Very affordable SR22 insurance. I got the non-owners SR22 to save me some money.

Was told I can pay by phone without any charge but when i tried to pay i was told there was extra charge for payment by phone that is just another way of making money out of you . and Lady on the phone was not even pleasant or professional .

I do not what the problem was with the agent, I called her to let her know that I wont be renewing the policy with them anymore as I switched to a different provider and all she asked was what company did you go with. She then said she will close my account and then disconnected and thats it, didnt even ask me the policy details name or number anything, how does she know what to close ? yes, thats exactly being professional. Now I wonder what would have been in case I had a claim to make!!

The commercial on T.V. is horrible if kids see it. They are going to think they can jump in front of a car. Use your head!

This is the worst insurance company ever they were lying to me on the phone, I wanted to renew my policy and add a new car because I canceled it when I sold my old car they said yeah you just need to pay 240 and your new car will be insured full coverage for a month I pay and after they got my card information they hanged up and never pick up my calls I had to go to their office by DMV they just ignored me when I was talking to them they were so rude never go there they will rip you off and if I could go lower then 1 star I would. Someone should shut down this place

Absolutely bad, nothing to do with the employee & the bad service & ZERO knowledge. The worst of that is the companys policy.You will think that youll save couple bucks in the beginning, wait couple months or try to add or remove a vehicle. Thats what happened with me, they keep charging me for one of the vehicle that I dont have it anymore!

Garbage company. I have sent cancellation notice on 03/11. They cancelled it after one month from the date 03/18. They have not refunded the amount yet and it has been around three months. Never go to this company. Also when you call them, they will keep in hold for 20 minutes before you talk to some agent and they again put you on hold.

HORRIBLE. Early October I got a call saying i would receive a refund check in the mail, of course i waited, and two weeks later since it did NOT arrive, I called to ask about the check, turns out they never sent it. Finally they send the check October 16th. Except now it is November 23rd and STILL NO CHECK. When I call they would say there was no status, or my favourite Let me have your name and number and we will get back to you, - that one has happened over 3 times and no one has called me back. I have officially given up on being so nice to these people. I have waited over a month for a check! They kept on telling me that they didnt know if the check was already cashed so I would have to wait for next week, called every other week since it seems to not be important to give me my money, but will call and harass me the day of my payment. I was told yesterday that my check had gotten back to them and they didnt know why by Claudia, only to be told today by a different person that wasnt true at all and they have NO IDEA where she got this information. Yet again I must wait until tomorrow to get an answer because their accountant left early AGAIN.

This is at third party company. You are not insured through insure on the spot. Your insurance card might say something completely different because they look for the lowest rate to give you. Save yourself and just go with Geico.
