We have used them on more than one occasion and I can’t express how diligent and professional they were during their trips to our office. This last trip was during the delta wave and they abided by our company restrictions without issue. I only bring this up because we had an issue with another company. We would not hesitate to use them yet again in the future if the need arises.

Really great company to work with. They were able to leverage their experience working with other companies in our industry to give us a leg up in a few areas. Not having to waste time explaining industry specific topics with them was a huge time saver.

We hired this company to help us out with some accounting and inventory related issues. They came in and delivered what was promised but in the end we were left with a ton of questions. Thankfully they have been super responsive and have been working with us since the end of our commitment. Overall this has been a positive experience and have no real complaints.

Once we hired Corporate Business Solutions we felt more confident thanks to the new business plan they created for us.

We have hired CBS twice now for two different projects that we were having issues with. They have gone above and beyond what was promised both times.Other than some logistical issues that were worked out both engagements went smooth.

We shopped around for what was essentially a business valuation that we needed for an acquisition. CBS was the first company that got back to us in a timely manner and were able to answer all of our questions. Getting a cost estimate is next to impossible with these types of companies. So I was more than pleased when they were able to quote me on the initial call and even better stick to the agreed upon budget throughout the whole process.

Most recent time we had them in was to help one of our new bookkeepers convert our existing QB setup to quick books online. The entire process took about 4 days and they have been willing to help us remotely whenever we run into an issue.

Salesperson got their foot in the door pretending to be potential a customer in search of our manufacturing / metal stamping services, and then set up the bait and switch during the initial meeting with the regionalcontact to reveal that they are a business valuation/consulting firm. These people have called us at home after hours, and on our personal cell phones (all of which are unlisted). Dishonest practices to be sure.

I worked with CBS for about a week at the end of last year and overall it was a positive experience. I actually had a follow up question and after some phone tag I was able to get a call back with a fairly detailed explanation of an issue I was running into. Not everything they suggested ended up working out but I would still say it was a valuable experience.

I wanted to thank these guys for all their help with our transition to our new online sales platform. It was not an easy process and we had many hurdles that had to be overcome but with their help I feel like it went much smoother than if we had attempted it on our own. Much more than just a traditional consulting company as they offered us real solutions to our problems and not just meaningless reports.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for all the hard work our consultant Jared put in with our team. The overall experience itself was pretty straight forward and the process as a whole went smooth.

Overall a positive experience. One of the better consulting companies we have hired and we have been through a few over the years. They were no nonsense and completely upfront with what changes they though we had to make.

Not sure we really understood the process when we agreed to the engagement but I am glad we stuck it out till the end. One of the only real challenges were coordinating with our assigned consultant on how we would handle the onsite interactions with out staff. Thomas went out of his way to work with us both onsite and over zoom for the last couple of weeks. We are already seeing positive signs from his changes and we look forward to the next few months as we fully implement all of them.

Hiring CBS was the best decision I made in the last year or two. The team is full of competent people who know how to help small businesses in trouble. I am very thankful for them and the advice they were able to provide.

Last year we hired this company to complete a valuation and for some tax planning. They completed everything as agreed and within the budget that we set.

They helped us with a time sensitive project which already was behind schedule because of a different vendor. They were able to come in and pickup where the last guys fell off and never missed a beat.

We had no issues over the last few weeks working with CBS and two of their consultants. They have been nothing but helpful with whatever task or projects we had them working on. The initial estimates for hours was pretty much spot on to where we ended up and I would have no issues with bringing them back in the future.

One of our owners signed us up with this company and after the last few weeks I am happy he did. At first, I thought it was going to end up being more work for me and some of my co-workers but having gone through most of the exercises and programs I can now see it was worth our time. I was not involved in the business planning portion of the program but I was very involved with business analysis and forecasting side. I now have a much better feel for how we were miss-allocating resources and labor on projects that ended up losing us money. I can now see that bidding every single project is not a profitable use of our time and resources. Hopefully we can implement all the recommended changes by the end of this year. Making these changes and decisions on our labor costs will go a long way in making us profitable once again.

