Nice and clean place (including the restroom) Plenty of parking spaces. The washers and dryers are well maintained.

Best laundry place in the area the girls are nice and you see them cleaning every machine inside and out. Drop off service is amazing when your time is limited they fold and place into clean clear bags.

Im thankful for this laundromat. It has ample, safe parking, the establishment has happy, bright colors, conscientious and friendly staff and owner, decent customers, and finally cleanliness in a place where one expects clean while theyre washing their clothing. I look forward to laundry day!

Right now with Covid everywhere you go it says you need to where a mask indoors, but they do not even check if everyone is complying. I was there yesterday 9/10/20 and this lady that was washing her clothes for most of the time she was in there did not have her mask on. She also kept coming right next to my mother while my mom was folding laundry while not wearing her mask to keep refilling her gallon of water that she kept constantly throwing in the machine. Looks like she was trying to flood the machine, I have never seen anyone do that. The lady that was working at the laundermat never bothered to even come around once. They should routinely go around checking on everything and making sure people are not right on top of everyone and that they are wearing their masks, the place is very small.

I had a great experience here today. This place is utterly fantastic and I highly recommend it. I normally send many clients here to have their clothes laundered. Today I had the pleasure of picking up clothes for a client of mine and I found the staff to be absolutely fantastic. The place is very clean and neat and the help is very cordial. The prices are extremely reasonable to have your clothes washed, dried and folded. In my opinion, what I saw today was a first class operation with people who really care about their work. You can go into this laundry mat on your own and certainly do your own laundry. But the extra perk of having someone help you do your laundry and it be ready for you when they tell you, is absolutely fantastic. So if youre a busy professional, and you want your laundry done efficiently, I highly recommend this wash and dry. Parking is free and easy access by public transportation or car.

I was at this Laundry on September 10, 2020. Due to an ongoing medical condition after having Covid-19 in March I cannot wear the normal face masks. I always wear a plastic shield that covers my face down to my neck. I was repeatedly threatened and harrassed by a Gorda pedazo de mierda ruso. Sometimes I have to pour water in the machines due to not enough water rinsing the soap out. Customers like Carmela C. are constantly dumping tons of detergent into the machines which ruins others clothing. I must mention that the girl working the laundry at night is a wonderful woman who tries to keep the laundry spotless. She also sees me with my shield on every time I come to Wash up Express. I have seen customers do some gross things at this laundry. A customer even put muddy sneakers in the machine. What a shame some slobs have to ruin it for others.

Almost everything about this place is fine the machines are fairly new the staff is somewhat friendly. When they first opened up the staff was extremely friendly they changed up the staff, new staff is not as friendly as before but Pleasant. My only complaint is, there isnt enough folding tables, so you might have to wait for one to get unattended .Which is not good at all they should definitely add more folding tables ASAP!!!

I live in the Bronx but the laundromats are the pits. I googled Scarsdale and this showed up. I am so happy i tried it out. My clothes smell cleaner. The XL washers allowed me to do less loads, which reduce the amount of time I was washing clothes. I guess that’s the express part. Lol. Seriously. A nice laundromat. If you have a car I say drive here. I started at 4:30 and was done by 7:30p, clothes folded and in car. 4 a place that opened only 4 years ago, i say it’s doing pretty well. Get there before 5p cause afterwards it’s a rush. You can self service or drop off. I prefer to wash my clothes myself. I will return to see how it is on another day. It was a worth the 20 minute drive. Price wise about the same as a regular place. Maybe a dollar or 2 more but using XL amounts to using 4 small machines. Bring a lot of quarters and dollar bills to make change.

My uncles used to go here all the time and would always tell everyone what a great service it was, until last week, when his comforter and clothes were stolen. This happens, however it is the manner in which is was dealt with which is so upsetting. My uncle is hearing impaired and every attempt he has made to rectify the situation has been met with jeers, laughter and straight up lies. I was shocked that this facility would mock any customer but especially one with a disability. I would give zero stars if I could.

I just visited this laundromat for the first time and am incredibly impressed. If you drop off clothing for folding, I have never seen better folding at a laundromat. Also, the machines are new and the facilities are incredibly clean. Funny story - I was there the same time 2 Scarsdale area police officers had pulled up, and when asked why they were there they said that they use Wash Up Xpress bathrooms when they dont have time to go back to the police department in the middle of the day because they are the cleanest in the neighborhood. If that isnt telling about these facilities, Im not sure what is.

Nice clean place, they dont sell soap, so bring your own. Staff is very friendly.
