Ben is really gentleman. One of hearing aid wire was broken and without any hesitation he replaced the wire. Cleaned both hearing aides. Throughout the whole process he made me comfortable. Nice guy!

Having to live with my mom who is practically deaf is so hard . Thank god for Beltone and Ben! The most patient and understands exactly what everyone is going through. Amazing personal and professional service ...Ben does a wonderful job of caring for his patients and for their hearing devices. He has helped me keep my hearing aids working long beyond their typical life expectancy, recently rebuilding my 6 yr old hearing aids completely. So while you can find less expensive products from Costco or other locations, the personal service and highly competent professional care is more than worth it!

I have a schedule that doesn’t allow me to be in the area but on the weekends. For those few very rare occasions I’m home on a Friday I call last minute to see if Ben can get me in due a cleaning and checkup. He always accommodates even once staying past business hours to take care of me, Ben is Golden!

Ben is a Subject Matter Expert and is passionate about making a difference.I consulted Ben for my father who has been wearing Beltone hearing aids for over 4 years. However, his average usage per day was less than 4 hours. Even though the hearing aids were high end expensive ones, he was not comfortable in them due to the irritation at certain frequencies. A truly professional staff at the Schaumburg location. I am very happy with my hearings aids and grateful for the help that Ben has given me with the product that best suits my needs. Also the app that Ben down loaded on my phone is a wonderful tool for me to adjust at different surroundings.

Doctor Ken is very personable and knowledgeable regarding hearing loss. Did not try to push me into anything that did not meet my personal and financial situation. Took a lot of time with me and made the visit very comfortable for me and my daughter. The ball is in my court now, need to look over my issues.
