We have used McMahon window washing for several years in the past and have always found their service to be very good. We had a slight scheduling problem this time (because of unexpected weather conditions) which had the potential to turn into a huge problem for us. However, Mark Crane, the general manager, was great and worked with us to straighten everything out to our satisfaction. I can’t say enough about Mark going above and beyond to remedy the problem and make everything turn out alright. He was very professional and eager to please. Also the windows turned out great and it is nice to have clean windows again. I would certainly recommend McMahon window washing services to friends and family.

Juan arrived right on time and immediately assured me of job satisfaction. Even with the hot/humid temperatures, vintage double hung windows that needed encouragement/patience for opening, he took on the job with no problem attitude; very polite. I am so pleased to have a clear viewing!

The McMahon Window Washing team was excellent in every way! They arrived on time, were courteous, professional and efficient. We have a two-story house with triple track storm windows, so each window involved eight panes. The team of three finished the whole job in an amazing 45 minutes, and the windows were immaculate! This is a great company to do business with. I have them out a couple times a year. They clean the gutters and windows. Always a great job. Never leave garbage on the ground or leaves. The nice part is the laid back bookkeeping methods. If Im not home they do the work anyway and leave the invoice in the door. No pressure no hassle nothing but good work. Check out this company Im sure youll be happy. Also I almost forgot the prices are better than most. You can pay less somewhere else but the work will show the difference.

Ive lived in my end unit town home (which means lots of windows) for 20 years, & never had a professional cleaning of my windows, but now Im older ... McMahon was the 2nd place I called, and fortunately the 1st place did not call me back. The person I initially spoke with at McMahon, Lynn, was very friendly and informative, and I felt confident to make an appointment with her company without even talking to anyone else - unusual for me. The Tech who came to clean my windows, Luis Arteaga, was on time, made sure he knew what work was to be done, and started right in. He worked quickly, but I was sitting in my kitchen when he was washing those windows, & could see how thorough he was. He even removed a bird nest from the sill above my front door (the Robin family was long gone), plus removed some screens I didnt want on the windows, and placed them in my garage. I was completely impressed with the service I received, and at a very reasonable cost. I have this company in my permanent contacts now! Thank you again for a terrific job!

Ive been looking to have my gutters cleaned for the past few weeks and multiple companies failed to answer the phone or return phone calls. When I called L.A. McMahon Mark promptly answered my phone and sent a crew out the very next day. Everything was cleaned up properly and the gutters look great. Glad to have found the folks at L.A. McMahon.

McMahons continues to provide good service for their loyal customers. Thank you.We have used McMahon for several years and were always pleased with their work. However, today there was debris left all over after the gutter cleaning. All they did was blow the garbage around my plants, bushes, against the corners of the house, etc. I asked if they would clean it up before they left, and they did not even have a rake. I gave them a rake to use and they did a bit of raking, but debris was left on patio furniture, front step, on top of our grill, window covers, between plants, etc. .

Easy to schedule with friendly staff (Bill) was very informative with answers to my questions. Workers were neat, did quality work and were gone in no time. Highly recommend.

Update on prior review: the general manager called me and we talked through a miscommunication about the bid we received. He also discounted the price, to honor the original bid, which I appreciated.I would still like to emphasize that their cleaners should be wearing masks over their noses (not just mouths) when they are in people’s homes. That was stressful as we have toddlers and it was too cold to be outside when they were here.

I called with an emergency request due to clogged gutters causing seepage in my basement. Lynn and Mark were wonderful! The men came out an hour later .(They were an hour away,) Gutters got cleaned (,they were FULL) by polite professionals in a timely manner and the customer service was absolutely the best. am very happy with this company!

I requested for them to take care of some clogs we get on our roof at our physicians office. Within a couple days they were out to take a look. Unbeknownst to me, the issue was taken care of in between me reaching out to these wonderful people and them making it to our building. I was so embarrassed and felt horrible that I wasted their time. I offered to pay for their services - they came out, climbed up to the roof, and were so pleasant when they called me back to tell me it had already been done. They refused my payment. Said they wouldnt feel right taking it when they didnt do the work.During these times of uncertainty, divide and chaos, it is so incredibly nice to know there are still such wonderful, professional, polite people out there.Thank you Mark and team! Gutters cleaned yesterday by Rafael who did an excellent job and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. Lots of leaves and small branches accumulated at the bottom of the roof valleys. I have gutter guards however, even these need to be flushed out from time to time. I’ve never had such nice workers do so good of a job cleaning my windows. They were all very nice and cleaned up well after themselves. For the longest time I’ve had leave stains on my windows from previous years in hard to reach places that they helped get rid of. Overall very pleased with there work and would recommend to anyone with windows that are in hard to reach places.

This company is absolutely the best. Customer service is way above great. Prices are very competitive and Mine was below other companies estimates. They didn’t alter the estimate once done. The best was I noticed a cracked storm window one month After my windows were washed. The storm was in a 2nd floor foyer with a valance on it, so not readily visible. I called. The owner sent out the person who washed our windows. They said they would fix it (even though it was a month after service). They could have blown me off but didn’t. Took care of us to beyond expectations. Absolutely would not hesitate to use McMahon Window Washing. Highly recommended.

Was directed to this friendly company by my neighbor. The office staff seemed informative but also willing to listen to my gripes about the last window washer I used that was a complete sham to say the least. I booked an appointment and was extremely pleased that the company called to let me know the workers were running a bit early. I let the crew in and they proceeded to finish the job in less than two hours. The crew chief (Marco) even pointed out that we had a bent screen frame and proceeded to adjust it so that it will keep the bugs out come early summer. I am happy to say that I have found a window washer that is reliable and takes pride in their work.

Great Company. I called this company today and had them come check my gutters because I was getting water damage in my home. They came out promptly and inspected the gutters and found loose shingles and debris in the gutter system that was causing water to back up into the house. They promptly removed the debris and resolved the issue. The workers were very helpful and informative.

The workers (Pablo and Wife) were polite and confirmed the work to be done and cost involved. They worked diligently and were very organized during the cleaning process.
