We had a patio extension added and our sunken porch redone and Cesar and the team were outstanding. I really appreciated Cesars design ideas at the beginning of the project. Originally, I had an idea that would not have been optimal, and Cesar understood my requirements and budget and came up with a much better solution for my home. Additionally, mid job, Cesar had some ideas about my downspouts and how to move water away from my house, that did not significantly increase the cost and which could be solved while the patient was still open, and it was a much better long term solution for water drainage. I truly believe that DNA was focused on improving my home and would recommend them.

We hired DNA to demo a large deck and replace it with a 450 sq ft flagstone patio, with sitting walls and steps, as well as new sod. Their price was very competitive. They started and finished the project when they said they would in about 6-7 working days. The on site team was very adaptable to making last minute changes I requested. Cesar was responsive to my questions and modifications, and pretty straightforward during the process, which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and how the patio turned out. We are getting lots of compliments from friends! It was a positive experience and we would recommend them.

After 20 years of living in our house and doing much of our own landscaping, we decided it was time to invest in landscaping company. Our new landscaping project turned out wonderful! We can not thank Cesar and DNA crew enough. Cesar helped us come up with some really great ideas that modernized our landscaping. We were looking for something that was low maintenance yet attractive. The entire project from start to finish including the planning was done very professional and with exceptional customer service! Highly recommend!! Could not be happier with their top notch work, professionalism, genuineness, hard work and - well... just all of it!!!! They had to demo a partial patio and sidewalk that was horribly done by a prior contractor. I did my homework on getting several quotes and they were competitive- but above all, I was very impressed by their responsiveness and the detailed quote I got (thanks Cesar!!). So excited to enjoy my patio/sidewalk!

Our new concrete patio was quite a project. Luck was not on our side the first time around as the concrete didn’t cure properly - very disappointing. At that point, most companies would’ve wiped their hands free of the hassle, but Caesar and the DNA team were extremely understanding and willing to redo the job. Second time around was a much better pour. These guys put their heart and soul into their work. and it shows.It was great to team up with such a passionate group. We couldn’t be more complimentary of Caesar’s efforts throughout the project. He was super patient and always there to answer questions - even after the project was complete. You don’t get that level of customer support these days.

Thanks to DNA ... I have the most beautiful concrete driveway in my neighborhood. Excellent service, attention to detail and superb follow through. Highly recommend the DNA team!

Just to provide background, I paid a 50% deposit on 7/9 at which point I was advised (although not in writing) that my project would be completed by mid August. From this date, I consistently followed up however the response time was extremely poor.On 8/25 I called set to have an appointment on that coming Friday as I was told that the changes I wanted to make per my call on 8/16 would require remeasuring etc. Thus seeking to accommodate Ceasar and team, we set up an appointment for 3 pm on 8/27. He called an hour before his arrival time advising he couldn’t make it but would come on Saturday. On Saturday I followed up with him but he advised he could not come because I failed to call him back the day prior. Yet, we proceeded with setting up an appointment on Sunday at 8 am. Please note, I accommodated him again as I told him I go to church on Sunday. Sunday came and went with no call or nothing. I called, texted, sent an email, to no avail. Then on Monday 8/31 at 2:30 and I had to call him to inquire what is going on. Initially he went directly into my project as if he had not showed up the day prior. His response to my inquiry as to the lack of respect for my time was “Sunday did not work for me because I couldn’t get up, I was dead.” Wow.As a potential customer why was I given an appointment and then not give the courtesy that he could or would not make it. Then he proceeded, to avoid how busy the organization is when I only called to make minor changes to the design (which I never discussed with Luis) on the weekend the project was suppose to be completed. I sent an email stating that I did not want to proceed and wanted a refund. After sending several emails, I received a response to one in which it stated my project was cancelled on 8/31 and it would be cancelled with the village but it takes a couple of days.Fast forward to this past week, I follow up on the status of my refund. I recapped the conversation in writing with Ceasar who confirmed my project was cancelled with DNA and village effective 8/31. So I decided to call the village and inquire because he informed me that once the village was cancelled and design fees removed (the later I have yet to know cost as this was not itemized in my receipt) that I would receive a refund. Well, the village (7 days later) had not received a notice to cancel. I submitted the notice to cancel.This has been an unbelievable experience. I am not pleased with the lack of follow up and follow through from this organization.

Great Company to work for. Handled new sidewalks in my front and back as well as stairs. Very professional, great quality work, got the job done and took care of all the paperwork with the village. Would use again for sure on next project.

Just got my concrete patio done by DNA. Cesar and Luis were exceptional with their customer service. We had a large patio put in and DNA did a great job. The kept me in the loop on the project the entire way and the entire team was professional. There delays due to the weather, however, these gentlemen still got the job done. They did an awesome job with our driveway and front and back yards. You do need some patience with them and make sure you understand the details of what they will be doing. But if you’re engaged and let them work on their own timeline, their skills are incredible. Very awesome concrete work, design, landscaping. I’m hoping my grass grows as the cold set in a little early but I’m confident DNA will continue working with us through the spring to make sure everything comes out perfect.

