We will definitely rent from Backyard Bouncers again!!! We booked the night before online in a pinch. Fast response and confirmation. Great communication. We rented Big Blue. The bouncer was in great condition and very clean. Friendly fast delivery and pick up. Definitely recommended! The kids had a blast all day.

I rented the hot air balloon bounce house on 8-8-2021. It partially collapsed with the children in it. It was half deflated/collapsed when the company came to pick up the bounce house. When I tried to explain that we barely used the bounce house due to safety concerns, my concerns were dismissed. I did receive my $60 deposit, but was told I needed to tap the bounce house to get it to inflate and stand up again. He even demonstrated that all he had to do was tap it and it stood straight up. When you’re paying $200 you should not have to “tap it to inflate it” it should work. I also at least expect a better customer service experience. I do not recommend.

This company stepped up to the plate when they did not have too. We ordered same day last minute because another company canceled. Great customer service and award winning business etiquette. Thanks again! We will be using you forever. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very professional company, everyone was extremely nice even the owner was so kind and the hours you rent the bouncy house is amazing, i would diffidently recommend them. My daughter and her friends has an awesome time.

Do yourself and your event a favor and do not rent from this company! We booked a bounce house through them a month and a half prior to our event this past weekend. I thought it was odd that they did not call to confirm so I tried calling and left a message. They never called back or showed up. By the time I realized they were going to flake on us, all other companies were booked for the day. We had a lot of disappointed little ones who were promised a bounce house. Very upsetting.
