Probably the single best consumer service experience I can recall. I entered the store with an incredibly complicated issue and AT&T representative, Belky, resolved my problem completely. Belky provided nothing less than professional, expert service. I left the store completely happy and look forward to a positive relationship with AT&T.

I had the most amazing experience today at AT &T thanks to Irving. I am very low tech & he made me feel very comfortable. He helped me with issues that I’ve dealing with for a year & did so very kindly without making me feel like an idiot. He explained everything so simply that I could understand it without difficulty. He talked me through the process & answered all of my questions. He was totally professional & knowledgeable. I had been feeling very negative about AT & T but now I feel positive thanks to Irving!

I and my wife are both experiencing no cell service in our complex. When we drive out of the complex onto the main road we pick up full service. Too coincidental that both of us have the same problem. Switched to new SIM cards but did not cure the problem. Hoping ATT take a strong look into this as other homeowners in my complex are having the same problem

No customer service at all :( I walked into this store looking for help. People with At&T shirts just walk by and sit around ignoring customers, not even a “hi somebody will help you” it is a shame that we have to accept this treatment if we really need the service

I was pressured into adding a line after I told the worker I didnt want it many times. I had to basically share my life story as to why I didnt want the line. Then she brought another worker in to talk me into getting the line. I agreed. Now I am having issues activating the line on my daughters device with the electronic SIM card. When I went on the account information app the line is connected to a tablet that I dont have nor ever had. I been on the phone for an hour with customer service who tells me they are going to have someone call me back because they cant connect the device to the line.

Horrible customer service, very rude staff that does not know how to respect their customers.I cam into the store to make a purchase of the new iPhone 12 Pro and called in advance to check the availability and was informed that 2 were available, when I purchase the phone I was givin the 12 instead and I informed her about 3x which one I wanted. They did not provide me assistance in setting up my new phone, which brought me many complications with work since I use work through my phone.The manager did not want to take my word and told him that he will believe his associates word over mine ( A CUSTOMER ) I explained How unprofessional and inconvenience this was for me and asked to speak to a manager since he was not able to assist me. He then raised his voice at me and said “ Who do you think you are to be telling me what I can and cannot do!!”.It is completely unacceptable for someone to be treating me in that manner I didn’t feel like I was being helped I felt very offended and I will never return to this location over again.I don’t know how that staff is still working for this company it’s sad

On Sunday February 28th at 4:30 went to the Trumbull Ct ATT store to replace a phone. Gentleman that assisted us was rude and offensive.Never got what we went in for. I have had this account for over 19 years and have 5 phones and 2 watches. Maybe time to change companies.

Adrian Lopez is an exceptional sales representative. Please understand how valuable he is to your organization. He did all he can to keep us as AT&T customers. He spent 2 hours with us with no sale only because he was limited with what he was able to offer us. I’m upset that I couldn’t commit to a sale. Your competition just had better offerings.

Sean was amazing when I went to see him on a Saturday the store only had the XR in red so I wanted black. He also advised me I heeded to backup my data in the Cloud and he gave me instructions which I followed successfully.When I came in the following Saturday Sean had the black XR which he sold to me and I am older and technology not my strong point so he helped me though the face recognition as it took me like 4 tries and I wear hearing aids and he googled how to pair them to he new phone and we did it successfully,Sean was so patient with me and an amazing young man.Thanks SeanStuart

This has to be by far the best experience Ive ever had at a cellular store. Pete and Jimmy were top notch. I live in Ossining and I will gladly make the 30 minute trip to Petes Scarsdale location. Helped my wife get a new phone since she was overdue for a replacement. They also let her know that she should have the account holder look into changing the plan since shes overpaying for less service. They stayed after closing to complete the transaction and answer all our questions.

Not sure how “SAL” has a management position. He was extremely rude when I walked into this store. I gave no business to this location due to his facial expressions and speaking about me to his coworkers as soon as I stepped into the store. He didn’t want to even assist me while the other employees were all helping other clients. Treat everyone equal buddy. I will never step foot into that ATT location again. Owners, do yourself a favor & hire better. You’ll lose business because of this guy. Very disheartening.

