Went there this morning for the first time. Very friendly and helpful. I dont know anything about pools and she gave me info and explained it all to me very well.

I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE ON 5/25 AND WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ORDER WAS IN, SO I WENT TO THE STORE AND TOLD ORDER WAS NOT IN SO I BOUGHT OFF THE SHELF AT FULL PRICE. NOW I AM TOLD I CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER SO I HAVE TO BUY TWICE WHAT I NEEDED. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYBODY!

Probably some of the best quality chemicals you can find,but expensive.Customer service is good

No customer service from corporate or Pentair. I purchased heater online in April 2021. In June heater starts leaking. I called customer service for Leslie and Pentair. After getting the run around for a month, was told thete was nothing they could do. Because I installed myself, warranty was not valid.. $2500 spent but there is nothing they can do...

I get my water tested here weekly. They never try to sell me any unnecessary chemicals, theyre very knowledgable and friendly.

This place is amazing, specially the customer service. Chris is so knowledgeable and ready to help with any advice you need about your pool. I am new to the pool ownership and i feel like Leslies had been holding my hand and helping me with every step, from water testing and balancing to selecting the pool cover to match my unique pool. This is THE PLACE for all pool needs!!!!!

Way to expensive

Great local store for all of your pool/hot tub needs. I love the small business feel because their customer service is always out of this world.

This store truly has whatever you need for your pool. Unfortunately, it is the beginning of the pool season and they do not have enough staff to assist customers. The one person that was working, told me she was new and did not have the knowledge to run the test I needed on pool equipment. The experienced guy would be there in the morning and get to it. Left it there overnight for a more experienced person to run the test and he tells me hes too busy because he is the only one working in the store today until later this evening. So..... pool equipment down and cant run my pool. Was told by employee its my pool equipment and I can feel free to come and pick it up if Im not happy.

They have everything you need for your pool.

Its a very nice place to shop they have most anything you can possibly imagine there and if they dont have it they will get it for you prices are a little bit High but they are very knowledgeable and if one person runs into a problem they dont know then they will go and get somebody that does know.
