Love coming here and saying hello to the critters. Just be careful because you might fall in love with one. On Saturdays they have Treasured Friends come with their cats mid afternoon. Call for exact hours but somewhere around 11 or noon for 3-4 hours.Also good selection of toys, treats, food, clothes if thats your thing any other pet necessities or wants. Prices are decent and return policy is amazing. Theyll take back unopened food if your animal didnt like something. Big reason for coming here!

A + for petsmart have more groomers then petcoPetco always book with no open appointments we are book at all times you be lucky to get in. petsmart they be on it. Petco need to hire more groomers like petsmart have.I have not been back to petco for almost a year now, I been going to pet smart not that peck is a bad groomers it that they need to hire more then one groomer.

Picked up curbside and an item was missing. I called and explained the situation and was put on hold twice and then hung up on. I called back and she put me on hold again for 10 mins and then hung up. Super inconvenient. Target it is next time.

I scheduled a grooming two weeks in advance but the groomer was a no show. Thankfully Laura stepped in and was able to still take my pup. She did a fantastic job ! Thank you Laura 😃😃😃

Banfield Pet hospital is great. Their staff of Vets and techs are very personable and take great care that my girl Alli is well taken care of.

I went in with my lilly and she was super excited. I let her pick out her toy and she did. She also carried it up to the counter. It was nice and clean, well lit, prices were good, and the customer service was exceptional. I would recommend.

They have live animals for adoption, I liked the kittens there. The lady let me see them and pet them, very nice place.

They are a great group of employees. They have always been so helpful and friendly. One employee took us to 3 different areas of the store helping us find the perfect cat carrier. We come to this store every other week to look at kittens looking for homes and get pet food. Hard to believe Halloween toys are out in August. Time flies. 11-19. The litter box with the high sides corner or rectangle style. Another one has a cover. I use litter that 100% dust free. 2 pictured items had made our lives easier.

Let me just say the worker name PHILLIP is the best. My son needed a dragon and he knew the entire layout and details of what it takes to take care of a reptile of such. Its not a doubt if you run into this guy while youre in there you will not leave disappointed. Just want to say thanks your customer service was everything

The store itself and its employees are great! Huge selection of food! I found the one type of food there that I couldn’t find anywhere else. And the toys and cute stuff are on par. Also. I’ve been happy with the section and selections for small mammals.I am not a fan of the groomers. I did not like the cut my dog received. It was just hacked off. The area where they groom the dogs was pretty bad. I didn’t want my dog walking through that.

I rented a carpet cleaner from here for 24 hours. I was charged the price of the rental plus a $30 deposit. The deposit was to be returned when I bring back the carpet cleaner. I returned the carpet cleaner expecting to have my deposit refunded back on my credit card. But one of the cashiers told me that I had to receive a store credit because I didnt have my receipt. I told her could I bring the receipt in tomorrow because I really dont have any use for a store credit because I dont have any pets. She informed me that if I wait until tomorrow then I will be charge for 48 hours rental. So now I just look at this as a loss because I have no use for this store credit. They need to have a better policy for deposit returns even though they have a copy of my receipt on file.

Staff is always helpful and courteous...there are usually specials or clearance items on top of regular prices

Schererville PetSmart is always well stocked, clean and the staff is happy to assist you with questions and goods. Plus They have a Banfield on site so they carry prescription pet food (PetSmarts without a Banfield do not) which is a boon in itself.

This is my preferred place for anything for my pets. Petco is closer to me but this store is worth the extra mile. There is a woman with orange hair that works here that is so passionate about her job. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me save my fish that was sick and dying.

I would give zero stars if I could. About 6 months ago my dog started having stomach issues and needed special food. I stopped in to talk to someone, to ask questions. I received help from a very knowledgeable associate. Today I go in with a prescription in hand asking where I could find a type of food. A young lady with long hair points to a section. Im standing in the aisle alone with no help, no one to answer my question. Very disappointed in the lack of service I received. If you are not interested in helping people, leave the customer service industry. I will not step foot in that place again.

Sales help was ready and available to assist. Clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly. It felt comfortable shopping there.

Shop online (for less), pay online, pick up in the store. Win win!

So after reading some horrible reviews I was scared to take my puppy here (but I gave it a try because I’ve also heard good things from other people). I have to say that I had the total opposite experience. I was so pleased with how clean & organized the store was, it even had this really nice, pleasant smell. Kathy W. groomed my puppy and I was so happy with her work! My baby looked beautiful, smells sooo good and got perfectly trimmed. She was awesome and the other girl who was there grooming another dog seemed very nice as well. Everyone in the entire store was so friendly and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Will definitely be back!

One of the workers literally told me not to feed my pet something resulting in its death.. They should train them to be nore expierenced on the pets they sell..

I would have given them a 5 Star rating, but the one item I went there for, after finding it on their website, was out, and has been for months. I spoke with an employee working on the floor who nicely told me that the site isnt updated very often. I found a similar product, and a few others we had been contemplating, and walked out happy. We found the product on Amazon for just a bit higher, but our cat is still happy with his new items. I recommend going to this location.

This PetSmart is well stocked.Always very clean and odor free.The availability of products far exceeds other pet stores in the area.Employees dont run from you but rather are available to help or chat.I also appreciate that employees acknowledge when my kids try to interact.Hours could be better and check out process improved given COVID but an overall good store.

I love the store and the associates there they were very helpful and nice the only problem I had was the groomer she wasn’t nice at all she rushed the grooming process she was done in only 15-20 minutes and I didn’t receive the extras I added on to his grooming secession

Was great!! I always get my dog supplies and grooming here. I especially like Beca E in the grooming center, she makes my dog look so nice all the time. I would highly recommend going here. Make sure to set up a account for PetSmart cause you can get some pretty good deals on things.

It is my favourite pet store to go to. It is even more affordable than Petco.

I am disappointed with Pet-smart in general ad this location i specific. You b the aisles not just looking fora product, but also looking for an associate to assist you. The grooming department is even worst. I took my puppy for ail trimming ad I noticed that he was bleeding from one of his paws. The place is not safe for puppies.

The young lady assisted me in getting a bearded dragon and helped me with all of the accessories. She was super helpful it was a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back. I also got a leapord gecko there last year and its still doing great and I had great customer service then to.

Always helpful staff. If there is a line they will open another. You can take your pet shopping with you which is pretty cool. They have cats but no dogs. They are rescue cats so no puppy farm type thing going down there. They have a good selection of fish. They have mice hamster and guinea pigs. They have reptiles and snakes.

Petsmart is a clean environment for pet supplies. I am an advocate for animals and instead of donating their returns or their unsold items including food to shelters, they trash all of them. They have excuses as to why, but none of them are accurate. There is no reason not to donate except they want the money. As a company you get more for writing off defective items than you do for donating them.

I love my groomer but it would be nice if they didn’t take the discount away that I used to get for booking in advance. With 3 dogs, every little bit helps and it seems like every time there is a good discount, they take it away. It would be nice to have a little incentive to come back again.

We got there right before closing and everyone was still helpful with a smile.

Went in with my Nieces dog. Your staffer (Angie I think) was so helpful. The dog is a small pony & still a puppy. She took charge & put the harness on him. I couldnt have asked for better service. Thank You for having such helpful people.

My sister wanted a hamster so we went here. Poor thing had passed away in less than 2 days after adoption. Worst part was the wait to get someone to help us with adopting a hamster. After 40 minutes, someone was finally able to come help us after asking the cashiers a few times. The lady that helped us seemed knowledgeable ablut hamsters and was nice and all but the wait when it really wasnt all that busy was a bit much.