I cant really say anything bad about CBS or the three consultants we worked with over the course of the last few months. They were upfront with the costs and what they estimated it would take as far as hours go to complete our project. I have been more than satisfied with the results so far and hopefully we will finish everything we had planned on by the end of the summer.

Our business looked like it was going well from the outside but internally it was starting to unravel. Profits and morale were down and overhead and costs kept rising. I felt like I was losing control of the business I built from scratch. I knew something had to change but I wasnt sure what steps to take which is where CBS comes into this all. The timing was perfect as it was the end of the year and I could really use the help starting the next year out on the right foot. They were able to come in and perform an analysis and see why and where I was losing money. As with most things in life it was not an easy answer nor an easy fix. What they did offer was an honest and upfront analysis of what was wrong and how to fix it. It’s still early but I am very confident that if I stick to the plan that was laid out, I will once again be running a successful business.

I feel the value we got for the money and time invested was worth the hassle. The consultants they sent were knowledgeable and seemed to work well with our team. Their analysis of our operations and how we go about allocating man power was eye opening to say the least. The outcome was a more streamlined process and a more structured way of how we bid projects to make sure that we are not bidding unprofitable jobs. I feel like in the past we were just bidding out new jobs to keep the lights on and everybody busy. I can now see that being more selective on what projects we bid is necessary to the overall financial security of the company. I am hoping that the new processes and our more strategic strategy will help us grow stronger and stop us from bleeding resources.

My consultant at Corporate Business Solutions took their time in getting to know me and the needs of my business. They helped me improve our overall sales and business operations. I was pleased with their consulting services and for the amount of money I spent I think I got really good value. Even though we have ended our contract with them I can still get them on the phone to answer the odd question here and there. I find this is usually not the case with most companies we have worked with in the past.

We have been working with CBS for the last couple of years on and off. They were able to help us solve some of our bookkeeping and reporting issues last year and we had them back a few months ago to help us with paperwork for a new line of credit. I have to say that our timing could not have been more perfect and if it was not for that line of credit we may have had to let a lot of people go. If we asked them something that didnt know they were honest with us and hooked us up with someone who could help us.

I would like to thank everyone we worked with at CBS for all their help getting us through one of the worst times in our companies history. They worked with us every step of the way and helped us secure a new line of credit that allowed us to keep the lights on and pay out staff during this whole ordeal. If it was not for them I would have had to shut down and let everybody go. Thanks again you guys will never know how much help you provided us in our time of need.

WE GAVE THEM A BUDGET AND WHEN THEY GAVE US THE BILL, IT WAS DOUBLE THE QUOTE. AND NO THEY DID NOT DO ANY MORE THAN SPECIFIED IN THE CONTRACT.AND NOW WHEN I NEED TO GET INFORMATION FOR MY TAXES THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE.

It’s been 5 months since I hired Corporate Business Solutions for a business plan and help with our overall reporting process. I am more than pleased with what they delivered. Our cashflow is much better and I am not worrying about covering payroll from week to week. We had to make some hard choices with the data they provided but it was worth it in the end.

Completely unprofessional scam artists. My company almost signed on with them and thank god we didnt.they called and called and called making it sound like some important business guru had some miraculous plan to help the company increase profits and avoid taxes etc. Heres some advice for small business owners...JUST DO IT YOURSELF! You can! You dont need these con artists just look up the reviews on BBB.

Amanda worked with my girlfriends company and not only went WAY over budget, but made awful HR decisions and does not follow up when asked for help.

We hired Corporate Business Solutions to see if they could help things run smoother. We were having significant issues with labor costs and losing bids because of it. Somewhere along the way our costs shot up and it was now affecting our ability to land new projects. Without new projects we could be out of business within the next two years. Their team was quick to respond, and see if they could see what we could not. After a couple of weeks of implementing their systems and going over our numbers with their analysts the picture was becoming clearer. Their solutions were not easy as it involved making some hard choices when it came to personnel. We did what we had to and I feel like we are now much more prepared to be competitive in our upcoming bids. I would recommend working with CBS.

