I picked this auto repair shop based on the online reviews. I am very pleased with the help I received from Roman. My exhaust system was very loud. He showed me cracks in the exhaust and quoted me a reasonable price for the repair. In less than 2 hours I was on my way and my vehicle purrs like a kitten. Was a loyal customer of theirs for a very long time, but very disappointing services in the last few months which prompted me to get another reliable shop nearby.A few complaints I have:* Astronomical waiting time even after appointment has been made. They make you wait while taking other vehicles in before yours.* Sloppy work ethics. Need to tell them what to fix time and time again and they forget since they are not maintaining the information in their database like most shops do. I went in for an oil change and asked them to check my air filter. They replaced the oil and forgot to check the air filter, which I found later that it was dirty and hadn’t been replaced.* Expensive charges. At the time of Covid, I was charged $90 for an oil change that’s usually done at their place for $45-50 (semi synthetic oil change). Since they don’t keep a record of services, they end up charging random prices on their repair costs.My review is not based on one particular incident, but rather on many incidents that have taken place over the course of a few years. “The straw that broke the camels back” was when the owner said “it’s hard to remember what each car takes for an oil change”. Ahem, that’s what shop computers are for since they record each and every service the customer has come for previously by their name, vehicle plate and vin number. This is no excuse since customers are forking our large amounts of cash on repairs.Anyways, I might be paying more for my services at this new repair shop, but I know I will have the peace of mind knowing the job will be done correctly and they will put my vehicle service info in their computer/database.

I was got myself into trouble with door lock. And there was really no way to open the lock. It’s not like the door got locked out something of that sort. It was way more complicated than that. So, my DIY got me into big trouble so I went to Tony and explained everything. He made time for me and somehow managed to operate the door open. I can’t imagine anyone else doing what he did. It was my first at this garage and what can I say he made me his customer forever. Big thanks for saving my day.

I was having problem with my Audi A6 car was shaking this morning driving to my work. I stop by at this international my friend recommended me and this guy name Tony help me out and diagnosed the problem with in 30 minutes and give me the estimate what was wrong with it. it was really cheap and reliable price you cant beat in Schaumburg IL.

I went in there knowing I had a bad muffler… I had had a check engine light on for quite a while and the code was a missing number 6 cylinder.. ...They showed me where the muffler was blown out and where there was a leak at the crossover pipe. He explained to me he would try and save the manifolds and just replace the crossover pipe. He said would be about 3 hours labor.To my surprise he did save both exhaust manifolds, finished in a timely manner, and I paid the quoted price for repairs.Also, the check engine light went out....👍👍I am extremely happy with the work and the professionalism.Thank you!!!!!!!!

Tony replaced my muffler (welded it on) for a little over a hundred bucks. took him only about 20 minutes from me walking in to walking out. I came in the next day for a different issue (problem with my brakes) and he helped find the issue free of charge. good guy

Dishonest, uneducated, a crook and a scam artist. Stay away from Tony (Tayyib). Couldn’t do a simple brake job and do it correctly. My cars ran perfectly before he got his hands on it. He ran my other car without coolant and returned it to me without coolant after doing a valve cover job. He definitely does not know how to work on cars. The head of the engine cracked leaving me without a car and was not willing to admit it. He also denied the fact of oil still leaking from valve covers even after getting it checked from dealer. There was no modification done to the car and was driven normally and he loves to find ways to blame anything, very egotistical guy.Stay away and go elsewhere!

This guy here helped me repair my muffler even though it wasn’t repairable. But he went out his way to charge me less money and repair the muffler with out charging me a full price 600 dollars for a new part. I appreciate his help and I will always come here to get things fixed on my car...

Good honest mechanic. As someone that usually does my own auto work, Im always hesitant to take my car into a shop, but I had some exhaust problems that were going to need better tools than I have here, and based on past reviews I decided to give International a try. The mechanic gave me an honest assessment of the situation and laid out all of my options. He was patient in answering all of my questions and was very helpful. We settled on a fix that he performed within an hour and for a reasonable price. Id definitely use them again in the future.

Called an hour before close with a muffler noise and he told me to bring it on in and he would take a look. Showed me the rusted through area and gave me options of a new exhaust system or welding a new piece for much less. He was able to do the repairs immediately and it took maybe 30-45 mins and I was on my way. Saved time and money getting my repair done here.

Excellent service always

This was my first time here. Im a new fan. I needed some welding done on my exhaust system to reduce noise and prevent fumes from reaching the cabin. They quickly raised the car and seamlessly pinpointed exactly which segments needed to be repaired, and they did the job quickly at a fair price. They even inspected my brakes at my request and said that it was not necessary to change the brakes/rotors yet. Theyre a full service shop....not just mufflers.

