out her interrupting me. TurboTax gave me more money back then they were going too! I will never come back and will be telling eveyone I know not to come back. Close the store. -1 Star.

We have gone to Carol and this will Be our 4th year. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the price per form. Other than that, she is a Pro and has really been a great help. It’s like we have known her for years. Go to Carol!!!

If I had an idea I would be walking into a $400+ tax prep experience I would have gone somewhere else. $400+ for a 1 job 1 child single tax payer is absolutely atrocious. I left the facility feeling as though I’d been robbed
