Booked a cruise months in advance and was sold an insurance plan that we could cancel for ‘any’ reason. Paid the significant deposit. Was unable to arrange the time off from work due to unforeseen circumstances and had to cancel. Unable to get my deposit back. Apparently, ‘For any reason’ means ‘for any reason other than being unable to get time off from work.’ No refund from insurance. No refund from travel agent. Unfortunately, can’t ever do business with them again
