I went in for a Brazilian today at this location as the one I usually go to was fully booked. Michelle was so amazing. I told her i am pregnant and very sensitive and she was very gentle and super pleasant. I got a little dizzy because of being pregnant and laying on my back and she offered me her spare personal bottle of water and sanitized it for me. Very great experience and will be coming back again for sure. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!

I have been going to European wax center for about 4 years. First time in the New Rochelle store and my experience was amazing. Kathy is the best! I did not experience any pain or discomfort!

No one ever answers the phone. I was on hold for 25 minutes trying to cancel an appointment they booked for me (without me asking). After I waited and finally got to someone, she hung up on me immediately without even saying anything.

My first time at this location, I’ve been to 5-6 other European Wax locations. Called ahead and booked an appointment with Dina.She was amazing. I told her I am very sensitive to pain, and she made me feel so relaxed while being super professional. She gave me the best wax I’ve had in 5+ years. I would go to her for any waxing needs ever! Unfortunately she is leaving the salon but she recommended other wax specialist to try so I booked my next appointment!Go see Dina if you need a wax ;)

I had to change my 5 star to 1 star. I called and left a message with the assistant manager and a week later, still no phone call or response. In the customer service industry, it’s important to acknowledge all feedback positive and negative. After being a client for years, I will not be purchasing another package.

Great service from start to finish including front desk and wax specialist. I’ve booked with Oriana and Lauren the most over the last 2 years. Both excellent and professional. Lately I’ve been more consistent booking with Lauren. I still get nervous before my Brazilian and find that taking a pain killer before the session and talking with Lauren during the session helps and makes the time fly.

I always enjoy my experience and EWC and went when they opened back up for COVID. I thought they handled everything so well from the texting and waiting in the car to maintaining a clean space. I felt very comfortable and it was nice doing something so normal.

Love my waxer Dana! Ive been going to her for years and wont go to anyone else.The store itself is nice and very clean.Just be aware parking in the lot can be hard sometimes.

Awsome wax, doesnt hurt as much as regular wax, center is nice and clean, the girls are very polite.

Christina A is by the best waxer I’ve encountered at European wax . She’s professional, patient and friendly. Christina makes a uncomfortable situation a walk in the park she gives breathing techniques and preps you before each wax, my vajayjay and myself loves her

Worst experience ever at this location. First off I tried scheduling last minute but also researched reviews to find a good waxer and scheduled with one online through the app. I had no knowledge of the girls name when she called me in because she barely spoke much to me. It wasn’t until giving a tip at the front desk that I learned she was named Amanda. Not the person I scheduled with. She was unfriendly and abrupt with her actions. It left a bad test in my mouth for sure. I left a tip and didn’t make a scene because I’m not a mean person. However I’m upset with the fact I will now probably have to draw one of my eyebrows in, which I usually never have to do. Also upset that I am now taking on all her unwanted negative energy. I was hoping to find another great waxer at a new place. But no such luck here unfortunately. I didn’t feel at ease and respected by any means.

This place doesn’t have the best waxing specialists. I’ve never been happy with shape of my brows but alas I’m in a year long subscription. They don’t seem to want to take the time to brow map which is what I’m used to. They just wax off the hair and call it a day. I’ve even had stray hairs that they claim the tweezer just “can’t get” so I have to do it at home.

I have an upcoming appointment at this location. Whoever the person is that confirms the appointments needs a class on phone etiquette. Very dry and short and seemed to have no time to answer any questions that I had.That alone would be enough to go somewhere else.

I have been using the European wax center for over 3 years love everything about it. I recently was treated so horribly by the receptionist at Hartsdale. & I was in desperate need of an appointment after being turned down for my own at hartsdale due to being ONE minute late for my appointment. The receptionists in Scarsdale were very accommodating and made me feel much better as a customer and this will be my new go to store.