Guys please check your invoice parts cost with a parts store before making your choice of getting any work done there.. I understand there is a mark up on parts but charging double is little too much. Not sure who is giving this place all these good reviews.. if you don’t want to get ripped then do the math.

I called this place a few months back to get a quote to replace a fuel neck filler on my 2004 sentra. I told the guy on the phone I already have the part. No questions asked he gave me a reasonable price. I picked up my car the next day. Until now no issues. Other places dont even allow you to bring in your own parts. I highly recommend this place!

Me and my friend came in to just change out the brakes from her car. They took a look and were very straight forward about what was wrong. Quick clean and a change of the tail lights. Really good service and honest business men. I dont see why anyone wouldnt come here. Definitely will be back. Highly recommended.

Brought in my 2013 Challenger with a possible exhaust leak. They inspected my vehicle and lifted it to verify exhaust underneath. They couldn’t find a leak after 20-30 minute inspection. After all was determined as well I went to pay and they indicated I would not be charged for an inspection.They may have not made a sale today but they have made a customer for life. Good customer service and clearly knew what they were doing.

So having an old car like my 1969 Cadillac Deville, it’s hard trying to find someone that knows what they’re doing and knows what they’re talking about when it comes to old school cars! The owner Tony is a great guy and knows how to fix any car..I’ve seen it with my own eyes! I went to them couple of times. They are really professional m, well respected and honest. Their work is also great. Prices are reasonabile and work is satisfactory.

Had a great experience with them. Experience mechanic with professional attitude. They get the job done right the first time. I had gotten quote which was 3 times more what they have charged.

Dropped my car off at the shop at 9 AM with parts which was discussed with the manager at the time. Gave me a quote and said it should be ready by 1 PM. He (Tony) calls me at 3:30 PM and says he has been behind due to many cars and he will get to it but the part are not correct but they were purchased from a reputable online store where I have purchased before and had part numbers from Infiniti. Even if I were to go get correct part from Infiniti, they close at 5 PM and with no car.... should have called earlier. I stated to use the correct part and will return the wrong one due to both sides needing fix. I get to the shop at 6:15 PM and he tells me he has not worked on the car, he removed the bolts and it will take another 2-3 hours to fix. I tell him not to bother and to put the bolts and covers back and he does but tries to charge me for the full 3.5 hours labor on work he did not do, claim part was incorrect which I verified with another mechanic was correct. He does not look at the parts before beginning work, he does not call until 6.5 hours later that he is behind and part is incorrect and he wants to charge for work not done. Completely unprofessional, cannot manage time and volume of work, cannot give customers update in a timely manner and attempts to cheat people out of $$ for work not done. If I could give NO STAR... I would give that or a Negative STAR. Would have been easier paying extra to go to other shops or dealer.

Good one in my first day

The face of the company, owner or the receptionist that I had the pleasure of dealing with the other day was awful and had absolutely no idea how to deal with the stressed out customer who walked in for a simple repair. I would never visit this place again.Sadly - Google doesnt have an option to give no stars as a review, honestly in my mind they dont deserve a single star, Pathetic!If you want to be embarrassed, please feel free to visit the work shop.

I was there and waited for around 10 min and nobody was there to serve me. So I walk away and I made I call when I was leaving and yes someone answer the phone but I didn’t like it at all. Sorry.

After a recommendation to this shop from a friend, I took my 2006 BMW 330xi for a very annoying clicking noise the BMW dealer could not figure out at all.Their master mechanic Tony went with me for test drive for 5 min and had the problem diagnosed.It took a simple, half hour, $100 dollar repair to take care of the issue.Could not be more happier from these guys.Would diffidently recommend and go back

Took my Murano for an oil leak. The Nissan dealership diagnosed it as a rusty oil pan causing the leak. Tony took a look and showed me that while the oil pan was rusty, the real leak was from the oil filter gasket. I would have been really upset dumping a bunch of money at the dealership and would have still had a leak. Great job Tony for the accurate analysis.With the money I was saving, I was able to fix both the oil filter gasket and the oil pan. Now im probably good for the life of the vehicle, yeah.Have already recommend this shop to my family.

Everything they do is crystal clear and they will personally show to you and explain the repairs that are needed. They are fast affordable and they make you feel confident as a customer, which is something that can be hard to find in a car garage.

Dropped off our audi for a couple problems to be checked out last week. They looked over rhe car and reported nothing urgent to be done and were extremly thorough. They didnt charge for there time because this is a service they offer to all customers. We will definitely return for the work to be done in the near future. Very polite, honest and professional.
