First rate. Reminds me of Kates Paperie . . . some custom printing available, wedding invites, specialty papers. Great wrapping paper, ribbon etc. Also single-sheet designer wrapping papers. Loads of accessories. Priced decent. Plenty of associates around to help.

This company is being disgusting to 250+ small makers and not paying open invoices. They are a terrible company. I wish I could give a -10 rating.

I tried to like this establishment but after many visits, i don’t think i will ever go back. The manager and staff are curt. I was overcharged on xmas cards .I was giving a coupon to use next year but as adjustment was made on xmas card error - they asked me for coupon back ! The error was substantial and i had to point it out after transaction was complete.

So many cute items. Its like opening up a treasure box.

Unfortunately the staff is friendly but completely untrained - we had nothing but problems with our order. It seemed simple, we selected all the options off the shelf, and then found the order was input wrong by the salesperson. We had to find somebody in a corporate office to get any help in fixing the order, and still no return addresses on the printed envelopes. I gave up and took them home anyway. Order online with another provider, you wont get any additional help by going into the store, sadly.

Wonderful store offering funny, unique greeting cards, beautiful printed paper for wrapping paper, and tons of unexpected and cute gifts. If you know any llama or unicorn lovers, you will find plenty of adorable gifts. They also have a full selection of stationary/invitation paper in many colors.

Great place for gifts and fun trinkets! They have an amazing selection of cards but gifts as well! They section the store out with tables and they have really amazing, unique and quirky things.. for men, for women, for the home, for the kitchen. Go check it out- Im certain you wont leave empty handed!

Super helpful staff

A lot of items from the website are in the store so thats nice if you want to see things in person. I like their style but items can seem overpriced when you only need basic supplies and dont care about the specifics or details (like i only need a card vs i need a quirky, beautiful, simple, quality, blank card). One negative was the journal i originally wanted to buy was cheap looking with pieces glued on top and not made to look like one cohesive item. From far away it looks cohesive but up close there were raw edges and paper glued on. I did find another journal i liked though

They were just awesome! I ordered my wedding invitations from here and from start to finish the process was smooth thoughtful and most importantly beautiful and creative. I am so pleased with the final product cant recommend enough staff and merchandise are really special.

Great store with helpful and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and they have wonderful classes for kids of all ages. They also have a free craft event each month... usually a seasonally themed 20 minute project.

If I could give this store a 0 I most defiantly would.I ordered my wedding invitations, July 8th (I was already late and that was my fault) HOWEVER I was told leaving the store I would receive a proof by Tuesday the latest so they could get the ball rolling and rush ship them to me (Which I paid EXTRA for). Tuesday night I had nothing.So I emailed the manager she than proceeded to tell me she never said that and I should have a proof by Thursday. Thursday night same thing I still had nothing. So again I emailed the Manager and she told me she contacted the outside company and there was a problem with something I had submitted and thats what was taking so long. So in turned I asked how come I was not contacted so I could fix the issue and I could receive my proofs? I end up removing the addressing of the envelopes (which was the problem) so I would receive my proofs and I would address the envelopes myself. AGAIN I was told I would have one first thing Friday morning, Can you guess what happened? Sure enough I waited all day Friday and I still had received nothing.AGAIN I contacted the Manager and she told me there was another problem and I was SURE to have it FIRST THING Monday morning. AGAIN I waited all day Monday and I still had received nothing. My Fiancee ended up calling this time because I was getting so frustrated, we ended up asking for a refund and having to order somewhere else because now this went on long enough, and we still had nothing to show for all this struggle.We asked for the refund on Monday night, I was not contacted until Friday for my credit card information; so in turn I did not receive my refund until Wednesday of the following week.I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS HERE, EVER AGAIN !!!!

Would give the 0 stars if possible sales person very rude when I asked her to keep her mask up then noticed her wiping everything with a paper napkin she kept in back pocket.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible customer service. No one said a word to me. ABSOLUTELY NO CUTOMER SERVICE. Dont ever come here. This place is only filled with rude people. No wonder it was empty.