I felt like they were both responsive and proactive during their time at our office. They worked well with our tea. The recommendations they made seemed like they were backed by data and not just boilerplate. I was not really too impressed with all the exercises they suggested but I was really thankful for the Blood Wall and one other one. Since starting a new project with them, they have communicated with us on a weekly basis and been extremely thorough about their plan of action.

With everything going on they were there for me and helped us figure out what moves we needed to make to survive as a small business. They also worked remotely which ensured that we didnt have to wait to figure out the next steps. Without there help I would not have even been able to apply for assistance.

Olivia was assigned to us from CBS and she knew what she was doing. Not sure we bought into every aspect of the program and they use a lot of technical jargon. I feel like I got the most out of her showing me the critical path method and how I should be using the bloodwall exercise to work out the issues we were having. They really hammer home the importance of sticking to the process and not to slide back into old habits. I feel like I am a more confident manager now and can tackle any of the issues that we were being plagued with this past year.

One of their senior analysts went above and beyond for us. Their willingness to dig in and learn the ins and outs of our business really went a long way in helping us figure out some really costly mistakes we had been making. Their professionalism really showed with how willing they were to answer our questions after the engagement was over.

They solved one of our most nagging issues in a few days. We had some issues with our QB POS system and they were able to come in diagnose and fix the issue without taking our whole system down.

I am sorry I to took this review into details but I found it necessary to point out the ways these people are operating just to get a dollar from you.Early this year I was contacted by CBS and offered FREE tax review and assessment of my business. Only if I hire them, we would get into agreement and any saving from the IRS I would pay them 30% of that. I thought if its free and only if I decide to go with them, its OK.Few days later I had this free assessment of my tax returns. Surely, they found few mistakes and proposed amending my tax returns, but saving would not be immediate. It would take up to 5 years. hmm???? I left it on this and never contacted them.CBS contacted me again (November 27) and insisted on returning on this issue with promises its free again. OK!!! They sent rep. here and again found a lot of mistakes but this time on my income statement. They promised an increase of my bottom numbers and Project Manager and consulting attorney will meet with me to present these problems. I agreed to meet with them. However, CBS rep brought to me a contract to sign before they come to my office. It did not make any sense why to sign a contract just to meet with these people. After reviewing a contract it would cost me initially $17, 500 just for these guys to do presentation of my problems, additionally $360 per hour plus travel expenses and so forth. I told rep I am not signing anything just to meet with them. She (rep) tried to explain to me its free for presentation and this is just a formality. After pointing out to her that it doesnt say anywhere its free she went on talking to these people and hand writing that its free to access companys situation however on the different paper was changed that my engagement would start from the first presentation. I told rep I am not signing anything and if they want to come in and talk to me they are more then welcome. They never came.So if I have signed this agreement by just trusting this rep on what she told me what is in the agreement, it would cost me roughly $65K.They do not care about your business, they are all about getting a money from you.

Genuinely found this company easy to work with. One of the individuals they sent over had a very milquetoast personality but the other two gentlemen were much more personable. I only mention this because I feel a large part of their performance was based on how they interacted with my employees. I have nothing but positive things to say on the work product side of things. The exercises and analysis they provided were top notch and I always felt like they were delivering real value. I would have them back without a second thought. The cost is not cheap but it never is with consulting or any type of external restructuring. I look forward to see what type of effect this has on me and my staff over the next few months.

Their informative and patient approach is what gave us the confidence to finally expand our line of products. We loved what we were selling but as our industry became more competitive I felt like we were falling behind. Our company is much better off today than it was at this point last year. Thanks again

Initially they pitched us a ton of services and we had a lot of back and forth about what exactly they could do for us and how much it would cost. We ended up only using them for some training services for our bookkeeper and some other accounting and reporting issues we were having. We probably would have used them for more but at the moment we just cant risk the time and money it would have taken. The person they had work with our staff seemed like he knew what he was doing and the whole engagement lasted for just under two weeks. We definitely saw the value and the only thing that kept it from being a five star review was the follow up calls we got for a couple of weeks after. We were clear that would probably could not even consider any other services for the next couple of quarters but I think due to some miscommunication we were still being contacted about other services we had discussed. Not a huge deal but when you have the same conversation multiple times it can get frustrating.

