After being exposed to COVID (in my home) I wanted a test to see if I was positive. Even though I am vaccinated I felt the need to be tested quickly as to not take any chance of spread. Let me tell you- it is not easy getting a same day rapid response test in our area. I called multiple places - and was so happy how the on line process was so easy. Great care in the office and came out less than 1 hour start (call) to finish (results) highly recommend

I spoke to three different staff members during my visit and every one of them was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The whole experience was great. I came for a rapid COVID test and they had the results back to me very quickly. I highly recommend this location.

They act like they really care about you and how they can help you and to help you feel better. Youre not just another number or another insurance job. (Like most facilities seem to be now a days) Seems like a small town provider. Really like that you can wait outside in your vehicle and they will call you when your turn. (Optional)Better than them hard plastic chairs though! LoL

I would highly recommend them!!! They’re friendly and quick and accept walking and same day appointments. They also allow you to check in online to make the whole process easier and quicker. I also like that when you call you speak with a person as opposed to a machine.

During such a crazy time in this world everyone from the receptionist, to the nurses, to the doctors and everyone in between make you feel so confident and comfortable. They are so sweet and friendly. They are so positive! I know the word “express” is in their name but sometimes that it’s going how the cookie crumbles especially when it comes to our health, however each time I have been there they were extremely quick! Thank you to our health care workers for continuing to be hero’s through this craziness!Best clinic in the area by far!!!

Good and rapid services. Nothing to complaint but the long wait time. You just cant help with that for a popular urgent care. Just be prepared for it. They do allow you to wait in the car or outside though.

I like the positive vibe at this clinic, with uplifting posters and happy staff. Nurses and doctors are efficient and thorough, and great with little kids. Online check in was quick and easy. Very clean facility. 5 stars!

Horrible experience. Booked appointment for 2 pm. Got e-mail confirmation. Arrived before the appointment time and been told the appointment mean nothing and have to wait in the car until called. After 45 min wait went back in to check how long I need to wait, the receptionist said I need to go back to the car and come back when called. Waited another 25 min and seen people pulling in and got seen in 5 min. How????? Went back to see what is going on. The receptionist said they called 4 times and always got to the answering machine. I didn’t get any calls. When I asked her to call me and got a call right away. Can someone explain? Will never deal with this clinic again!!!!! If this is Urgent Care Clinic you will die in the car waiting for a call in your car!

Daughter needed physical for sport. I forgot my physical form and thought I was going to have to go back and get it but luckily they were able to have me email and print it out for me which was nice. Everyone was super nice from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. We were in and out and was so easy and stress free..

I started going to Midwest express Cedar lake in March for a specific issue. I was lucky to have Dr. Keller treat me that day since then I have decided to stay with Midwest express as my primary medical clinic Dr. Keller is now in the Schererville clinic and I know see her there. The staff at both Clinics are very kind and efficient I have no complaints only praise.

This is the place I go to get medical attention when I can’t get in with my primary physician. The doctors are attentive and kind. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Our provider was awesome!! She did a routine check-up & found that my son had an ear infection. We were there for COVID tests, which came back negative. She could have stopped there & sent us on our way but the check-up she provided was helpful & informative!!

I went in to this location because my foot was hurting unbearable. I was recommended by a friend to go to Midwest Express Clinic. I went in felt very welcome, my wait time was so short. This clinic was so informative and took care of all my needs. They provided X-rays and found out what was really going on with this foot. I highly recommend going to this location everyone is so friendly and hands on. The doctor and team were amazing!!! Don’t waste your time go to Midwest express clinic!!

The best customer service ever, from the time I walked in, to the nurse getting my vitals, and the NP consulting with me. They all had awesome attitudes. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great service! I highly recommend.

Came into town for a family emergency, and my dad ended up passing away. The next day, I started having symptoms of covid.The entire staff was so compassionate and friendly with me upon arrival.Ended up testing positive. The Nurse Practitioner was so amazing, (Allison) and walked me through all the possibilities of what happens, what to do, how to be at my dads graveside service and stay isolated, and took the time to answer all my questions about quarantine and when I can travel home.Everyone was friendly, compassionate, and welcoming, and they all took the time with me to get all my questions answered.I highly recommend them!

