The plumber, Dan R. came out and installed new faucets on my basement sink, installed a shut off valve on the basement toilet, and installed a new washer on the bath tub faucet to prevent further leaks. He did a great job! Per the meter, the usage was cut in half to reflect the actual use. Hes a great guy! Yes plumbing is a great company to do business with. They charge you $79 to come out and give a quote. All I needed was one outdoor spigot replaced and was quoted $975. Industry average is $200 to $300 for same service. I learned this by talking to some other plumbers. Rip off of quote fee. Will never recommend them.

This place charges a $79 service fee just to come out to your house. They refuse to give you any sort of prices over the phone yet as soon as they get here, open a book and give you a price that is 5x the price of any other PROFESSIONAL company. This place wanted to charge $577 an hour to diagnose a problem on a water heater. I paid just slightly more than that for the water heater itself 3 years ago. They are a SCAM and are totally ripping anyone off that uses them. I proceeded to call actual plumbers that arent scammers and was quoted over the phone by all of them, a price that was 1/5 the price of this place. We then contacted Yes Plumbing to refund our $79 since no service was provided and they are a complete scam, just want to collect your $79 knowing most people will not let them continue with their astronomical prices. They claimed they would call us back, never did, yet were able to reply to this review below. Wow. I then called several days later and was hung up on. The final time I called the guy went round and round in circles until I had to get real loud and just as unprofessional as he is. This place is so hard up for money and sticking to their scam that they wont refund $79 to someone who received NO service from them and the most unprofessional practices I have ever encountered in my life. I couldnt get an estimate to rod out the main drain until I paid an upfront $79 service charge. I understand that they could not provide a quote, but I thought I could get an estimate of what the minimum charge would be. Once the technician arrived, I was informed that their flat rate is $999. Knowing that the industry standard average around $300, I immediately sent Yes packing... This is a complete rip off. I called because I was experiencing back up with my main line. The guy on the phone was nice and hospitable. My plumber, Dan R., was absolutely amazing. He came almost immediately after I called the company. He talked me through all of my options after a thorough inspection. He was honest, transparent, and laid all my options out on the table for me. There was no pressure and no selling! He rodded my main line and cleaned up after. He made sure everything was working fine after and talked me through all of my warranties. You spend a bit more of this company than the others but, you get what you pay for!

This company is great! My ejector pump was making strange sounds and was on its last leg. I called Yes! And within 2 hours, Mark called and I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Our water heater went out on a Thursday and by Friday afternoon we had hot water again! Dan R. our service man did a great job getting the unit installed. Pleasant young man.

Extremely over-priced. Less than 1 hour and 30 minutes for two guys to install roughly 8-10 of copper pipe from basement to first floor refrigerator area. An escutcheon plate and stainless steel water pipe was added with a gate valve for shutoff. The main water pipe was basically right underneath the refrigerator.They almost spent more time showing me credentials and asking me to sign up for a monthly program than actual work (not an exaggeration). Like I said, less than 1 hour 30 minutes (probably closer to an hour) for two guys cost me just under $1,000. Only reason I went ahead was because refrigerator was being delivered next day.I work as a construction project manager and should have just hired one of the plumbers at my job-site. Could have saved ~$600 easily. The plumbers even kind of knew it was a BS price. I could see it in their eyes when they processed payment. Bottom-line, Id reach out to other plumbers for small jobs. A plumber will have that equipment with them at all times. Plus, make sure to have the job quoted beforehand and you dont have to account for the plumbers leaving to get parts.Im also shocked to learn Indiana doesnt respond well when it comes to services (not from the area). They responded quickly, but it could cost more than if you do your due-diligence.

We called for plumber to fixed our water heater. The total cost of of the water heater $250 for brand new one without installed. Yes Plumber charged us $915 to replace two parts. I am not sure how that make sense but this company is overly price and not reasonable at all. I would definitely not recommend yes plumbing and we definitely got ripped off.Please see the receipt below. We had two options either pay 450 for the diagnosis or get repairs. $450 for diagnosis seems really outrageous. Also, for 6 gallon water heater, how do you justify the amount in the receipt for replacing two parts. This is my review for your company and I would like to people to know how your business is performed. I am not happy with the price and the situation you placed us in and we are not satisfied with your service.

