Honestly the district manager makes it sound like an amazing job but it’s not. I had more help from the hospital I worked at then the company itself. Don’t expect raises, don’t expect benefits, don’t even expect your manager to get back to you in a timely manner. I understand why they have such a high turn over rate now. They treat their employees like garbage.

The procedure for having my medical records released to an insurance underwriter in order to obtain coverage is archaic. I will be asking the hospital administrator to end their affiliation with such an inept organization. Dealing with hospitals and insurance companies is already difficult, this company just adds another layer of inconvenience.

Id give it ZERO stars if possible. Once again another unfulfilled medical record request with a subpoena. Inconsistent practices across the board. Been dealing with the same issues for the past two years. I have done everything they have asked and today I get yet another rejection. I have no problems with any other medical record copy service. ChartSwap and CIOX are much faster and consistent.

I have been waiting almost a month now to get my records and all I get is the system is down . Paid what they asked a month ago and nothing call after call and nothing .

Poor service, would not verify information over the phone. Customer Service rep does not have customer service training - very rude. Tone of voice sounds like shes always angry and does not want to help you. They are not happy to help you. Medical Facilities should NOT be using this copy service. They have Poor Service, portal has POOR information and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!

Poor customer service. I faxed them a release form, waited two weeks to be told it never existed and I was then was told I never sent it and was accused of making it up through email.I cannot stand this service and Advocate should really use a partner who knows what they’re doing.

This the worst medical records management service ever! Typical processing time is 4 weeks just to get a request logged into their system. This firm takes 3 to 4 times longer than any other medical records management firm to process a request for records. I have no clue why anyone would use this association?

I found this fee to be irritating to request my own records, but I was given 55 pages and a CD for $6.50. Another location charged me $7.50 for six pages.

Awful they don’t answer the phone ! Had oak brook address now it shows Schaumburg ! Their telephone seems disconnected