I would recommend this facility to everyone. I felt like family and was treated with the up most respect. My problem has been going on for over a month and other places didnt take the time to test everything. I had all the testing done here and even had results for some of them in only 15 minutes. This facility listened to my issues and now I feel like I have a handle on my situation. Thanks so much team!

Dr. Allie and Dr. Keller and nurse practitioner Keona Davis are exceptional health care workers. They all took care of me with such attention and expertise. The staff is wonderful, and the office is organized and very efficient. I would recommend this Schererville, Indiana location highly!!!

Went there for covid-19 PCR testing so I can travel internationally. Was in and out the door with my results in the span of 20 minutes. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to provide us with additional documentation regarding the test type/procedures/standards just in case we are questioned by foreign government customs authorities. It was a good experience!! Will definitely go back if/when needed.

Initially I was incredibly happy and impressed with this clinic. The staff is incredibly friendly and compassionate and I was able to get in very quickly on a Saturday evening. It was honestly the best “urgent care” experience I’ve ever had.However, when I was being prescribed an antibiotic I made it a point to say that I was currently breastfeeding my 8 week old daughter. The doctor said the antibiotic she was prescribing was safe for breastfeeding.After starting the meds I felt that I should check with my OBGYN to make sure the pills were safe to take while breastfeeding to which she told me they were not and was able to prescribe me something else. This is obviously a big deal since it involves the health of my infant.Again, I really liked the staff at this clinic but they just need to be more thorough in situations like this. I’m glad I double checked this with a doctor I know and trust before it became an issue.

Update after owners response: Not authentic, cannot contact anyone on the number provided.This clinic is SCAM. Tried to confirm details of a covid travel test 4 times (3x calls and 1x visit). Thought we clarified, but apparently they speak another language, because the day I showed up for a covid test with my wife the details magically changed and they would no longer provide the test they confirmed 4x already! THEN, after paying cash for a more expensive test, they yelled at me to make me verbally confirm I understood I might not get my test results in time for travel... What choice did I have at that point?! So I paid $350, rebooked my flight, and got the results days later. Done. Or so I thought.... Then today, I received ADDITIONAL BILLS in the mail for $240 in medical charges (dont forget, covid tests are supposed to be free, I thought we were paying for some kind of expedited service). Not to mention, they couldnt even deliver a lab test document that was comprehensive! The results are delivered though some kind of online account you have to sign up for, but I had to call and get them to print/scan/resend it through that system, because the documents were barely legible. When I called them, they didnt even know what the results were supposed to look like when they sent it out because the system auto-generates it apparently. Oh and you cant try to discuss the billing problems with the clinic either, because their billing centerin South Dakota handles that, so they dont know anything at the clinic. So when I called the billing center they did agree that the additional bills looked strange. So why did you issue them?! Apparently the only way for them to find out was for them to contact the clinic directly, which was what I already did... So just an endless loop of garbage. Im now overseas, not easy to communicate by phone, but they refused to communicate by email or anything that would leave a record of the mess they created. DONT GO HERE!!!

This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. No wait both times for my kids (with their online waiting list), empathic staff and EXCELLENT with kids, as well as PATIENT and PROFESSIONAL NP’s that put the patient in the center of everything they do. We had an amazing experience both times. We will definitely be back when needed!

I highly recommend M E C....they are all very professional and take the time to listen to everything you got going on. They are great with children as well! They are extremely efficient as well! Little to no wait time, and my children and I were in and out very fast. They were happy to answer any questions asked. Very pleased with this place! I will always recommend them to others!

The worst billing service in America they didn’t even put a claim in to my insurance for a Covid test that was covered 100% therefore they charge me $235 dollars and I tried to call several times actually I sat on the phone over three hours and no one bothered to answer. They ask you to leave a message and they will call you back they have never ever called me back. Instead they chose to take me to collections unbelievable the worst service I have ever had in my life!!! Then I finally went back to ask what’s going on she told me she couldn’t help me call the number on the bill which I did once again got no answer!! Definitely they don’t have their stuff together if they can screw up on your bill they can screw up on your diagnosis!!! No thank!!!

