Quality Wheels is great company to work for drivers. 24/7 dispatch, new equipment, great money. Highly recommend this place

Worked with this company for a year or more. Not a bad company. Even tho things ended on a bad note I would recommend them. Everything is upfront. They have issues like any other company but overall they pretty cool people. Boris the owner is down to earth to be real. Dispatch are good at what they do. I couldn’t stay with company because of my personal reasons couldn’t do OTR no more. I didn’t get a chance to do the lease program but I will say this you want to make money with them you can. My checks was never short or late. Backing into their dock is a challenge but if you a true driver you can do it. Plus they will help you back in. Overall my experience was great. Good & bad times but my money was GREAT!!!

This company is very transparent. Every thing is open and upfront. The owner, management, dispatchers & drivers are all caring and considerate. Drivers get the miles they need and the home time they want. My take on any negative reviews of this company is the review writers lack of communication. Everyone at QWI is definitely family. Been working here for a while - professional, friendly and fair organization overall.All the people here are young, experienced and eager to keep growing. A truly family-like environment.The drivers appreciate the amount of miles, bonuses and help when needed.P.S. As you can see, half of 1-star reviews were left by fake accounts, another half - by people who only leave negative comments about others.It’s a pity that good businesses suffer from toxic people putting dirt on Google Maps.

Boris is great at figuring out problems and getting things done, on top of that he is just good dude. Highly recommend him as individual and his business.

Strung me along for a lease purchase truck. Turns out they couldnt provide even after leaving my previous employer. Cant reccomend them for anything. I am real, not a fake reviewer. You should be ashamed of yourself for no professionalism.

After 3 yrs with them, I decided to stay home with my grandkids. I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Dispatch planned my loads one step ahead, considering every detail (made appointments instead of waiting in lines, weather conditions, even road construction). The termination process was smooth and pleasant! I got my last paycheck on time with no delays! Any driver would be LUCKY TO WORK HERE! What an amazing way to retire! Im happy I had the opportunity to work here, because trust me, most other trucking companies dont care about their drivers! There is less than handful of companies like Quality Wheels Inc!!!

Worked here for almost 4 years. Alec is the best dispatcher Ive ever had. Management was also good to me. Consistent loads/miles week to week. Quality Wheels helped me launch my own company by doing a lease to purchase with zero down! They even gave us bonuses for good performance and holidays. Great company!

Great company to work for. Very flexible with terms and conditions that I had. People that I deal with there are very friendly and fair. I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking for a great opportunity to see them.

Please dont drive or have business with this company for the following reasons.1. Its run by a mafia group.2. They cheat on ELD3. If you late for the delivery, they take part of your pay check.4. They deliver to other mafia organizations in remote areas of the country with tied spaces5. If DOT pull you over for a company mistake, they make you pay as a driver.6. They have what called a security deposit which is $2000.00 dollars, they take it whenever you quit.7. If you have mechanical issues in the equipments, they make you pay the repairs.
