My last assignment thru Randstad was horrible to say the least. I was unemployed for 11 months because of COVID and when an opportunity came up I went to interview. This was at 9:30am. At 3:00pm, I received a call I got the job. Because I was so excited to get a job, I did not think to check the company out. My BIG mistake. The manager I worked with was hard to deal with and did not seem to want to take the time to go over things with me. I was hired March 8 and my assignment ended on April 23, 2021. I signed up for unemployment and received letters from the unemployment department stating I quit and did not work well with the manager. I reached out to my contact at Randstad and when I told him I would not be getting paid because they were told I quit. His response: it does not show that in the computer. Yes, that was it. I am now out 4 weeks of pay because of Randstad and they do not seem to care. Luckily I recorded all phone conversations with Randstad as well as with the manager. I also have to pay unemployment $370.00 back because I should not have been paid. As you can see, they do not care about who they deal nor will they fix the problem. I had almost $300.00 of personal property in the business I worked at, Sanborn Tube in Pewaukee, that I wanted back and the recruiter said he would make arrangements to pick it up. I worked with the Pewaukee Police Department in case I needed to get my property out of the building and all I had to do was call. I received most of my things but Sanborn Tube kept some personal property. I am so disgusted with Randstad and Sanborn Tube. If you are smart, so not work with Randstad. They do not help you nor do they have your back in difficult situations.Kathleen Smith, Waukesha, WI

First of all, I want to say that Randstad is a premier staffing solutions company. I have not been with you for a long time but your processes and procedures in finding individuals positions are really good. The staff stays in touch with me on a regular basis and asks me to let them know if I need anything regarding the position and the company where I am currently working.Your use of technology to process work is impressive. The onboarding process was smooth. It is easy to enter hours at the end of each work week and I like getting a text saying that the hours I submitted were approved. I have web sites that I can use to look up my information about my paycheck as well as one that is available to see benefits that Randstad offers.I like the position that I have very much. It is a good fit I think. They seem to want to trust me with more complex studies in the medical field although I have not had the opportunity to take advantage of that yet since I have been very busy learning other studies. The staff where I work is extremely helpful and willing to answer my questions. Hopefully, the questions will get fewer and fewer during these next couple of weeks. I hope to stay there for a long time.I look forward to the second half of the year and thank Randstad for being a forward thinking company.

I feel confident going into an interview because I know theyve taken the time to sell me to the employer and to prepare me to fulfill the role. Friendly and helpful staff!

Randstad staff has been amazing since I start working with them 3weeks ago.. Brenda has made sure I have all the information I need about jobs that she’s trying to place me with. This is the most thorough, knowledgeable, helpful agency Ive ever worked with. And the fact that all the Randstad reps in an area have access to your resume means more than one office of the agency is working on your behalf. So glad I found Randstad--absolutely the BEST!!

From the start, Pete was amazing. Found a position for me, fought and won a higher pay rate before I even started, comforted me when it looked like I wouldnt be converted to a permanent employee, and cheered when I was. And this was my first assignment.

I loved my experiences at Randstad, though it was brief. Ill admit that when I first went in for an interview to work with Randstad that it was a bit disarming but the staff were all friendly and pleasant, if a little stiff at first. The only real criticism I have is more with the website than anything on the human front.

Another agency i signed with way back in 2014. Did a thirteen month assignment and never got another. This agency only cares about their clients not their workers be a good worker and when your assignment ends due to no fault of your own and you wont hear from them again.