I came in for a drug screen that was required to start my new job. I waited over 30 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have the necessary equipment for the alcohol test so they could not complete it. It was unprofessional to see the nurses asking each other if they knew where the machine for the alcohol test was. I’m typically a very patient person however this involves a job that I have desperately been waiting to start. It was very important to get this done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this place to anyone and I will be telling the employer the issues I encountered. 👎🏼

Had been lookin them up to get a COVID PCR test done as I was due to travel ... ended up with a knee injury & as I was in extreme pain, decided to check them out, instead of my usual Health Center.Best decision I made .... coz Allison Scalchas the NP who handled my case was so kind, patient & explained my injury, called me within 30 minutes with the results of the X-ray report ... & mailed me a list of Orthopedic doctor’s to check out & fix an appointment with, as my case required that.Not to forget the kind helpful young lady who did my X-ray’s.The best part was ... being a walk-in I hardly had to wait less than 10 mins.Thank you for your excellent service & wish you’ll the very best.

Vivianna was fantastic. She was so compassionate with my 90 year old father and expertly removed what was lodged in his ear. She even helped him to the door so that I could go get the car to pick him up by the door. We are both grateful.

Great place, very clean, in and out in no time

I had a great experienced. I did a bunch of sign/registration stuff online, completed everything in office. It was pretty empty and I was seen fairly quickly. I saw the nurse who took my vitals and symptoms, then I saw the doctor who took the assessment of my condition, took a chest X-ray, it was all good. I was diagnosed with pneumonia possible false/positive covid from a drive up place I went to. I don’t have insurance and they gave me prices that were somewhat accurate. My initial visit was $100, then after X-ray and a b12 shot it was another $195 so $295 total. My medicines were like $60 so for someone who is without insurance this was a great price for me as I only go to the doctor when I’m desperate and really really sick. I was very pleased with my visit and even went to a follow up 6 days later. The follow up was only $25 . It was great,

The registration was all done online. The staff was professional and courteous. They explained everything prior to administering the test. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends & family.

The wait is short depending on the need for being there. Always checking for any infections (covid). Friendly coworkers that examine everything to keep you relaxed. The doctor is highly energetic to help you.

The process of getting tested was pretty streamlined and my wait was minimal. Heather was great and made you feel like a human being, not like a statistic. I got my results back within a few days, with a follow up call. She was eager to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Midwest Express Clinic.

As a person who does not have a primary doctor, I utilized Midwest Express Clinic because they were available to offer me same day service. I remembered how great I was treated at an MEClinic earlier in the year, so returning to one was an easy decision. During my recent visit the staff was pleasant, efficient and quick. When I told the doctor it was my first time having the test, he took his time to explain the procedure. I appreciated that.

Covid testing can be scary but they might the process so easy! I was able to check in early, wait in my car and come quickly take the test when it was my turn. They answered any questions I may have had and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Customer service horrible. Waited 2 hours for an x-ray. i made appt online and other patients were being called after they walk in after me. No one came out to explain how long it would take. I understand if facility is busy but at least come out and let patients know this.

I thought I was going to be in for a long wait. Lots of people inside. I was pleasantly surprised. I was in the back in no time at all. The staff was efficient, friendly & caring. The nurse practitioner was great. No problems for me. I got my antibiotics. It was ready in less than one hour for pickup. Unheard of in my neck of the woods. This was so great I wish I had access to them in Texas. I would go there permanently. These people are caring & I only wish they werent only in Indiana. They should be a role model for all the other health care providers in the country.

When I arrived at the clinic I called to check-in, I only waited in my car for 15 minutes before they called me in. The process was quit, it took all of 30 minutes of my arrival time and I was done. The test was painless and the staff was nice.

Fast friendly service and very efficient service

Charged me $200 for services but all they did was take my blood pressure and do a 1 minute checkup and then a month later I got another bill for $100 for lab services. And I did use my insurance. Total scam.

Called them, answered a few questions and then after a few minutes was told to come inside. I’m not sure who the doctor was but she was extremely nice and the test was pretty painless and easy. Probably there for half an hour overall.

The service is good but the billing is awful!!! I have never missed a Bill in my life and the send my bill to a debt collector never even received a bill!!!! This place is the worst I will never go there again!!!
