I recently had a new crown done. The entire procedure was done in one visit as Crossroads Family Dental has the ability to make the new crown right there in the office! No more taking impressions and waiting for a lab to make the crown. What an amazing difference. I cannot thank the doctors and staff enough for taking such good care of me. Best dental office ever!

Ive been going here for many years. They take such good care of me and are very attentive if you are nervous. Right now I have Pam as my hygienist and she is awesome. They work well with insurance and offer payment plan options. Great place and very skilled.

Crossroads Family Dental is the ONLY place I would go to trust my and my familys dental health. The staff is fantastic! They care about me. They remember details about my family. They provide clear options and tell the truth.

Don’t take your children!!!!! One of the dentist/co-owner harassed a group of teenagers due to their support for black lives. They also continuously deleted comments on Facebook when asked about the situation.

Provided excellent service for my daughter and myself. They made sure we were comfortable and the service was painless. Our teeth look great. I would definitely recommend .

They are great. They have massage chairs for seats now. Also, I was gifted a peppermint scented warm moist towell after my cleaning before the Dentist came for the final part of my check up. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I would highly recommend Crossroads to anyone that is terrified of going to the dentist. Dr. Zuccarelli walked me through every step and option and made sure I was comfortable with all of the procedures. My anxiety level decreased so much and I have had great experiences with her care. She is so knowledgeable and kind...a great combination for someone that is going to be drilling in your mouth! :)

I feel like Larry David when mentioning this place, Pret-tay.....Pret....tay.....Pretty Good!I was spooked on dentists for a looong time. Thought I was unlucky and always ran across butchers. But when I went here, it was a relief! I finally got to experience a great dentist. Service is nice and fast, Quality is great. I only have Dr. Berns, so I can only comment about him, THOUGH I heard Zuccarelli is great. As for Berns though. There is nothing i can say even remotely bad about him. Straight to the point, but not a rusher, precise, nice manners. Just Great. My only whining complaint is i wish they had a pay online option, though it kind of doesnt matter since I dont live far, but Im lazy.UPDATE 4/17/20: I see in the response that you CAN pay online. I stand corrected!

The staff here is top notch! Where did I go on my day off???? To see my Dentist, Dr. Berns of course. Becky was my Dental hygienist or Archeologist as I called her. She was diligent and polite while removing months of Carmel corn buildup! Non- judge mental of my food choices! She did a wonderful job and answered all my questions. She was genuinely concerned about my comfort during the cleaning. We did disagree on whether Monster or Coffee was worse for your teeth, but that’s a battle for later. Dr. Berns is a very professional and knowledgeable. Answers all questions and offers preventative tips to keep your oral hygiene top notch. A shout-out to my girl Val too, although we weren’t able to spend much time together today. I highly recommend Crossroads Family Dental to anyone new in the area or just looking for a new Dentist. Wonderful staff, professional, one day a week with late hours, and a family type atmosphere. Dr. Zuccarelli is incredible! She makes you feel extremely at ease and makes sure you are comfortable; nothing she does is ever painful. I wouldnt dream of going to another dentist. All the staff here is very friendly as well.

We have have been patients for 15 years. My husband swears by Dr. Berns. I adore Dr. Zucharelli because she’s great with “cowards.” My daughter loves them both. We’ve never had a bad experience. All procedures are done perfectly and completely painless. Both Dr. Berns and Dr. Kathy are always available for after hour emergencies. The staff is amazing. The office is very modern and hi-tech. They have a great interactive website if you prefer to schedule on-line. There are free refreshments in the waiting area, personal TVs in every exam room, and they will shortly be offering massage chairs during your visit. My family will never go to another Dental Office. Crossroads Family Dental is the best in the area.

Friendly and compasionate dental care. Recently had a crown put on. Dr. Berns did such great job with the temporary, you would of thought it was a permanent crown. Also had an after hours emergency and Dr. Berns got back to me within minutes of leaving a message. Resolved my pain until I was able to come in and see him. He was willing to come meet me to give me a prescription if I needed something stronger for my pain. The dental hygienist is also great. Highly recommend this practice.

This week I had a 21/2 hour apt for a crown. Ugh> who wants to go do that? However the office was welcoming and friendly. During my visit Dr Zuccarelli continued to make sure I was ok . The staff is extremely respectful to each other as well as to patients. Listening to all the staff interact was such a joy. humming to the radio, laughing, joking, saying please and thank you and the gratitude when utensils are restocked. This is a lost art in todays world. They operate as a family but never stop the care and kindness as well as professionalism to all. Thank you for being genuine.