We found cbs to be an amazing resource for our company and our employees. The consultants they sent over offered valuable insight with experience to back their knowledge. They were very personable which is a big deal when you bring outside people into your company. While working with them, they gave us several ideas to help our business grow while still keeping overhead in check. Our specific industry only fairly recently became competitive so we were faced with some serious decisions. CBS enabled us to conquer these challenges without too much fallout from our workforce They gave us some sound marketing advice and solidified our brand. I can honestly say we are a stronger company now than before.

Had the pleasure of have one of their consultants at my office a few months ago. The gentleman we had was courteous and professional and went out of his way to implement the plan we had agreed upon. We probably wont know till next year if the investment will pay off but as of now I feel confident our changes will have the results needed to make it all worth the time and effort.

We had experienced some fast growth over the last two years., But nervous we weren’t seeing our usual margins and our cash on hand was becoming a larger. We reached out to CBS after hearing good things from a good friend who had used them a few years ago. They had all the knowledge to help us with our cash flow issues and helped address our shortfalls. They met with our teams and did a thorough amount of research to give us the best ideas and lower our overheard while still keeping the lights on. Everyone seemed to buy in and I am more than satisfied with the outcome so far. I am still not convinced we can sustain the growth we have seen but I atleast feel more confident in our ability to make payroll services our customers.

This company was able to get to the core of our issues in the first few days which is good because these types of services are not cheap. I personally felt like they had a vested interest in our success. Some of the exercises may seem cumbersome but after finishing the last 3 weeks I now see the total benefit. Stay the course no matter how tedious or difficult it may seem.

This company will do anything to get their foot in the door.They called the company I work for, and asked for former employee that has been dead for 10 years. They must have found an old listing. Anyways, without skipping a beat, they asked to speak with the highest ranking member of my company. I would absolutely never, under any circumstances, do business with CBS.

I was contacted by this group on my cell and the gentleman on the other end led me to believe that they were all about recruiting DOT drivers and could we use that service. I told him he needed to speak with my Ops Mgr. He asked if I was going to be around on Mon for his rep to come by. I told him I could not commit. Lo & behold today, the rep showed up today looking for me only to find out that they were not recruiting DOT drivers but wanting to talk with the business owner about valuations, taxes, & accounting services. When my Ops questioned him about it, he stated that thats how we get our foot in the door. Very deceptive practices and am appalled that a business today would use these tactics to try to secure business, beware!

CBS and their team stepped up and helped us out of a really tough situation. I had been putting off restructuring our company for as long as possible. You never want to be the one that has to tell people you no longer have need of them. Downsizing during such a great economy makes it even worse. CBS was able to come in and after a couple of weeks of analyzing our processes and management they gave us a detailed run down of where our revenue was going. This made my life much easier when it came to make hard decisions on who to keep and who to let go. With their help and guidance I was able to create a plan on how to turn things around. In the end I only had to let go of half as many people as I had originally estimated. We are now a smaller and leaner company but one that is actually profitable. We may actuall end up hiring if things go well the next few quarters.

Not much to say other than they delivered what was promised after our original assessment. Not the cheapest company/hourly in the industry but we felt like we got great value. They were relentless at the beginning but nothing I felt was overboard from a sales perspective. They helped us secure some financing we had been chasing for the last 18 months. Its something that without their help would have taken another year and a half since the issue was our financials were a mess.

I would be careful with this company!! They come to you and act like it is easy to increase your profits but the fact is they have to because of the debt you inquire to do their project. I am trying to recover from this same exact process. Their main focus is on their cash management tool because they need to make sure you will not go out of business. I would tell them to get the hell out and stay away if they approach you!!! Their name should be Corporate Business Dilution !!! Stay Away and do not contract their services!!!!! Be Ware !!!!!

We have been using Corporate Business Solutions on and off over the last couple of years. We trust them and they have proven themselves reliable. We have had them both onsite as well as used them remotely for a range of services. The most recent was for some QuickBooks training on a new inventory management POS we rolled out. They were integral in us getting the system working and communicating between departments.

