Oskar was great! This was our first time getting our hardwood floors refinished and extending them to some of the previously carpeted areas of the home. Oskar was was able to quickly give an accurate and honest quote based on images and our rough measurements over email and was the most responsive out of all the other companies we reached out to. When Oskar came to visit in person before starting we threw him a curveball by wanting to extend our wood floors, which he was easily able to update the quoted price and source the materials in less than 24 hours. He eventually finished up ahead of schedule, fixed the badly worn parts of the floor to a T, cleaned up well, was easy to communicate with, and most importantly our floors came out better than we ever could have imagined.
