I am a recent college graduate and was having a very difficult time finding a job. I applied for a position online in the Schaumburg area and interviewed with Amanda. They had me do World and Excel testing, participate in an interview with Amanda, and meet the boss of the company. Everyone at this location is very welcoming and helpful. Amanda did an excellent job of keeping in contact with me, calling me when a position came to her desk that I may be interested in, and walked me through the application/interview process for a few different jobs. While I did not find a job through Corporate Resources, they were extremely helpful in giving advice on how to build a better resume and gave advice on what types of jobs I should look for. Thanks to the advice and help I received, I was able to find a full time position on my own. I am very grateful for all of communication and assistance Amanda gave me. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a job and does not know where to start! They listen to your needs and do their best to find a job that is a good personality, salary, and career match for you.

I am a recent college graduate and I found Corporate Resources when I was having a hard time finding a job. I first worked with Mandy Moore and then Ingrid Moore. Both were so helpful in my quest to find a job. When they found something that matched what I was looking for, they would coach me beforehand and if I didnt get it, they offered great words and a great attitude to move forward. I wouldnt trade the advice they gave me for anything. You are hard-pressed to find a group of people better than them. I just want to thank them so much for all their help!

Initially I was frustrated seeing as I felt I had been ignored yet again by another staffing agency that was just trying to push anything on me, but I did speak to the manager and she assured me that was not the case at all and apologized. The job market can be tough and I completely understand that so it was appreciated that time was taken to explain what was really going on.Edit:Since the 3 months that I had updated my review after speaking with the owner, I was not contacted again from this agency and have since found employment on my own. As stated before, temp agencies aren’t for everyone. This agency may or may not work for you, but that’s up to your own discretion on whether you want to give it a shot or not. The same day, later in the evening, I was told that I would start my temporary assignment for a fantastic marketing company the following morning.Sarah Davis was absolutely fantastic to say the least in allowing me the opportunity to work with a great company and get my foot in the door at a time when I was struggling to find a job. I was referred to Ingrid Moore and Corporate Resources over 10 years ago, from my first contact with Ingrid, she was professional, knowledgeable and confident in her abilities. Since that initial call, I have used Corporate Resources and Ingrid for all my openings, and trust her 100%. To give a better example of her work, and what made me think I should put this in writing; I had a position in Ohio – Ingrid doesn’t typically work in the Ohio area as she has a very busy client base here locally. I knew I would probably have to call another staffing firm. I called a well-known competitor to Corporate Resources, gave them my job description and some details outside the actual description relatively easy search – a month later I had not been sent a resume that I was interested in. I called Ingrid to vent about her competitor, and yes, hoping she would reconsider, she did! She said “ok fine, I’ll fill it”. In less than a week from her starting, we were sent two resumes, interviewed them both and made an offer. If that is the work of an agency that doesn’t typically work in the area, imagine her quality and speed locally! Enough said – Thank you Corporate Resources, and especially Ingrid, you’re stuck with me whether local, Ohio or wherever I may need you!

Typical staffing agency, the recruiters DO NOT listen and will continue to call you with anything & everything. (recruiters from the same office location will even call you when youre in a meeting with another recruiter from their office) this place has wasted too much of my precious time and I do not recommend them. The receptionist was complaining about her job as I was sitting there filling out an application. Very unprofessional as well as uncomfortable!

Hey, heres a novel idea: Youre the head of a company and need to hire staff. But wait, youre too busy to hire yourself? Seems like a pretty important part, but hey, why not outsource it to this useless company? Where they make you sit for 30 minutes to enter a 10 minute interview for a job youre qualified for, and even tell you so, and then ghost you without ever speaking again. This is what youll get. Just do what most everyone else does, and apply at the source when your friends get you the job (everyone in America has a job because of a friend). This country is stupid and broken and so is this company. Par for the course, I guess.

I have been extremely impressed by my experience with Corporate Resources! Specifically, Sarah was wonderful in getting in touch with me and learning about who I was and what I was looking for in my career. In response to the comments from Ingrid. No where on my resume says anything about 18 months experience. If you look at my resume, I have 6+ years of administrative work so the stretch of pay isnt unreasonable ( and achieved) for the depth of experience and knowledge I have. She did state in my interview that I didnt have enough experience until I made her aware to look further down on my resume which you will see 4 years at that job one job. Also, I said I understood after Melissa herself has called me 2 times then a 3rd time off a privately blocked number leaving me voicemail regarding my google review ( 3 times in less that 24 hours). Like I said to Melissa on the phone about this Google review, I didnt like the way she said it to me. It came off rude to me in my interview and stated I appreciated her reaching out, which made the situation better, but there was nothing to do that could change my feelings about my experience..Overall, not really happy with the service I received from this agency. Note, this review has nothing to do with Joel, he was fantastic! I was brought in for a interview with Joel which went awesome. Joel did ask for me to sit down with one more person. A female blonde (cannot remember name but i believe it started with a M) entered the room and interviewed me as well. However, i left the interview sort of insulted. At the time, i did contacting which paid very well. However, sarcastically responded, well then why do you need another job... ok fine, i get it. But when we were going over the compensation i am looking for, she worded it really rudely basically saying Im not qualified for the price range i was asking and basically told me it would never happen since she knows the profession. However, just to spite that, I have received 2 offers for positions that paid more than what I was asking. Over a month later, i receive a call from company regarding a position I applied for and to make it short, she thought i was a new recruit and never called me back since per what she said I have to check with Joel if you are qualified. Never received any call. Reason I am writing the review is that even though I wouldve been a temp, or even looking for direct hire, there still needs to be a sense of professionalism with working with people. I felt very belittled and like I was no good to her.