We were not able to get a quote for the work before someone came out. They proceeded to charge us upfront $79 just to have someone come out. When they arrived, they quoted us at over double what we got quoted by other licensed and bonded plumbers in the area for the job. We promptly said No! to Yes! plumbing. The only reason this is getting two stars instead of one is because the plumber that came out was very prompt and kind.

Yes Plumbing was a very good experience. We called for non-emergency maintenance on our ejector pit. We had a 3 hour window but Mark was able to make it over within 45 minutes of placing the call. He gave the ejector pit a thorough look, explained the issue we were having with the seal and didnt try to sell us on anything we didnt need. I fully expect to use Yes Plumbing in the future.

Mark diligently checked all the plumbing in my house to make sure everything worked properly as well as for safety violations. He checked the plumbing in the kitchen, bathroom and utility room. In the utility room he flushed the water heater and recommended that I replace the plastic tubing with copper or some other type of metallic tubing. When he checked the sump pump he found that the battery to the backup pump was not working. It is important that the back-up pump works in the event of a power outage.For the kitchen sink, he found that the water cartridge was causing slow water flow and replaced old cartridge with a new one. Now, I have full water flow in the kitchen sink. Under the kitchen sink, he found that the shut-off valve to the cold water side was not working and replaced the shut-off valve for the cold water side.He also checked the water hoses on the washing machine and recommended that I switch from rubber hoses to the safer plastic hoses. He even checked the tubing behind the gas stove in the kitchen to make sure I was using the proper and safe tubing now recommended by the gas company.For a thorough and well done job I wholeheartedly recommend Mark.

I am very upset and DISSATISFIED with this company. Had someone come out the other night due to our sink leaking and coming through our ceiling in he basement. I got changed $92 which I agreed to but the guy told us our faucet was the problem and we needed a new one. We asked how much it would be for them to do the work. He told us $1800. We looked at each other like he was nuts, we then called members of our family asking them how much something like that cost as we are new to this whole homeowning thing, they told us no more than a couple hundred dollars. We fix the sink ourselves for less than 150 and have a good brand for a new faucet. How can you charge somebody so much money to do such a simple job. We will never use this company ever again. I am so disappointed because all the other reviews that we read work very good. And we were in a state of panic having water coming through our basement I feel like he totally was trying to take advantage of us being super vulnerable. Absolutely unacceptable.

$79 service call to have a person come to our house and give an extremely high price range for replacing our water heater. I went with another company and got it done with a name brand and 12-year warranty for nearly half their quote.DO NOT go to them with any same-day jobs (as I did). The clock starts as soon as you hang up the phone, and they will not allow you to cancel the service call within 24 hours without you paying the full $80. Sadly, in retrospect, I wouldve rather cancelled and blindly eaten the $80 instead of waiting for them to get to the house and quote an unreasonable price.I made a request to be reimbursed for the $79 over a week ago and they said that they would be in touch, but I have not heard back.

Called on a Saturday to schedule a service call due to a leaking sumpump. Was told someone would be arriving around 4 and was quoted 79.00 as this was their rush hour. Phoned at 4.30 to see approximately what time the tech would be arriving. I was told no service was scheduled for my issue. After much confusion and computer issues, I was told they made an error. I cancelled the service call and was still charged 79.00 for no service. Will never consider this service again.

Insanely high prices. My husband called them to look at our sink, and they were extremely lucky that I was at work. My husband paid this man almost $700 to upclog a drain!!! I’m serious, that’s all this guy did unclog a drain. I was livid when I found out and had to show my husband the google search that shows unclogging drains cost around $150 a $200 up to $400 for complicated jobs. He said he signed up for the “club” because it turned out CHEAPER that way...?!? Shame on them, no way will we EVER use them again. I plan on telling everyone I can and every website I can what they charged us for unclogging a drain. Ridiculous

STAY AWAY. As others below have mentioned, they are a complete scam. Tried to charge me $2k to replace a sump pump that I ended up doing myself in about an hour for $200. In the end, they charged me $350 for the hour they were here and after the plumber just made a mess and didn’t do anything of value. Had a very pointed discussion with the general manager and overall the process was handled very unprofessionally. Do your research before you even think of calling these guys. I believe the last 5 ratings of 1 star and negative feedback speaks for itself.