They delivered what was promised in a prudent and transparent way. What initially started out as some quickbooks training/organization consulting for our in house accountant ended up being a 6 week project. We spent more than we had originally planned but only because we kept adding services. I was firm in requesting a proposal and estimate for each new area we tackled. I know I can be a stickler when it comes to requiring paperwork but they worked with me and I made sure we only paid for the services we approved and agreed on. In the end thanks to my superior haggling skills and their drive to make us happy we were able to really hit all the areas we needed to and it didnt kill my bank account.

Really appreciated the time and effort that our rep from cbs showed me and my partner. We run a medium size trucking/carting company and we were having issues on the organizational side that was causing us time, money and stress. They helped us with what turned out to be our biggest issue: tracking our drivers and labor costs. Our drivers are not to keen on the changes but it is one of the most significant changes we have made to our business in the 8 years since we started it.

They called me yesterday to schedule a meeting - after learning that they are a business consulting company, I told them on the phone I did not want their services. They sent a rep here anyway today, who proceeded to ask me how much I pay in income taxes - asked me in our waiting area in front of several employees and clients who were listening in. Not very considerate or professional in my book. No thanks.

My team is like my family and without the great advice from Corporate Business Solutions, I don’t think my business would make it through the next few months. It’s a good feeling knowing I have them to help my business at any time.

Hired them for some staff training via teleconf for two of our estimators. Pricing was competitive from what I could tell from my initial research. Seems to be a one stop shop for all types of business related services. Dont have the capital to move fwd with their other reccomendations and they respected that. Intrigued by some of the ideas we were presented for cutting our overhead and labor costs. Told them to circle back with me in 2020.

I didnt get a good feeling sitting with these guys from the very beginning of our meeting. The rep kept going in circles and not being honest about why he was there. Made a lot of promises about lowering taxes and not getting paid until we see savings, but ended with an initial review costing $13k. Make sure to do some Google searches for corporate business solutions scam, corporate business solutions lawsuits, and corporate business solutions reviews. At first, it looks good (Im thinking they are fake reviews, though). Do a little digging - read the complaints on BBB and Trustlink - and youll start to uncover the truth.I would definitely not engage with these people ever again.

I am thankful for all the help and support they provided. Turns out that you may be costing yourself more money in the long run not adequately staffing certain positions and ignoring the numbers.

Not much to say other than I had a decent experience with cbs. They were able to train me and a couple of staff members to generate the reports we had been lacking in the past. I was surprised and somewhat unnerved at the amount of profit we left on the table over the last couple of years. All in all we had one of their consultants working out of our office for about six weeks. Not the cheapest project we have ever embarked on but one that I am confident will show results. Only time will tell though.

Had them in to help us with our quickbooks POS system. Probably cheaper options but they were local and a friend had used them for some accounting issues they were having. The person they sent over was extremely well versed in Quickbooks and they were able to help us load all our SKUs into the system and show us how it tied into another proprietary software we used for re-ordering. Will update if we have any issues going forward.

Nicole came into our office this morning and previously had spoken to our Vice President on the phone. She came in and dismissed both myself the Office Manager and the Vice President, stating I normally only speak to the Owner. After she left, giving us no information. I spoke with the Owner and gave him her contact information from the card so he could speak with her if he desired. He asked what she had to say when she came in and I had to tell him that she barely gave us the time of day because we are not the owner and I had no real idea what services they were offering. Needless to say we will not be working with this company ever.

Referred by a friend we had been looking for someone to help us upgrade our accounting and inventory systems to a quickbooks POS setup. They had one of their techs come out to help with the initial setup and installation. Once it was all setup it took another couple of weeks to figure out how to work the new system with the help of a consultant and someone to work with our in house accountant.

Initial consult was ok but they lied and did not give us the material they promised even after follow up requests. They promise you a good deal inorder to get you to sign a vague contract(Have your lawyer look at it vs. what they say). If you decide to engage them they will then send you someone who is not fully briefed on the project and disagrees with the original consultant who will then bill you $495/hour for subpar work plus food, hotel and transportation. Very disappointed and we terminated the agreement, I would advise you to stay away.