I cant say anything good, so I will say nothing. Experience was not a 10. I cant give them a recommendation. The biggest problem was lack of communication. Most of the problems we had have been eliminated. I may use them again and if I do I would certainly be involved from the beginning to the end. Experience may not have been a 10 but it was OK and I leave it at that period

Being nice and going with 2 stars as there were some bright moments to our experience with DNA. Luis did a phenomenal job on the design and execution of our new porch, and the demolition team also did a great job of our existing area.That being said, customer service was extremely unresponsive and frustrating for us during this process. I had to reach out constantly when work wasnt being done to be told it was weather, etc., and one day the crew left our job to address another. Not a good feeling when paying a company thousands of dollars to feel like youre being put on the back burner.The worst part was a miscommunication between us and the company as they felt it was acceptable to complete the porch yet leave holes in our brick house and call the job completed. Said it wasnt quoted in their work, but during conversation, we felt it had been disclosed it would be taken care of. When questioned, the account service rep (Ill spare his name) laughed at us and accused us of trying to get free work out of them. My wife and I are both MBA graduates and successful professionals who do not enjoy being spoken to in that fashion.If you do go with this company, ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Do not believe anything that is spoken, rather ensure youre protected and dont experience something as we have.Otherwise, you may be on the hook for finishing the job, which in our case, is hiring another company to fix the holes in our brick walls of our house right before winter gets here.

This company did a fantastic job on my patio. They put in new concrete patio, drainage and built a retaining wall. We have had so many compliments and we are loving the patio. They also seeded our yard and the grass is looking great. Cesar did a good job communicating with me promptly. The only negative feedback I have is that he was a little disorganized when it came to our selection of materials and making sure that everything was set with the village- our project was delayed because our plat of survey went missing. Other than that, I highly recommend this company! We will be using them again for future projects.

We had DNA replace a side patio and the front walkway. They did a very nice job on the front walkway. On the back patio, concrete was splashed on the siding of the house and the trim around the patio door. It also was pitched toward the house not away from the house. They tried to remove the concrete from the siding and trim but were unable. I contacted Cesar who stated that concrete won’t adhere to the siding or trim and it would just flake off within a week. We are now past a week and no matter what we have tried the concrete will not come off. I would not recommend using DNA for concrete work. You live and learn that maybe a landscaping company was not the right hire for replacing a concrete patio.

The DNA crew was extremely hard working and did an excellent job. Cesar was professional and helpful with ideas. I appreciated the detailed estimate and prompt responses to emails, phone calls and texts. Would definitely use again and highly recommend for any landscaping needs.

This is the 3rd year I have used DNA Landscapes Inc. for a spring yard clean-up. Last year I had them also mulch my garden beds. They are prompt, hard-working, and my yard looks so much better. It is totally worth the money! I have many garden beds both front and back that are now ready for annuals in a couple of weeks; the edging around all of them really sets them off. This year I booked early and even with a bit of late season snow predicted for tomorrow night I am ready for the growing season.

DNA Landscapes...more like DNA joke!Dont bother wasting your time with this company because they sure will waste your time! Scheduled an estimate for a landscaping job I was looking to get done and got blown off twice. No show are scheduled time. 1st time called and they apologized saying they were busy on job lost track of time. Rescheduled for next morning and again no show. This time wouldnt even pick up phone or return call. Tried calling office that was all apologies as well but they didnt even follow up with a phone call. I instead these jokers just reply back to this post to try and save face asking me to call them instead of reaching out to me. How can you trust a company to show up and do a job when they wont even show up to give an estimate.Turns out there are actual good landscapers out there that will respect your time... show up to estimate and be honest about setting appropriate start/completion dates.

The level of professionalism and etiquette that this company presents is unmatched. Their work is prestige, highly recommend. I’ve recommended this company to all my friends and family! Their motto really aligns with the company as well; “excellence is in our DNA” ! Glad I found them

I love DNA Landscapes! They do my annual spring cleanup, trim bushes, remove trees. But most importantly, they do great hardscapes.They put in 150 feet of retaining wall and a beautiful patio for me. I couldn’t be happier and I look forward to next year’s projects.

I had an appointment today at 2pm to get a quote for redoing my driveway retaining wall. No one showed, I didnt get a call, nothing.I came home from work to get this quote, and I find it very rude and unprofessional.

I had an appt Monday with German Amaya to get a quote for landscaping and tree trimming and he claims that I never sent my address so instead of calling me back to get it, he just ignored it. So I figured it was part my fault and I rescheduled for today at noon. My only day off I am waiting around and no cal no show again. This is a pattern that is so unprofessional I am livid.
