Xerillion is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Partner and is committed to implementing what Microsoft envisions for the future. I really appreciate how the management has fully embraced Microsofts recommendations to take advantage of all the Microsoft 365 Enterprise platform has to offer. So far, so good!

Unbelievable experience with Xerillion. They moved my companys entire IT infrastructure (server, phones, firewalls) off our old outdated physical server to the Microsoft Cloud. Our monthly IT costs were cut more than 60% and we have experienced no downtime. With the COVID-19 pandemic my company of 50 plus employees were able to seamlessly pick up and work from home or remote locations without any problems. Xerillions staff is super responsive to emails or phone call when you need help. As business owner I cannot recommend Xerillion enough, A+++

Xerillion does a great job of managing our IT systems at our office. They help us stay up to date in this environment where technology and the ways we do things is changing so rapidly. They always help us do it in a way that is cost effective and help us to weigh the benefits vs. the cost. We have been with them many years and I have never had a reason to look anywhere else.

Weve been a client of Xerillion for two years. We utilize their help desk services and I cant say enough great things about their IT Technicians. They quickly became very familiar with our systems and our employees needs. They are extremely responsive and I like that a live person answers all phone calls to triage our needs instead of an auto attendant. Our headcount has increased dramatically in the last two years and they hired additional IT Technicians to meet our growing needs. Ive only received compliments from our employees about the services Xerillion provides.

We found Xerillion on youtube when searching for Sharepoint support. After inquiring for additional info, an account manager (William) responded within 24 hours to coordinate a call to discuss our needs. We were presented with a proposal within a few days and the process and expenses were EXACTLY as detailed by William and completed ahead of schedule. The entire process was fantastic!

I setup the initial IT infrastructure for WindRiver and the other various companies of its owner. As we grew, that meant I had more hours added onto my already full schedule. By 2017, the company expanded even more to the point that my time for IT was being stretched thin. I contacted Xerillion after seeing their website describe all the features that I wanted to add to the companies. With more security threats around the net, along with multiple locations and a partially mobile workforce, we made the decision to move away from an on-premises system and into the cloud, as well as to a VOIP phone system with Microsoft. The quality is the same with the added bonus of many useful features that come with the Enterprise license.There is extreme ease with adding new users all while keeping our company secure with advanced security. Now I spend less time worrying about IT work, which is better for our company and for me.

We are a nonprofit organization providing services to the homeless with three locations and 15 shelter sites. Migrating to the cloud was going to help us immensely, but it was a daunting task. Xerillion helped us plan for, execute and then navigate through this system. They continue to provide tremendous support to us and we are very pleased to work with them.

This review is not towards their service, but their sales person. I needed some 365 licenses and Microsoft’s sales told me to find a better deal with a partner. Talked to their sales, and unfortunately, no savings could be had. Being a small business owner and having no IT staff, I am left to the information provided by sales. I was given the impression billing for the licenses would be through Microsoft and this is not the case, not a big deal. My frustration stems from sales failing to mention to costs of setup the licenses. I was promised the only charge is for the migration of mailboxes and setup not charged. I come to find that I am charged for the setup of licenses. This is not right of sales to promise such things.

I got to know Wayne Chapin and Xerillion back in 2002 when I initially needed a major upgrade to our network and servers for Haeger Engineering. He had just started Xerillion and I was probably one of his first clients, but he gave great service and we have continued to use them since then. Xerillion has grown and adapted to accommodate the rapid changes in the IT industry but they have always been able to provide us with the service we needed and kept us current. We are now making the major jump to Microsoft Enterprise and cloud computing and using Xerillion to get us there.

We have been a client of Xerillion for almost ten years.We are a small company with only a few employees and about 15 computers/devices. Our IT needs are relatively simple, but not trivial. Our size is awkward forcing us to (1) make-do with Geek Squad type outfits or (2) pay big bucks for a firm which doesnt understand how to service a small company on a budget. To my knowledge Xerillion is one of only a few firms which fills this niche, and they do it well.Like all companies, staff come and go. In 10 years with Xerillion we have always enjoyed working with great professionals.

Xerillion has been Vaxcel’s IT partner for nearly 7 years, and they have always met or exceeded our expectations. Before teaming up with Xerillion, we had a cobbled-together system with multiple servers, and Xerillion was able to propose commonsense solutions and a long-term plan for upgrading our infrastructure. We now have just 2 physical servers, and a managed fleet of up-to-date workstations. We had no formal data backup protocol, and Xerillion helped us select and implement a system with real time onsite and cloud data backup. When it was time to upgrade our email functionality, Xerillion helped us implement Microsoft O365, and then recently upgrade to Office 2016. On the rare occasions when something goes wrong, we know Xerillion is just an email or phone call away, and response is going to be nearly immediate. Most importantly, Xerillion has become a part of our fabric. The people are terrific, and we know they have our best interests at heart. Xerillion is an IT support company. When it comes to IT support, we tend to not think about it until the need arises and at that time everything is critical.The documents we might have lost, all of our records, data, etc., even the file we haven’t looked at in months, the obscure saved emails that may or may not ever be needed and so on. I have needed assistance for varied reasons from IT support in the past. From computer crashes to lost files, system re-boots that do not want to cooperate and Inboxes that have accidentally been deleted. I am grateful we have Xerillion.The support desk lets you know quickly that your issue is being addressed and that help will follow shortly. The team works very well together and easily logs on to your system to help you through any problem that youre having. All the IT people I’ve worked with have helped me through any IT issues I was experiencing. In office, as well as, remotely I have worked with Ali Kasim on several occasions. I breathe a sigh of relief every time he responds and I know he is working on whatever issue has arisen.Ali is an extremely talented IT professional, although that is not the only reason he is a pleasure to work with. He has a complete and unmatched understanding of technology, but it is his calm nature, confidence and reassurance that he will be able to help fix whatever problem you are having at the moment, that make him truly professional.