I went into this store on Jan 18,2016. At the time my provider was Verizon I spoke to the sales Rep which was nice and polite she introduced her manager to me which his name was Emmanuel at the time they offer me a sweet deal and also told me that for each line i ported over from Verizon I will received a credit of $200.00 for each line . I ported over (4) lines . He said I will receive the credit in 45 days or 2 to 3 billing cycles .Since I didnt see the credit I called Verizon on numerous occasions, one rep over the phone that it would take 4 billing cycles .I called again and filled put a online survey and a rep called me and said that they misinformed me an that i will not be receiving a credit .I went to the store and ask to speak to a manager and his name was Dan, I explained to him the reason for my visit and told him i was highly upset because I feel that At & T wasnt honest and will tell you anything to get your business after siting around for 45 minutes he came back and told me that the manager that gave me the information wasnt there no more and that he gave me false information but at that time there was a similar promotion and the reason the first manager wasnt there was because he was giving false information and he spoke to the store manger and the only thing they can do if I did nt received the credit in a month was give me $100.00 credit for each line i ported . At this time I was Okay with It ( I figure something is something ) i asked can i have something in writing he said he would give me his card and he showed my the notes where he indicated it and i was okay with that but when I asked him For his card he went to the back and came and told me that the manger in the back said she can only credit $50.00 for each line at this point I just told him to forget it .Iam going back to Verizon unless i receive the $200.00 per line .I have been calling the store for 2 days no one picks up .i will be sending an email to the FCC and Consumer affairs and at the point I want the store number and the name of the Regional Manager .Someone that oversees the store managers for the particular store .

This place is horrible they only have 3 workers on and you have to wait to pay your bill. They have a kiosk machine there and it never works.They need to fix this where there is someone to collect your money. How do you except to keep your costumers when you have bad costumes service. They know you are there to pay your bill and don’t even acknowledge your existence. Afraid they will waste their time on me and not make a sale. Terrible experience.

Drove from Ossining to the Scarsdale location ONLY because of past Great Customer Service given to me by AT&T Retail Sales Consultant Sean Joseph (which I did not even purchase anything a few months ago at that time).I was super hesitant about going this time though because I was unsure about the customer service this time around and how the sales consultants would be and if Id be rushed or theyd be rude.BUT to my surprise!! SEAN J. was still there and working when I had visited around 6:30pm-ish and yet again attended to all my questions, concerns and needs.The store was clearly short staffed at the time, and became busy.Within the first 5 minutes of being there I definitely thought 1. Id be there forever/dissatisfied and rushed into a purchased. 2. It was going to be a wasted trip and Id end up walking out BUT that was not at all the case. A few seconds later SEAN J. came through with his Great Customer Service, Kind Manor, Patience and great attitude... the rest is history.I walked out with my New Lilac Galaxy S9+ and had a great experience. Thanks again SEAN J.!PSA/Side Note: Out of Respect to Staff and other paying Customers! Please do not bring your children to a Public place of Business, if you as the parent are Unable to Control Them and/or They do not know how to Act in a Public Setting.It is Not the Responsibility of the Business Establishment or Staff to have to play babysitter, security guard or do Your Job.. Honestly have never written a Yelp review, but these people were SO helpful, SO friendly, and SO accommodating I had to. Milayka greeted us and got us seen immediately. Raul helped us to troubleshoot my malfunctioning device and solve the problem, and Patrice put my phone back together all within 20 minutes. It was an emergency because I was traveling overseas the next day.

The person that helped me was TERRIFIC - LAURALIZ TERCERO. She hit a snag concerning my physical address & she immediately asked CECELIA for advice who offered assistance happily and without making either myself or Lauraliz uncomfortable. I will reccomend this AT & T GROUP WITHOUT HESITATION. THEY all deserve a raise and promotions for Lauraliz & Cecelia, unless that would mean they would have to move. If you are on disability, Do Not Come Here. These sales people will coerce you to open multiple accounts and open more then one phone that you will learn is more then you can afford monthly with no understanding By AT&T . And wait until you find out how deceptive customer service is. T-Mobile is exactly the same.

The sales person who signed me up failed to give me full details of what was included in my monthly bill and how I would be getting the switch from another carrier payment. Then a manager told me I was only getting half of the amount I submitted because the other half was applied to my account however this month it is not there. I’ve been with AT&T gor barely even a month and they have caused me so many headaches and I keep getting redirected back to this store who apparently has no idea what’s going on and I’m honestly frustrated with everything because not even customer service can even assist me.

I went into the store with my sister and boyfriend a few minutes ago to transfer from cricket to at&t prepaid. The young lady that assisted us was very helpful, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name, but she is slim and had her hair in a bun. I highly recommend this store.

Very bad experience I asked for assistance in Spanish and information about the telephone numbers and I was not provided why she wanted me to take what she wanted not what I needed just because I need assistance in Spanish this lady limits my right to choose what I need, it is abusive force a client to take what this saleswoman at & t wants.
