CPR changed the battery on my MacBook Air. Apple is of no help and solely wants to sell you a new computer. The list the they provided of approved service providers were 30+ miles away. Found CPR online - purchased battery over the phone and within 3 days, the battery was in and I was able to have it replaced within an hour. Super Easy. Affordable. Will return for future computer/cell phone needs.

My son cracked the screen on his tablet, so I came in and chatted with the employees for a few and asked them to get his tablet fixed up . They told me it would be done same day or next day which I thought was pretty speedy . They ended up calling 3 hours laster stating his tablet was fixed and read for pickup .Extremely satisfied and they earned a customer today .

Went to get my laptop looked at. It wouldn’t power on. The gentleman was very nice and professional. He went to look at it and got it back and running. He also helped me get the appropriate charger needed for my computer. I highly recommend them . Great service.

Cracked screen repair via insurance fast and extremely professional. Would suggest calling to ensure they have the screen in stock before dropping phone off but that was on me and NOT the company.

Amazing service, only place my family trusts with their phones!

My dog crunched my phone and the screen was broken but I hadnt backed up my notes. UbreakIfix told me they couldnt check whether my data was OK but would have to repair the screen for $300. When I asked further about retrieving data they gave me a brochure for a business where you mail your phone and they retrieve all your data. Their prices started at $900. Amjad and Andy were great at CPR. They ended up transferring the data from my old to my replacement phone for $60. Before that worked they told me they could mount a new screen on there for the purposes of using the screen to back up the data. They were extremely helpful and did not try to milk the situation for all it was worth. I will definitely go back any time I need a repair.

I contacted them through their website about fixing my phone, and they said to come in so they can get started. I told them what kind of phone I have. I went and they said they dont work this type of phone. Sony Xperia XZ2 compact, if that helps save someone else a drive.

Had a shattered cell phone screen for OnePlus 7T. Was told they couldnt do the repair because they couldnt get the screen. It was on backorder. I was able to track one down they said they would install it. Took it in and they told me they could still do it but I would have to leave the phone for at least day. Even suggested I take it to their other store which is better staffed and I might not have to wait a whole day. I need a phone for business, so I bought another one so I would be able to leave the original with them for as long as they needed to complete the repair. 4 days later the same person is saying now they wont do the repair. Hes a manager. Its his call. So glad I went out and spent the money to allow them to do what they said they would do and now they wont do it. Very unprofessional.

Repaired my computer in a timely fashion

I made an appointment through their website, which was very easy to navigate. My issue was with my phone not being able to charge it. I thought my battery or charging connector was going to have to be replaced.When I arrived to the store, a gentleman named Andy helped me out and tested my phone by cleaning out the charging connector first. Amazingly enough, that fixed the problem! Andy provided great service and was kind enough to provide a proper diagnosis before making any replacements. Thank you Andy!

My first experience there will certainly not be my last. I went inside asking if anything could be done for my phones charger port. Andy asked to see my phone and told me that the cause behind it, which was build up dust, and in no time cleaned the dust from inside the charger port. He was very polite and efficient. I did not need to make an appointment or was I even charged. I seriously recommend this place for any and all!

My dad’s iPhone wasn’t charging so he stopped in to have the charging port replaced. While in the shop, he was told the charging port just needed to be cleaned which they nicely did for him.... free of charge! My dad spoke highly of the customer service so I just had to leave a review!

Very professional. When I dropped off the phone, the possible problem was discussed by staff and I was given a quote and time frame for repair. I was kept updated on the work being done on my phone. I Wish I Could Give Less...I Got My Screen Fixed On Tuesday 10/16 And The Next Day While Putting My Case On I Noticed A Crack On The Screen. I Went To The Store On 10/17 And He Was Unable To Fix It So I Asked For Free Screen Protector And He Put It On For Me. It is Now Friday 10/19 And I Slightly Dropped The Phone Taking It Off The Charger And My Screen Is Cracked, Mind You I Still Have The Screen Protector On And A Case. So Why Did My Screen Crack? I’m Not Sure If They’re Using Cheap Screens But, I’m Not Satisfied At All.✌🏽

I went to iFix for a screen repair on my iPhone 6s Plus. Luckily they had the screen in stock. I was in and out in less than a half hour.
